This place is awesome! I’d thought about buying a scooter every day when I drove by here on Broward Blvd. I finally bought a scooter here for $950 and ride it more than I drive my Mercedes Benz E350. Parking it is easy wherever I go and it costs $1.90 to fill the gas tank. It’s a freedommachine cruising down the beach on A1A and just a lot of fun. The service I got from these guys was great. I bring it by for an oil change very once and awhile and the thing runs perfectly. Go get one today!

I moved from Arkansas to Florida at the end of February this year. I knew very few people and I had very little money. I called my friend to bring me to us1scooters. I was there 3 hours and rode home with my brand new scooter that day. I drive it everyday. I have had no problems. After a month I needed a oil change. They had me ready to go within 20 minutes. This place is amazing. Service is amazing.

US1 scooters is the best, absolutely a life saver. I went in one day on a Saturday with $500 since I was tired of Uber 300 ever 2 weeks and US1 scooter was able to finance me a scooter with no down payment needed. Now instead of uber payments I I take my moped scooter to work with no problem. Even though I still have to make some payments on the scooter I much rather make payments on something I will own at the end.Thank You US1 scooters of Ft. Lauderdale thank you.

I brought my scooter 14 months ago and the guys at US1 scooters are dependable and reliable when it comes to servicing my scooter. Its been a very smooth 14 months and Im very happy with the experience Ive had with them.

I recently purchased a brand new 150cc scooter which gave me a few problems at first while I broke it in. Within the first month, the muffler gasket blew out and the mount snapped off, leaving the muffler hanging from the manifold. Luckily, after contacting the shop, they insisted on making things right and offered to fix the scooter for free. I now have a brand new, higher quality muffler which I obtained at their expense. Now my scooter, although a bit louder than before, runs great with no issues.

Got in and out of there today quick and easy all thanks to Alex, if you’re looking for a good scooter or just parts for one you already have then this is the place and he’s the best to help out with what you need. Thanks again Alex I appreciate it.

Very helpful and friendly, stopped by to get some basic information about scooters and Florida regs. Due to the distance between our house and US1 Scooters purchase is kind of a remote possibility, never the less the sales person was very helpful throughput. I would definitely recommend them for anyone living in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

I dont normally leave reviews unless Ive had a major complaint, but its only fair to others looking for a Scooter like I was. First off the customer service is really what set U.S 1 apart from other stores I went to. John is super polite. He took the extra time to explain all the difference on the various Scooters, Instead of trying to unload the highest priced one on me. After explaining my needs he actually directed me towards the lowest priced scooter in the store. Finally, anytime I called with a question in regards to my scooter his immediate response was bring it in Ill have it looked at right away which he did. Gave me a free oil change and never even brought up money when giving me a tune up... If you want a store that is going to be with you and assist you months after you buy a scooter I highly recommend U.S. 1.

Never received my title on a new scooter. Exhaust broke within a month causing the carb to lean out, aka scooter won’t run. Left me stranded. Also apparently the title isn’t included. You have to pay them 200-250~ to register it for you to get the title.Hello! The people at the DMV register vehicles! Not everyone wants to pay that fee.

I had a more serious issue that almost left me stranded but I called them and the mechanic talked me through the problem and guided me to a video that solved my issue. Website depicts a wide range of used scooters at a very good price but actual location had no used scooters at all and a 50cc started at $795 with only a 3 month warranty. Kind of felt like a bait and switch situation with what was offered online to what was actually in inventory.

I recently purchased my scooter I love it Alex made what I expected to be a all day event a quick and smooth process he even remembered my name when I revisited for my oil change, very reasonable and DJ immediatly got it done no wait time. Upon purchase I did have a minor tune up issue (through fault of manufacturer) this can be normal and was fixed at no charge thanks guys see ya in 500 miles
