Needed serious help with a custom costume and had been stressed driving all over town all day. They basically help me put the whole thing together. What I wasn’t able to accomplish in a whole day they helped me accomplish in about an hour. I don’t think I have ever received customer service anywhere like here.

Everything i needed for my party they had and more. So happy to have found this great spot. Thank you to Karen and Keith for all the help, you guys are the best.

Let me just say we had a client and I know you cant please anyone but let me just say there are always two sides to every story. We had a customer who kept coming in and in for a Pirate Wedding - couldnt decide had to keep checking with his wife and this was over a 4 week period. Being in the rental business items go in and out everyday however, I help these items he rented them no problem. Brought back like he was supposed to and then asked if he could use the hat to Halloween - of course no problem. Due back and no show till 5 days later. Had the item out for over a month. Again, no problem - but no phone calls to say can I bring back at another date in which we are good on that. However, the hat came very worn - again no worries but being in the rental business I did lose a customer because I had no more Pirate hats OK however, we are in the rental business...I and it was heartbreaking had to charge him out of his deposit I was holding and he threatened us which we are here and making PEOPLE smile everyday - that is what we do so Mr. Paul Maffet a phone call would have helped as you are responsible for your actions. If your hurt and someone else calls no problem. We hope in business you understand our side and we treat our customers like GOLD! The owner never concerned about customers’ feeling. They are doing their ridiculous business. They rent me a costume as the equal price which I can buy a brand new one. It’s my first time to went to this place and must be the last time!!!They owner told me they are doing this business for a long while. They make costumes by themselves. I believed her at the beginning. I thought I find a unique costume shop. So I spent 45 dollars rental with 45 dollars deposit to rent a vampire costume. After I left from Crazy about Costume. I go to another costume shop with my friends. I found they sold the same vampire costume for 45 dollars! How can I rent a costume by the same price which I can buy a brand new one? ! I feel deceived!!! I called Crazy about costume immediately, told them I wanna return my costume. But they told me they are close asked me to return it on next day.When I return the costume back. I complain to the owner. I told her, she shouldn’t charge us such higher price. She give me a bad attitude, she said “I can’t do anything for you. You should think about it before you rent. I know you do understand clearly but this is our business.” I told her I found she rent the costume as the same price which can buy a brand new one. And tried to show her the picture. But she refused and said “I don’t wanna see about you found. We do our costumes. I have to clean it. It’s brand new. I can’t do anything for you.” Then I told her I will give a bad comment online. And she said “Go ahead. Comment it.”It sands like she never concerned about how I feel and never think she is doing the wrong things.I tell my story just want to warn your guys be careful don’t be cheated by them.I posted all proofs to show how ridiculous business they are doing.The first picture is the costume I rent from Crazy about costumeThe second picture is the costume I found by another costume shop.The third one is the receipt Crazy about costume give to me.

What a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable. Have an outrageous selection of whatever you need. I was looking for a 1920s Golfer get up and they had everything I needed. Very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a costume for any event. Thanks for the easy transaction!

Awesome cash only rental place...they have EVERYTHING. They dont charge more for keeping a costume for a week, as we were considering bringing on cruise. Dont expect 25. dollar costumes, they have some elaborate rentals. Owners are nice, deal with major productions in town as well. Check their hours before heading over, as ther vary!

They are the absolute best! This is my third year renting a Santa suit for a kids party. This year Karen had a Rudolph costume. He was an instant hit. Thanks for helping me spread joy!

I called and asked for the costume I wanted not only did they not have it in Stock. They found it foe me and called to pick up at my convenience.Now thats service with a smile.

Was in need of a beard for husbands corporate theme party. Ordered one online and it came in completely the wrong order leaving us without an important piece of the costume the night before he flew out. Called at 10:15 a.m. this morning and was treated with great customer service. They found one they thought would work after looking up the character and sent me a picture by text. They were just as pleasant in person as on the phone. Since my husbands company has these theme parties annually, I now know where to go to save myself a lot of frustration by shopping on line!!! Beard being Fed Xd to Texas this afternoon for the party!

Amazing experience. Seeing all of the different costumes they make and provide is just mind blowing. Also the staff is wonderful. Also domt forget to throw the ball for Bentley the cutest little dog! If not he will nottttt beeee happpppyyyy ;)
