Kelly Mcneill at Holman Auto service is a real GENIUS!! She is incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. Others told me that Samsung cells couldnt mirror my 530 but she made it happen. She was a pleasure to deal with it, scheduled my Encore appointment, introduced me to my service advisor and made the experience flawless. Thank you!!

They try to sell to my friend a car that has water damage and was not reported ! She is a recent COVID widow and they took advantage ! Now the do not want to reembolse the money downTerrible in this time that things like that will happens 🙀

As someone who works at a power sports dealership, I have a high level of expectations when it comes to customer service and common courtesy. After contacting a few dealers in the area looking for more information on purchasing a Honda Civic, I was finally helped by Chris Damico. He was able to answer all of my questions and followed up with me quickly and efficiently with all the information I requested. I offered a more than fair price. I thought it was interesting to find out that the Lincoln dealer in Pompano thinks that a 2014 BMW M235i that cost $52,000 new April 30 2014 is now (11/3/2016) worth only $27,000. With only 14,000 miles. So much for the value of the BMW brand -- and Lincoln - Pompano is a Holman-owned dealership!

My daughter bought an extended warranty for over $2,000 at a Holman dealership that they eventually sold. Even while it was still open they refused to give us the information that we needed to file a claim when something went wrong. She needed to have the car towed and to have repair work done a couple of months ago but because we didnt have a policy number or any way of identifying we ended up having to pay about $500 for repairs and about $60 for towing. I called their headquarters in Fort Lauderdale to get the info we needed to collect on that repair and for future problems that might occur. I kept speaking to people that couldnt help us and still dont have a policy number or a card to show when we need it. That is after buying 6 or 7 cars from that dealership. They dont care at all about the situation and I wont think about any of their locations next time we need a car. We are out that money and will be forced to spend more in the future for possible repairs.

They have a great script on customer service but the BMW service is the worst.

No better place to buy a car. Period.
