They have aquarium setup for fresh seafoods (fish, clams, crabs, etc.) just like supermarkets in Korea. Staffs are friendly and there will be someone who can speak Korea/Chinese/Vietnamese. They are also very efficient and checkout lines move very quickly despite lots of people on line.

Staff here are very good about retrieving their shopping carts once you are finished loading in the parking lot.

Greatest produce section I love how they have a lot of mushroom I varieties that you won’t get anywhere else also you could get oxtail other Korean products that you want you can only find only in H Mart

Why do they keep charging me double for a single item? I had this happened for twice in a row. I bought 1 item and they scanned it twice and charged me double amounts. I had to argue to get my money back. Very fishy practice.

So today, My wife had purchased some pork in the morning for dinner prep.I came home and she started cooking but the smell was off, we tasted once and was definitely off. So I went back in the evening and purchased beef this time thinking it would be fine and maybe something was wrong with the pork only, but the same exact sour pungent smell came right we started to cook; though we had our suspicions upon opening the package.Went back and tried to explain to customer service when a cashier cut us off and then told us to wait at her register. Explained situation and only bringing 1 package of meat got refunded for that one.Seems quality is getting worse here, even in the produce section notice alot of mold in certain fruits and vegetables are noticeably not as fresh as well.‐--------September 2021Once again meat is bad was third time within the past few weeks....sour pungent smell ...

It is my grocery shopping place, I come here at least once in 3-4 days.but the only thing I didnt like is seafood section where they selling small portion of sashimi , uni , scallops , etc ..I found both fresh Uni and fresh scallop (in a plastic container) smelled so bad and found small white dots (I guess mold ?) on the scallops . it cost me under $10 I didnt bother to go back and get refund .Just skip these items from Hmart.

Very clean and they are providing gloves, wipes and sanitizers to the customers before entering the supermarket to protect everyone. Very nice fruits and vegetables selection.

This place is a rather large and is more the size of a suburban hmart then one in the city. The selection include seafood and produce and meat and theres also a good snack section theres a bakery inside so theres not a full food court. Otherwise this is a totally common and good Hmart just like all Walmarts theyre all the same but theyre all good and I said this one is totally adequate

They have wide variety of Asian ingredients and food. I especially like their Korean ready made kimchi and snacks. However, to common products like eggs, milk, yogurts, breads, they do not have good choices and the price is not good. They have simple and basic other Asian ingredients like Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese, but not much of a surprise.Look at the date of the ready made food clearly, i bought one package and had to throw it away the next morning (even i put it in the refrigerator) because it went bad before, i think.

Completely unique experience. The Koean community has its act together! Unbelievably good selection of produce, freshly butchered meats (The beef short ribs are amazing), specialty items and delicacies. Great food chain.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, ALWAYS!! This is the most unethical store. Why do I always find mispriced items by reviewing the receipt? Last night, again, I found an item with a price tag of $9.99 was charged as $45.99 on my receipt. It was NOT the cashiers mistake (when scanned again, the same $45.99 popped up). When I talked to the customer service, they did not even say sorry. What if I didnt review my receipt! This happened 3-4 times already in the past few months, and it appears to be intentional (it is a fraud!). I am not going back to H-Mart, ever. There are other supermarkets, such as Hannam or Hanyang.

Its a great place to find all things Korean, foods in particular. Seems clean, well managed. Bakery girl turned me on to Cool Rolls, I got a mango yogurt cool roll and it was absolutely out of this world.I will be going back.

We have been to several of the H-Marts in the area, and ones not so much in the area, and have found this location to be the cleanest and most organized of all of them!While the variety of products in all of them seems to be generally the same, the presentation of this location out does all the rest that we have been too so far.

Bad. Their fresh produce and vegetables are not fresh. Many of food are imported and have misleading labels. We had food allergy from them.

Used to be the only place around selling fresh cleaned smelts. Guess the smelts werent selling there either; they last sold me (strongly) salted smelts as presumably fresh fish. Inedible, straight to garbage. Strike two. Strike one was deliberately mangling the cutting of halibut filet in order to straighten end of a badly cut side. One more strike and ADIOS, as they say in Korea.

I placed a $300 order on their website to be delivered to my house. I live within walking distance of hmart so I expected this to be easy for them, and I set the delivery date to be four days after I placed the order. However, on the promised day, my order was still processing, one day later it had shipped, and the day after it arrived... At my neighbors house who let it sit there for two more days for lack of English comprehension.To this day, my order is still stuck on the shipped status. Furthermore, I called in on the day I was expecting delivery and they GAURANTEED it would come by 8pm despite the processing status. They also promised to send me a tracking number once it shipped, but never did.The frozen food inside the package was melted, and I suppose I couldve known better if they actually updated my delivery status accordingly. How frustrating. If youre ordering from hmart, order at least a week in advance, or just dont order from them at all.

Store has super fresh produce, wide selection of meat bones (great for soup), ready-made Korean foods, friendly cashiers. Several times I received a small free gift item for shopping there. But Hmart Website search for items is terrible.

Great produce and fish selections, meat could use a bit of work. Also the women who announce promotions using a loudspeaker to people walking 10 feet away can be a bit bothersome. All in all a nice grocery store though.

Conveniently located within a local business area. Groceries are normally good quality but can be but on a expensive side. You can find diverse items, but more focused on Korean products.

You should come here to buy fish, produce and the occasional Korean frozen food. The market has a wide variety of Korean products, including a corner with a bunch of kimchi products. The non-Korean brands are pricey so I would avoid.
