Although many shops were lost due to covid, it is still an elegant and beautifully maintained mall.
Well the covid did a nuumber on this mall. The food court is nearly closed. However, the remaining shops there are very nice, a nice place to shop and kill a few hours!
Variety of stores. Comfortable atmosphere. Restaurants are a pleasant surprise. Can have your vehicle cleaned/detailed while shopping. Lots of parking. Valet if you like.

Had Dinner at Coopers Hawk Winery Restaurant... Great place to enjoy a meal with great company like I did! Will definitely be back... Sampled a few wines and got a bottle! It was nice!
Fantastic experience. Everything cooked to perfection and sauces were wonderful as well. Nice upscale establishment, pleasing ambiance, and upscale clientele. It was also great to see people dressing to dine (the restaurant does adhere to their dress code, which I really like). First time visiting, and I will most certainly be returning.
Nice mall, but parking is weird. There are almost no signs anywhere and its hard to figure out where to park for the stores you want to go to. The anchor stores close earlier than the mall, so you cant get in there. We spent a long time walking around the outside trying to find a way in. Just a weird place.

Pros: The shopping part of this mall has great covered parking (essential in hot Fort Lauderdale). Parking is always available near your favorite entrance. A little empty but still spotless. Boutique stores with unique items along with typical upscale anchor stores (Neimans, Macy). Customers do wear masks and stores do follow safety protocols (this is not your typical destination sprawl-mall, spent dodging tourist bus shoppers, nor a favorite local gang hangout. Its pretty small but still large enough to shop one end to the other without dropping. But if you do drop, plan to end up at the food court.Cons: its very very easy to forget where you parked.
Clean and peaceful atmosphere. A couple places to grab something to eat. There are power outlets at food court in case youre running out of battery.
The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale is hands down the best mall of its kind in South Florida. It will have that brand store that you need but not the hefty crowds of others. Also it will surpass most others in connivence with the complimentary parking being one of the main highlights. It is also easy to walk to and from if you are either staying close by or live in the surrounding neighborhoods such as myself.

Service at Coopers Hawk was a bit on the negative side...If you want to call it service..POOR to NON-EXISTENT... To bad..food was wonderful.. We have dined there several times (6)...Good food.. NON-EXISTENT service..nothing has changed..Shame...You are disappointing your faithful customers....Us included... Have a nice day....

Really large and hard to walk from end to end. But I love the food court, in the middle. This is the main reason I go there. Theres covered parking lot, you can always find a spot near you r favorite entrance.But like most shopping malls thesedays, it is becoming a ghost town.
My guy was stopping in to do some IT work for one of the stores and I honestly sat in the car but at least the garage was cool
This mall is so elegant and is located in a beautiful location near beach and Fort Lauderdale bridge. Food court is renovated. Macys store as organized as offering wonderful products. I suggest to add more stores with more suitable prices for working class although it is a touristic mall.
Great place to go shopping on the weekend with family. There are many shops that carry a lot of good brands. However, the parking space is so limit and very confusing with different level. However, customer service is great and friendly. Highly recommended
Very clean mall, never dirty. (Used to manage Auntie Annes)This is a very high end mall compared to anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale. If youre in the area, just want to take a small walk, window shop, eat amazing food, or spend money... they have it all. Great mall, well kept.

