What a rip off. My 63 yr old grandmother went to this shop was helped by Alyson. She was taken advantage of by this artist and charged 50 for a basic piece of nose jewelry. Way to do business true love! You call and ask for pricing and they tell you its their policy that they cant discuss prices over the phone. Thats because they want to rip you off! Ive gone to shops all over the country for tattoos and piercings. Not a single one of them would of have done this to my grandmother. I have a few reputable friends who own shops out there. They will be knowing how you do business!

Two day adventure, but totally worth it!! My daughter wanted to get her navel pierced for her 17th birthday and we are so glad she found this place. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady behind the desk. She was extremely professional and friendly when explaining the requirements of a notary prior to getting my minor pierced. This was new to us, but hey different strokes for different folks. We drove around for about an hr looking for a location to do the notary with no luck. My daughter texted Alyson (piercer) to let her know we couldnt keep our appointment and would reschedule for the following day. The next day we located an Amscot (Pembroke Pines) to do the notary and drive back up to Fort Lauderdale. Upon arrival we presented the paperwork and final got to meet Alyson. She discussed the procedure from start to finish and answered all of our questions without frustration. She made my daughter and me feel comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. After showing my daughter some jewelry and explaining pricing she sanitized her station and was ready for us in about 10 minutes. Afterwards escorted us to her station where she again explained her process and got to work. Throughout the entire process she explained what step she was on; very informative- from marking to the actual jewelry going into place. After care was explained and she encouraged us to reach out if we had any concerns throughout the healing process.She is dedicated to her work and it shows!! Thank you Alyson (@alyson wxnderland)for taking care of my kiddo. We had a wonderful experience and will not go anywhere else as long as we are in FL.

Good afternoon everyone,I had the pleasure of meeting Ms.Alyson actually at my job at the time and she was super sweet and her aura was pure. I was covered in piercings and shes been nothing but informative and helpful since then. I sadly didnt have the chance to get pierced with her but now that most of my piercing have sadly fallen, i do plan on getting re-pierced with her when I get the opportunity. My left nipple piercing had gotten irritated, I thought it was infected but she politely clarified the situation and gave me good instruction on to care for it. I thought it was really kind because she didnt even do the piercing so she couldve just kept it pushing but she helped me. As soon as I have some extra cash, I would love to be a loyal client to her. I highly recommend her and her instagram page!**I also want to note that this is coming from a tattoo/piercing enthusiast who has a physical disability ( mild case of cerebral palsy) and its nearly impossible to find people in the industry who are compassionate and have the excellent customer service for someone like me to fit into this community. She is a gem, a rare treasure, and more people should attempt to have the same energy with the disabled community.

A piercing experience like no other! From the moment we walked in the girls were so welcoming. I got my tragus pierced by Alyson and she was AMAZING! Everything in the shop was incredibly clean. Alyson did a great job making sure the piercing process went smoothly, she even went to the extent of showing us expiration dates on everything she used on us to insure sanitation and safety. She walked me through the entire process all the way from putting on the clamp till the jewelry was perfectly secured effortlessly to where there was no pain. To wrap it all up at the end she sat us down to go over cleaning procedures and tips, made sure we had all our questions answered, and all done with a great attitude and welcoming energy. I recently went into the shop to get my helix pierced, and was given the most pleasant piercing experience Ive ever had! From the moment I walked in, the girls there were such nice people and they honestly made the whole experience better. During the actual piercing experience, Alyson made sure to walk me through every step she was about to do and even showed me the expiration dates on everything she used which made me feel much more comfortable with the whole process. She also made sure to take the time to give in detail instruction on how to properly clean the piercing. I will definitely be going back for more piercings from there!

I was a walk in at their studio wanting to get my nose and belly button re pierced. I had a little wait of course because I was walkin but it was completely worth it! Alyson was my piercer and she is amazing! She’s extremely professional but so kind, I have been pierced before but I have never been given the service or had anyone be so informative as her. I felt so comfortable with her and the rest of the staff was such a joy. 100/10 I would recommend this studio.

This isnt your typical old school tattoo shop. The receptionist and staff were welcoming towards everyone. I have been to many tattoo parlors in several different states and this place has a modern open concept with the option to close allowing for privacy. Their customer service is exceptional. Appointments are available, prices are fair and their work is amazing. Alyson was fantastic. She made me feel at ease and was truly a sweetheart. Go check them out!

I got a nipple piercing here with Alyson and she was AMAZING! Made me feel so comfortable and helped me through the entire process. I was nervous but once I was alone with her for the piercing she was very kind and genuinely excited for me. I went and purchased a new nose ring that I absolutely love. Ive never had one like it! It was a little pricey, but whatever. I support these businesses and the piece is quality. Even though I was just shopping for jewelry, Kelsey and Allie were so personable. I would totally go back and recommend.

