Extremely disappointing. From failing to pay a vendor to not providing items we paid for (cake stands, etc), Noel really dropped the ball. One of the biggest reasons we contracted with her was because she has been in the industry for many years and we believed that she wouldve had a solid grasp on any hiccups that couldve come up. Unfortunately that was not the case. Rather than list all of the issues we had, Ill simply say that we wouldve been better off using someone else.

Magnificent, Glorious, Exquisite!!! These are a few words that describe Noel and Medallion Occassion Boutique. Working with Noel is such a pleasure and so much fun. Our wedding guests are still commenting about our beautiful elegant wedding, as well as the wonderful time they had.... our day will be remembered for many years to come. Her creative designs/ideas and out of the box thinking afforded us a a weekend of wedding events exactly as I imagined. She understands your vision and ensures your dreams come true.... no detail is left unattended. Our Wedding Day was exactly how I imagined it to be ... in fact, she has this wonderful way of ensuring that even the Bride has a few surprises on her Wedding Day.... It was extremely upsetting to have asked for specific flowers and a specific aire and have gotten nothing the way I wanted or expected. I put my trust in Noel and was extremely disappointed. From the table arrangements to my daughters bouquet and even the isle arrangements, nothing was what we discussed. The lighting was so over the top Gordy. I even showed her pictures from Pinterest. The candles on the table were all out and would not light. It still bothers me almost a year later that all the planning, communication, time, energy and excitement of planning my daughters wedding with Noel ended up NOT AS PLANNED! So so disappointed! When I called and spoke to Noel the day after the wedding she got defensive told me she would rectify the situation and then never got back to me and would not answer my calls or emails. I found Noel just appeared to be professional but in all actuality was not. Thank goodness the venue where we had the wedding was already so beautiful and my daughter and son in law lit up the room. The music was fantastic (band chosen by them). We certainly had a fantastic time!
