We rented a truck to pick up the order, but when we get there to pick it up, they just said that they dont have in stock ?!?!?!. Then we got something else, but the client said no. We returned and they charged 25% ?!?!?!?!? terrible customer service, the worst. Be careful

Dont take their word for it when they say they have the flooring you need. We provided square footage and they said yes we have it, heres our price. We of course paid up front and when we went to pick up our order, we were told they only had half the order in stock, we have to wait a week for the rest. A week later we are assured its all ready for pick up, great! Go to pick up and, oh by the way, your order is short 8 boxes. No more in stock right now at any of their locations. Well have to wait a month. Who does business like that??! I paid up front and am on a schedule. Already had to push back kitchen install 1 week and now this?! The flooring we do have, we are starting today, I cant keep living in a house with no kitchen. But this means my bedrooms will not be finished until the rest of the boxes come in. Unacceptable. Make sure these people have 100% of your order when and where they tell you before you pay.**Follow up 10/13/20** Again we are told our remaining flooring was in. My husband makes the drive only to be told, not only are the floors not in, but they are dicontinued!! But supposedly they are expecting more and we can expect our remaining boxes to finish our home THE END OF NOVEMBER! This company is the most irresponsible and incompetent there is. Obviously no one knows how to do cycle counts or take inventory and we the consumer suffer. Mind you, they have payment in full and our flooring is done throughout most of our house, but we need the remaining to finish the last room. I will lose my s#@t and raise hell if we dont recieve the rest of our order.

Masters Building Products in Fort Lauderdale is a great company to work for as long as you dont work under the Spanglish speaking Puerto Rican supervisor by the name of Tania Martinez.If you decide to give it a try and if you happen to be out of luck and work in her department get ready for lies, gossip and drama and dont make any long term plans based on your position within the company.Once she knows that you exceed in qualifications and skills she will make your life impossible. If you are so unfortunate to end up working under Tania, try to keep a low profile and try not to represent a threat for her, this may buy you some time until you get another job. Dont forget to be ready for a lot of Spanglish from this individual. Best of luck to you!

They have several products, but they have a ladder tip of very poor quality, the problem is that there is a person in sales who does not try to solve the problem, he asks you to leave the company, very bad attention from that person. The girls at the counters are very good and they end up solving the problem generated by the boss.
