If i could leave 0 stars i would. The customer service is DISGUSTING !! Im in sales with high end clientele and these employees would be fired the first day. I was tossed around between 5 departments, they were arguing like kids on the playground. No one could given me an answer to my issues with why my account will not allow to ship my supplies. Internally they do not communicate and they are not taking responsibility, going with a cheaper company to save costs never helps your company in the long run. QUALITY over CHEAP ! GET YOUR EMPLOYEES AND SYSTEMS ON TEH SAME PAGE! 4 MONTHS NO CPAP SUPPLIES!

Your first order with Lincare - done in office will be outstanding and everyone is incredibly helpful. After that, when you call in to the 800 number, they will have no idea what to do, how to order your supplies, insist on telling you your insurance information, but if you changed your insurance, they will have no idea what to do. I have been a month with duct taped hoses and superglued nose cannula because they cannot change my insurance - you can provide the information multiple times, but they will have no idea what you are talking about. The level of incompetence is amazing. I have no idea how to be clearer with them. I was just told they have no record of me trying to change my insurance - despite the previous person telling me the had up my notes and saw I tried to change it three times in the past month. In office- great. Using 800 number - awful at best. Later... I have now been on hold for over 30 minutes after being told that I never gave them the new insurance information. The previous person told me that I had provided the new information three times. Awful company when using their 800 number.

I tried for over two months to try to order CPAP supplies for my husband. I logged calling them over 23 times including speaking with their manager who then tried to contact the Regional Manager for help. Needless to say , no one called me back on four different occasions. My husband really needed his CPAP supplies for his health. I gave up finally and went to another company. No one at this company knew what they were doing and could use some training. WORST COMPANY I have ever experienced. How hard is it to order supplies? Useless.....

I was concerened with the reviews, but my doctor recommended Lincare.I beleive they are under new management now.I just met with Rick to pick up my medical equipment.He saw me right away, explained everything with great detail, and made it easy to understand.5 stars for sure. Rick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish more people were like him.

Hello, I would like to take a moment to say thanks again to LinCare Ft. Lauderdale Fl OfficeI’m so grateful that the phone was answered and Assitance was sent quickly to my rescue as I was in bad shape and almost passed Out, feeling extremely exhausted uncomfortable, being a long ways from home, I ran completely out of portable oxygen because of a malfunction with the equipment.... Albert, you are doing an amazing job with that office excellent customer service and making patients a priority I could’ve fell Out!! Rick sacrifice the time and made me a priority So So grateful they all came to work and was the ones I dealt with because my life was challenged and they made it happen High five!!!! to your office and everyone that took part in my life and and could’ve been death situation... this office deserves huge BONUSES!!!! I was ready to cancel Lincare until Rick Atwood helped greatly with a respirator. I have a trach amoung other issues and Ricks care and knowledge of respiratory issues is fantastic. And they have a 24 hr. help line.

Lincare has always been super helpful to our practice and our patients. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to spend the extra time on the phone helping to solve our patients problems. Our patients have also been happy with the service theyve received from Lincare as well.

Worst oxygen supplier that might be out there. After 13 months they supplied me portable oxygen co contractor that is degective: with no warranty on batteries and four months if manufacturer warrant. that turns to be 6 weeks of outstanding warranty. Now they refuse to replace it with another POC and want togiveme oxygen tanks instead knowing l cannot handle it medically: the reason it took them 13 months to provide me PO C.Really bad a d company that cheated on me by supplying defective POC knowingly and now it does not even correct its malpractise

HORRIBLE SERVICE, they charge your insurance for equipment you dont have, they hang up on customers, keep you on hold . Ive even spoken to their district mngr whos name is Patrick Newkirk to no avail. They know Im stuck with them, so they dont care. Their getting paid regardless is what Ive been told by this company