There is little activity because many retail locations are empty. The attractive part of the shopping mall are good restaurants at the north side, like The Capital Grill, Truluck, PFChan and others.
I love this shopping center which is very relaxing! The staff is very nice, the place is very clean! You can always do good business and there arent many people which is great! I come here as soon as Im on vacation, after spending the morning on the beach! I cant wait to do shopping here again !
An a okay Mall in the center of the city. its easy enough to navigate to this small, and they have a free parking garage that gives you easy access to the mall entrances. I headed in and took the escalators up to the floor where most of the shops can be found. It stretches for a very long hallway and there are some good stores, and some high end couture stores as well.Theyve recently added a Coopers Hawk to this location, and that was excellent so I recommend that for sure. Otherwise its a great walk through mall with some window shopping that can easily be done. I didnt really stop in anywhere, as many of the stores are the same as what I can find at my local mall. However, the Macys did have some very cute baby items on sale so I grabbed up some of those. You can also find a Starbucks location inside the Macys should you need a coffee refill.Overall: Ba decent mall with similar stores to what you can find in most malls. Its great for walking around indoors and has free parking.
This Mall is really beautiful inside and outside the Mall building itself has a very strong structure the parking lot sucks though... The food court is awesome to eat at when youre there you still feel very fancy even though youre just eating food court food... The mall is always very clean and very bright you can park there and shop and eat and go walking to the beach its right over the bridge...
This was my first time at this mall. The layout of this mall was a bit confusing but I enjoyed my time there. I suggest the mall should have more food selections for a diverse crowd. There is alot of open space near the Kids Theater that can be used for more vendors, a kid zone, or something digital for senior citizens. My family and I got lost a few times going up and down the escalators. I like the idea of have several carwash stations. This is the only mall Ive seen with this feature. Awesome!!!.

The food court only has like 3 options. Stores are good. Too bad they removed the Neiman Marcus.
Was a very small place. Not many stores or places to eat was not too impressed.
Had some different store that had really nice things. Went to a few overpriced boutiques but sometimes you are willing yo pay little more for unique items.
7 of us had happy hour and appetizers at Seasons 52. So wonderful to have live face time after so long.

Been going to the Galleria mall since I was 15!! Its definitely become a high end mall. If your looking for a regular mall with stores that arent super expensive. I suggest Coral Square. The Galleria has very high end stores. They dont have stores you usually find in malls. They have stores you find on Rodeo drive.
Dillards is a breathing hazard. The smell of MOLD/MILDEW is just not safe for anyone. How does the city NOT shut Dillards down I dont understand

Whats not to love here ? The Galleria houses The Blue Martini, the Capital Grill, Seasons 52 & PF Changs. Highly recommend !!!
My mother in law went shopping with my two toddlers today at Galleria Mall. As she was walking a security officer approached her and humiliated her. Apparently my 2 year old was running and he told her “this is not a playground for your children”. He proceeded to tell her that my children shouldn’t be there. As a parent I’m sure I don’t have to explain my frustration. Safety protocol is understandable, but to speak to an older woman with two babies that way is unacceptable. She called me crying! There is away to explain safety. Security has to put something in place where they explain things without belittling or just being plain intimidating and rude. I shop at Galleria all the time with my kids but now I will think twice before going there again. What a horrible experience.
The Gallaeria was very nice but a little smaller than the one in Houston, TX. There still was a variety of stores to shop in but the parking was a little confusing.
Visited while we were in from out of town. Clean with nice variety of stores. Fun afternoon of shopping.

None of the workers at the restaurants in the food court are wearing masks. Not to mention the fact that some of the people walking around do not wear masks. With the Delta variant I find it really hard to believe these retailers don’t see what is coming. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to the mall. It just isn’t safe with all these yahoos running around thinking that it’s all gonna be OK when it isn’t.

It’s always like a ghost town in this mall. Nobody ever visits and so many of the decent shops have shut leaving the tacky art studios and cheap clothing stores to pounce. The only reason anyone ever visits is for the Apple Store. Please, Galleria Management, open up some decent shops to entice people back.

This is an interesting Mall. Very clean and easy to find the stores youre looking for, it basically runs in a straight row and there are touchscreen stations to help you find what youre looking for that are easy to navigate. It has a small food court but it had my favorite place Charleys Philly steaks which was very delicious and fast. Pretty cool place to visit

This is a decent mall if your looking for stores like H&M, Abercrombie and Fitch and even just going into Macy’s! The food court needs more choices of food and hopefully more stores can come and invest in this mall。This mall is in a very good location, just walking distance from the beach。
