I was remodeling my master bathroom and i needed a fixed glass partition for the shower and a mirror for over the vanity. I called around to a few glass companies here in Ft. Lauderdale. Most told me it would take 7-10 business days to deliver these 2 items. I needed them within a few days. I called Diamond Frameless and Michael answered the phone. He was able to provide me with an estimate based on the information I provided him. Not only did he come in hundreds of dollars lower than the competitors, he was able to deliver the items 2 days later! The turn around time was super quick. I scheduled a time for him to come over. He arrived early with a colleague of his. They took measurements and were in and out of my house within 15 minutes later. 2 days later, they came back and installed my fixed glass panel for the shower and the mirror over the vanity. The final price came in a little bit lower than the original estimate which is unheard of. I am very pleased with the level of service and the quality products offered by this company. We were replacing a shower at a place we have in Exuma Bahamas and Michael was amazing!We did everything online and text and email. We were VERY nervous as we are spending allot of money and depending upon our contractor in Exuma to come up with the correct dimensions.THEN, Michael had to have it packaged for shipping overseas AND we were worried about pieces breaking or end up missing.All went perfect and we couldnt be more please with the way it turned out.Thank you to Michael and his crew!