This is a shady organization. I wish I knew about other choices of providers before I got my CPAP. I’ve been charged “rent” for this machine. No one can tell me how much longer I have to pay “rent” I’ve offered to return the machine and go to another provider since I am “renting” the machine but that offer was declined. They call every month asking if I’m “ready to order supplies I’m entitled to”. When I ask how much the supplies will cost as I have not met my deductible they will not tell me and say “it depends on what your insurance company pays”. Well, I know my insurance company isn’t going to pay anything because my deductible isn’t met. If my insurance companies normal reimbursement rate is $80 then I would be charged $80 but if your insurance company pays $5 then to would only be charged $5. Sound right to you? Perhaps they can order something without knowing the cost but I certainly don’t even if I could. Another example of a Shady business taking advantage of people

If I could give this place a zero, I would. They rarely call back after answering center takes message...and I had left many, many messages. It took us 5 days of calling before we could get someone to contact us back to order oxygen, concentrator, and bed for dying mother in law. Finally I started telling them to put me through to the office because no one ever calls back. Even when I got through, they told me 3 different times they were going to send out someone to pick up my mother in laws equipment after she passed away. We stayed home all day and no shows, no calls, nothing except rudeness. I dont know why Medicare would work with this company because they do not care about anything. I dont know whether to inform Medicare or better business bureau. They should not be working with people who are sick or need medical supplies. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE. I have used 2 other companies and they responded immediately.

My mother is on oxygen 24/7. With this company the motto is to over promise and under deliver. She needs portable oxygen in order to go out and it doesnt matter how much in advance I call....They havent delivered when promised yet.

My mother needed to switch her oxygen equipment and supplier. We found Lincare and feel very fortunate. Shakita in the Pompano office was just outstanding. She was patient, compassionately and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Almost 4 weeks and still no Nebulizer machine for my Elderly Mom. Their fax machine is broken most of the time, best to mail the prescription or personally drop it off. Management will not fix their fax problem. Blames it on the Dr offices even with confirmation numbers saying it went through. I am done with this company but at the mercy of Medicare so will continue to fight the battle. Be warned of their fax issues. Big Problem. People are nice and are doing their best. Cant fix something when they dont own their own problems. Why I rated it a 1 star.

Takes weeks to receive supplies and the order is always wrong.After 4 calls and over a month still have not received correct cpap supplies. I was with American home patient and they were great. 4 orders total with lincare since they took over each with incorrect supplies one-time hold placed on my account that took over a month to resolve. Now my supplies in three orders instead of one because this company screwed up a timing of my deliveries. Stay far away from lincare! once I finally receive all the supplies I ordered correctly Im switching companies.

If you can order your supplies any other place, i suggest that you do. For those of us requiring the use of a cpap, going one night without is difficult . I have been waiting for aframe for my face cushions for 13 days and am completely exhausted and afraid to go to sleep. The staff could not be less concerned.

Have not received supplies in 9 months.. every time I call I get put on hold for an hour they say theyre sending it out and still waiting 2 weeks and didnt get any supplies this place is the worst place Ive ever dealt with with any customer service

We were Referred to this company by the Hospital discharge planner. Was initially told by Lincare that we would get a portable oxygen concentrator in about 3 weeks as we have a flight out in a month. When I called to follow up I was told that it would take 8 weeks. We switched to Physicians Choice and received one within 3 days. Lincare has a very Rude customer service representative named Marco. He said “you getting a portable oxygen concentrator in 3 weeks is never gonna happen...” as he yelled in my ear. His attitude and words were very disrespectful. I called the corporate number listed in their brochure to find out why it would take 8 weeks and to file a complaint about their poor customer service and we received a call back over a week later from someone inquiring about why we switched companies. We had an appointment from 12-2 today for the pick up of their oxygen equipment and we have been waiting all day; no one showed up, no call back from the company and we called twice. You may want to evaluate your options before choosing this company!

Now they are trying to justify what did to me and probably others. I received a nice letter stating that they has dropped my ins BUT not until after they gave me my machine and three months later did I learn about it. when I received a bill . NOT a nice way of doing business. I asked NICOLE at the Lincare place when I picked up the c-pap are you sure that this is being taken care of by my ins company.? I was told yes. Then when I rec the bill I was told by Nicole that all I have to do is return the machine and the bill would be expunged ..Well they LIED again. Watch out people.

