I have been dealing with so many problems from losing family members to losing my business all in one month. I came to this location for assistance with storage and Diana was absolutely Amazing she assisted me in all aspects of getting a storage unit showed me four different units to make sure that it fit in my budget and not only that assisted me in making sure that I had everything needed and necessary to make my move is quick and easy as possible. I recommend this place very much to all my friends and family and I also recommend that I Diana gets a raise/promoted.

Moving out. Access hours are from 9-6 M-S as well as the carts ( Their locked all the time , need to leave ID to get key ). Not functional. Always has flies inside. Prices are decent for a locker though.

The customer service I get from Kya and Burt and Dina has always been amazing by far the best managers for this facility. Ive been a long time customer and Ive seen so much improvements. The place is always clean, the maintenance guy keeps it that way. You have a loyal customer.

I started out with this storage facility when it was Sunrise Storage and now its Value Store It. Lance was the icing on the cake that had me choose this location over other storage facilities. Friendly, understanding, people person, knowledgeable, problem solver and over the top customer service youd think he got paid commission for every visit :-) and I love that... no one likes being a number. And Krista was always there to assist me to put my mind at easy if Lance was not available, two ideal coworkers that complimented each others. PERFECTNow called Value Store It, Lance no longer is there :-( Krista is my full time go to person. She is so awesome makes it hard to want to talk to anyone else if she is not available, seriously! I hope she is the one that gets to hire who works there to keep that atmosphere.Unfortunately with the new management comes changes that I dont agree with since I never agreed to those terms when I moved in before the new management. Too much restrictions on what and how fast employees can make a decision to keep good customers in good standing and happy. (Parent company should pay attention to this) If not for service the policies brought in by the new management would have me gladly move to another facility that dont have these in place.Yes they have everything, all the amenities, temperature control environment, CLEAN ALWAYS, Security, Elevator, convenient online payment yet I rather call in to pay, free truck, hand trucks, boxes and all your package supplies... all there.But go there for the great customer service :-) Ask for Krista tell her Craig sent you.

This location is very clean and air conditioned.I like that every area of the location is also exisible when bringing you items in and out of the facility with a courteous cart.The prices are reasonable.The customer service is great .I will recommend to friends and family.

The location is running down, and at my first day I found my unit nasty and full of dust.I cant get in my unit after business time: the authentication keybord is out of order since weeks, and they lie everytime I ask about that.Lately, Saturday at 6pm the access was denied, nobody answered at emergency calls, and even the property managers voice mailbox was full.I will nevermore rent a space from this people.

This is our #1st choice of storage space in the Ft Lauderdale area - the Prop. Manager: Kya Phillips, was really great showing the facilities, which we noticed the cleanliness of the entire place! She explained the whole rental process, even the small lines. I was with them for 2.5 years. The experience was a good one. Clean, safe, helpful, professional, friendly staff. Im sure what I didnt like was minor and my issue, price ($100 for a studio size apt) but my issues were only about cost. Everything else was top notch.

This storage wharehouse is affordable! The staff is also professional as well. I like the fact that they have U-haul trucks on site. Very convenient!

Just moving to the area and stopped in to check on prices of units. Must admit was very pleased with customer service provided by Miguel. Very courteous, the location is immaculately clean and very well organized. Amazing staff and everything was explained in great detail.

DONT DO IT!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! They started adding a fee of $10.60/month to my credit card bill without any notice and without my authorization. Shady. Shady. Shady. When I discovered the charges after six months had accumulated, they acknowledged it was for their protection plan that I didnt request or require. Its nothing more than a scam to get more revenue from their customers. They agreed to refund the money, but I never saw a dime. Now Im going through my credit card company to get satisfaction. Save yourself the aggravation. Go someplace else, where customers are treated better. They also raised my rent very short time after I moved my stuff in. These people are the worst!

I have a storage unit there for past couple of years and I cant complain about anything even that from the beginning I thought that it may not be the best idea to rent a unit thats located close to area that has below average housing values but when you realize how close is it to I-95 and that its literally right off Sunrise and there are no problems with getting there and you dont have to drive through narrow streets to get there which is a huge plus especially when you drive a Penske truck for the first time in your life.Temperature is always 75-78 degrees, humidity is being controlled as well.Clean units and hallways with elevators.Loading docks/parking spots are secured and gates are closed from the street as soon as you drive in.Plenty of cameras at most important spots inside and outside of the place.Very reasonable prices, especially if you compare it to storage places around Fort Lauderdale.Bottom line:Talk to friendly people at nice office, set auto payments, bring the stuff to your new unit and visit it whenever you want to without ever worrying about safety or ever coming back to the office.

When I was looking for storage facilities, I checked out lots of places. Some were inconvenient, but affordable, some were really close to where I live but either too pricey, or not up to my expectation for clean. Value Store-It is both, close and clean, and best, affordably priced. Everyone on staff is very nice. Love this place!

If youre considering using this place, RUN in the other direction, to literally ANYWHERE ELSE! I just moved my stuff out of this place & good riddance. HORRIBLE , AWFUL & VERY UNPLEASANT staff! I mean just TERRIBLE. Every person who works at this location is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, but i have to point out that Christa (not sure of the spelling) is without question the worst one & should be FIRED. Seriously, if I didnt mean it then I wouldnt mention her by name.I have been a customer here before Value Store It bought the place, back when it was Self Storage Center On Sunrise & ever since management changed Ive been a VERY UNSATISFIED customer. Not just with the people, but they have by far the WORST part of it. Ive been so UNHAPPY as a customer here that I had to move my stuff to a new storage place. BIG HASSLE & INCONVENIENCE, but well worth it every step of the way to be finally done with this place.

Awesome Storage Facility, I am a big fan of customer service. Ask for Howard, he is professional, he keeps this place clean and he is old school when it comes to customer service. He knows his computer, I was moving stuff in my unit within 15-20 minutes of walking in the door. I highly recommended the one at 1124 W Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale.

I used these guys a few months back to store some rims I had taken off my car. Great facility! Ive been in 4 storage units in the past 2 years for reasons I wont get into. Climate controlled is the way to go. The outdoor places are dumps and not much cheaper, if cheaper at all. My only issue was that you need your car to open the gate when you leave (weight sensor), otherwise you have to exit out the main office. Not a big deal, but the gated area can only hold two cars at a time so it was full a lot of times. After dealing with some really gross and crummy storage units (Public Storage), I really appreciate clean climate controlled places like this.

Storage facilities are clean from what I have noticed. Rent is a bit pricy. They should allow for the use of carts after hours. Its such an inconvenience that you can only borrow a cart only when they are open.

The facilities are awesome, staff are very helpful. My only issue is that the rates keep increasing by leaps and bounds. My rate started at $195 monthly and in less than 2 years has almost doubled to $359. Unbelievable!!!!

Value Store It Self Storage Fort Lauderdale has been great to work with! The people there have always answered our questions and assisted when we have been in the store! I have been recommending them!

I do like the dimensions of my storage space - opening wide like a garage, but not that deep. HOWEVER, rent seems to go up every 6-9 months and access is not 24 hours.

Its easy to check-in. they have good rates and most importantly they made sure youre completely safe while youre loading and unloading, no worries about theft. I like it so far. Im moving in today

I have not any issues with the service but I dont like that they are regularly increasing the rental rate.

No where on website is that 5x10 lockers are only accessible by a ladder. Nor a $25 administration fee
