Shannon is always helpful. He changed both of my tires and fixed an exhaust problem I had. He did this for less than some shops were charging me for one tire to be changed. Fast, quality work at an affordable price. I will use them for all of my service and customization needs.

Shannon and his guys are the best! Ive had them do work my 2012 Street Glide, and I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else. You can tell that Shannon runs this shop for the love of motorcycles, not just to make a quick buck. Pricing on the parts Ive bought from him are great, and labor rates are very fair. This place is the one and only motorcycle shop Ill ever use. Every interaction with the owner and other employees has been 100% satisfactory. They truly are experts in the trade. They have been extremely helpful with getting my bike built and mechanically sound. Shannon and the crew at Cartel Baggers are awesome! Took my bike in to get new rear suspension, exhaust, and a gauge installed. Shannon took the time to go through several catalogues with me so I could see all the options for my parts. Within a couple days I got my bike back and it looks, rides, and sounds better than ever!

Had alot of damage done to my bike they worked with insurace company and transformed my bike to an amazing finished product with very fast turnaround would recommend them to anyone best quality and customercare

Let’s say you pay around $1,900 for your faring. Then when they install it and you ride over 95 mph the front starts to wobble making the motorcycle uncontrollable. Then okay, the shop corrects their mistake, but then you are riding out of the shop and they forgot to tighten your gas tank. After that the fairing starts to fall apart and you have to send the bike back in so they can glue it again. Then the speedometer panel starts making this real annoying vibrating noise and the owner (Shannon) recommends replacing the whole thing ($75) and it doesn’t resolve the problem and he brushes you off sending you to the dealer. Instead, I take it to Competition Cycle in Griffin Road and they immediately detect the issue is that the cartel Bagger mechanic forgot to put back some rubber washers for the panel and why it was vibrating. I go to the dealer and get a kit that contains the rubber washers and the problem is resolved, meanwhile I wasted $75 bucks on a panel, which had no problem and instead it was the dumb Cartel mechanic. Would you be at least a little frustrated? Then they start to give me push back and start saying that they don’t like to do business with people like me… People who are frustrated with a piss poor job? Ah, and by using these same exact words I am disrespectful to him and they started to give me a hard time, dirty looks…Oh, and then while riding the bike the radio starts to flash and the screen goes completely off. I remove the mask and put it back in so that the radio restarts and the screen lights back on, and while placing the radio mask the whole radio sunk into the fairing.Stay away from this shop, they’re a 50-50 chance to get screwed!