I found that Lincare got about 380 1 star out of 400 from a review site. It seems like all have been said from all the unhappy customers... I ordered supplies from them 3 weeks ago, still dont have it. I called back, 1st person gave me another # to call because they dont deal with supplies, 2nd person told me to call the 1st person and said 1st person should have read the notes in my file. 3rd person had no idea what the problem was. 4th person was out of town, 5th person - went to voice mail. Im back at square 1 40 minutes later, and LIN-DONT-CARE continues to get the 1 star!!!

My mother and I called for CPAP cord 3 weeks ago and now Im still waiting on it I had to leave my job and to go get a CPAP cord for my mother that they said would be sent in the mail before she dies in her sleep mind you this is a machine she used to go to sleep every night they take forever to give oxygen, they dont even care to call us back this is ridiculous they dont even care about a love ones and its crazy we depend on them for when it comes to our love ones.

SCAM ARTIST! Purchased a new power cord for $75 that fried in less than 3 months! I asked the girl when I purchased it, if it was new and she said yes. The item was in a clear plastic bag with no original packaging! SCAM ARTIST alert!

If you are going to get a cpap machine and the customer service is something that you like or need I would look elsewhere. They are not nice people and I found them to be very lazy. These places in general who supply the cpap stuff seem to all be rip offs. There is a tiny filter that went into my machine and I would say it looks like its worth no more than a dollar. I think they billed, something like $35 dollars for it, although they didnt get paid anything close to that. Also If you could talk your insurance company into letting you buy a system they will save a lot of money. Mine was rented monthly. It is one of the top of the line models. The supply company I figured makes their money back within about 4 months with 6 being the most. It would be half the price if you were going to use it all year than it cost new.

No CPAP supplies in six months, but paying for equiptment rental every month. The worst service ever. Ive been on the phone with them for over an hour. Each person i speak with gives a different excuse. Now the ofgice is closed agai. And I have to wait until the Monday after Thanksgiving. The absolute worst!!!!

Very bad service. John, the manager, took my script and said 4-5 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. If there is a problem there I have no idea what it is as he has not returned my phone calls. I can only assume they have enough business and just dont care.

My mom is visiting from West coast florida, my sister brought her. Mom brought with her a nebulizer machine that stopped working, she has her COPD equipment from Lincare Ft. Myers, I called this Lincare in Ft.Lauderale and explained that the old nebulizer might not be theirs. The delivery guy brought a used one within 1hour. It works and we are very pleased.

My brother-in-law has very debilitating diagnoses that require that he have oxygen 24 hours a day. It was ordered by his physician, he paid the cost to have a shoulder bag cylinder, as he is non-ambulatory and cannot manage a wheelchair and rolling oxygen. After wrestling with Lincare for 8+ months, the cylinder finally came, only worked 2 months and was picked up from his home for repair. The driver picked up ALL of the accompanying equipment; chargers, battery packs, tote bag,etc. After numerous pleas for its return and him still being charged monthly for the fees, to date, he still doesnt have it!! We have spoken with several people that state that they just need a few more days, the answering service picks up, even during working hours, and the personnel are mostly inaccessible. Today, I am writing the BBB, the news, the corporate office, and seeking legal advice. For those of us that know, healthcare, insurance, and most of all ethics, this is very unacceptable on a lot of levels. To cause an exacerbation or unthinkably something worse, to bill for services that are not being received, and to take something from someones home without true intent speaks VOLUMES to many, many issues that can be addressed. For those of us that want the best for our loved ones, and even society that depends on businesses in healthcare, I suggest that a greater look into the company beforehand is warranted.

I am on oxygen 24/7 I called Lincare ONE MONTH GO to order 2 tanks replacement (they are empty) and tubing well,,,,I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT. Not even a call from Lincare and when I called them back I was talked to as if I was a terrible pain in their behind....so I have been in the house even since.....and STILL WAITING..... someday you just want to cry of desperation..

Horrible Customer Service, Staff does not care, No follow through or urgency. Takes a long time to make any contact with CS or Local Office. It is always the problem of some other department that you cannot contact.
