Yumi was really sweet. She offered me her pizza! The other employee was very nice as well. Sorry I didnt get his name! They helped us find a solution to our slow internet woes. We cant wait to get the device! Be sure to open the little wooden box on the table for a surpise!

I went to buy a new iPhone 12 and apparently despite their site saying they service sprint customers these guys looked baffled when I asked if they serve sprint. They looked at each other and said their codes don’t work to service sorting people. I don’t care about this but their website shouldn’t mention a service that they do not have, seems like a false advertisement. This whole experience was a waste of time. Hopefully others will read this review so they won’t waste their time.

I had a pretty terrible experience. My rep, I believe his name was David, literally told me to go to another store because I wanted to see an ad or flyer for this so called promo that was going on and he said there is none and thats just the way T mobile works. If he said this a little more nicely I would have understood but it was clear this guy didnt care about my business nor his own job. He told me to ask any other worker in the store... why would I bother listening to somebodys words without any concrete evidence including an estimate or anything with the T mobile logo on it. Really wanted to save some money by switching but Ill go somewhere where they value their customers.

Worst customer service from call center ever (not a person at the store)for 6 months being with them they put me in a situation when I needed to call them each another day, Ive wasted more than 30 hours of my life over the phone trying to explain each representative what their mistakes are, they never put notes into system, not calling back when call disconnecting and I need to call back myself and explain same things to new person from a scratch..they catch me with a free iPhone on a black Friday, I bought 2 for me and my wife - they told me after I pay it off I will be able to use it with any carrier - but its not,and there is so many different things happened, that finally I paid off all phones and transfer to my previous operator .dont make a mistake to use a T mobile! My friend told me that but i havent listen him, thought - it wont happen with me...so its Terrible company.. T-Terrible Mobile

I have been at this T-Mobile twice and each time I was aggravated. The service is terrible and the workers are very unfriendly. Terrible customer service. I have been with T-mobile for 15 years with no complaints. Do not go to this store in Fort Lee.

Came to t-mobile looking to switch from Verizon with my mom.. The store was a little busy but the employees greeted me right away and I was helped by an employee named Rafael he told me all the promotions that were available and even explained in detail how they pay our phones off and are able to use our iPhones from Verizon .. in 40 min we were out the door with amazing service and also bought a pair of AirPods ;)!! I highly recommended to stop in this T-Mobile you will not be disappointed keep up the good work Rafael !! Thank you I appreciate it.😊😊😊

Absolutely lazy, rude, obnoxious sales reps. Went to open up 4 new lines with 4 new phone purchases (almost $2,500 worth of phones alone), and came out empty. Sales reps were not willing to help, but pass time on their own. Chewing gums, listening to music. Yes, they were busy browsing the music lists on their company provided smartphones. Will NEVER EVER visit this joke shop again.

Misleading sales reps !!!clearly stated to open a prepaid account, but the rep opened a monthly charge plan account, did not know it until visit the store to reopen an prepaid wifi hotspot that i own them 2 months bill.read carefully on the receipt.

I got here at 6pm and have been waiting for over an hour now. Theres a Asian population in the area & they come say hi & jump the line. Ive been with Sprint, Verizon, & trying TMobile. This is absolutely the worst store experience. Theres no check in point or anything.

Worst service in the area. If you feel like spending the same amount on a phone as you would with the other three carriers and then not have it work in most areas then go to T-Mobile. If you want your new phone to work stick with Verizon or AT&T

Unfortunately, I encountered a sales rep, Henry, who. when I made a purchase asked me if I wanted a receipt to which I replied. Of course, I do. He then immediately put on an attitudinal, Well, some people dont.After a slight pause at the rather quixotic notion of not handing-out receipts, I meant to leave it at that, but the fact that I purchased more than $50.00 worth of pristine smartphone gear and the fact that I have never in my life encountered ANY cashier who did not hand out a receipt, I doubled up with astonishment, both at his question about me wanting a receipt but more so his OWN affront about my QUESTIONing about wanting a receipt.Well, thats their problem, I replied. Give me my a receipt.He then placed the receipt, which was not your run-of-the-mill paper tear-off, but an entire two-page 8x10 print out, atop of the items I had purchased. And it sat there, right on the counter naked, to which incensed me further.Arent you going to place them in a bag? I said, aghast.He gave me a burning look and, with labor, reached beneath and produced a customary T-Mobile paper tote bag, and placed my purchased items inside along with the print out.We both exchanged tense frowns as I departed.Never have I encountered a sales rep so fundamentally unadept at rudimentary customer service.I promised I will take up his inept and rude service with the higher-ups, which I plan to do, but not before posting this review where ever I can.

So today at 10:30am I called them up to check if my phone replacement came in and the guy asked what kind of phone I got and then finally said, Yes, just come over!. So I did. Unfortunately when I got there, the other guy after checking the order status,(which they should have done when I called!) told me that the item is not in the store yet and I should come back at 3pm. Waste of time...