Let me start off by saying, I am very particular about what goes on and into my body (piercings/tattoos). My first time piercing my septum, the piercer was not educated and I unfortunately suffered the consequence. That being said. I drove all the way to Ft. Lauderdale from Kendall because I’ve had so many people recommend Alyson.To say I could not be anymore more impressed, is an understatement. The girls and the front desk - I don’t remember their names ): - were so welcoming.Alyson, the piercer, was so kind and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and has professionally done this for years. This is actually the first time a piercer has taken the tools out in front of me, shown me expiration dates, and explained the process. Very sanitary.She talked me through it (I was scared because the first time I got my septum pierced elsewhere, I bled. A lot.) and before I knew it, I was done. Quick and easy. I really liked the fact that she explained how new piercings can settle, why certain piercings are heal differently than others. She educated me on things I didn’t even know!Alyson went over there aftercare & handed me a paper with specific instructions on how to take care of it. (The do’s and donts, when to size down, all that good stuff) I had also noticed she had the gauge and type of piercing listed on that same paper. I’ve never seen that before! That was something that really caught my eye because I always forget the size lol. So I loved that.This has been the best experience, and I can only thank Alyson for it! Thank you so much for the love and care toy give to not only your profession but your clients!!

Ive gotten two tattoos done at True Love and both experiences were great. My first tattoo there was done by Nirvana and she did an amazing job on my tattoo, it was a great experience. My second tattoo from true love was done by Jade and she was also great. My family and I wanted to all get tattoos the same day and she worked with each of us to get us what we wanted. Overall I would definitely go back to true love for my next tattoo. Every artist there is super talented

I had my nostril pierced by Alyson (a queen) and it was the most pleasant piercing experience I’ve ever had! She made sure to walk me through the entire process and show me each tool she was using, including their expiration date, and she had very gentle hands! She also explained the aftercare process super well and didn’t rush through it like most piercers do. I’m definitely coming back!

Cant say enough good things about this place and the folks there! We made last minute tattoo appointments for our last day of vacation and are so thrilled with how they turned out. Id accidentally booked our appointments at two separate locations, but staff was super accommodating and helped work it out logistically (Amanda was particularly helpful with this). We both ended up with gorgeous line work tattoos (mine from Jade, his from Bing Bing) who are both phenomenal artists. Mandie was working the front counter while we were there and shes an absolute gem of a human and made us feel right at home. Pricing was clutch too, especially given the quality of the work we had done and the overall experience at the studio.

I had the most AMAZING time at this place, ive gotten two piercings with khelsi and another two with alyson and i have never been disappointed!

I came in last week to get a few piercings switched out and I had the pleasure of Khelsi being the one to help me. From the very start it’s a very comfortable experience she’s so sweet and sooo good at what she does! I got 3 piercings changed.. septum, rook and nose ring. She did it with such ease you couldn’t tell the difference from when she started to when she finished. (She also pierced my rook originally which was a separate pleasant experience) 10/10 I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tattoos or piercings :)

Got my first tattoo there yesterday with Jade, was a great experience! After my consultation last week, she helped me book my appointment and allowed me to express myself fully in what I wanted in the design and she was sweet enough to allow me to ask questions about everything. She was really sweet and very easy to contact, she was very patient when it came to the detailing, lifework and overall design. Her art is truly unique and wonderful and Im in love with all of it! The extra COVID measures with their own precautions that are implemented absolutely ensure an extra peace of mind in whatever you’re there for, whether it be a tat or a piercing. The entire staff is super friendly and kind and assisting in answering any questions and/or doubts you may have about anything. Everything is done very transparently and respectfully so nonetheless. Their work is worth the price.I had an awesome experience with my tattoo coverup, being done by Constantina. She was super detailed in doing it all super meticulously and very helpful in guiding and advising what steps and/or measures to take to get it to be a great tattoo ... that essentially looks like its not a coverup piece to begin with. She greatly executed a high quality design that was really pleasing for me in what I was going for.Overall, it’s a shop I’d definitely recommend to anyone. Will be going back for sure for future work.

I scheduled an appointment with Constantina before coming in. The store is bright and clean and immediately welcoming. Constantina was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her - I love my tattoo! Her watercolor work is really beautiful - I found her on Instagram prior to coming in, and booking with her was really simple and fast. She used quality inks and introduced me to using wound dressing in the first stage of healing which was life-changing and Im quite sad I healed 5 tattoos without it. Im definitely coming back in the future.

Went as a walk in with my wife and they were extremely accommodating for that, called in Adam early since the artists that were there were all booked up and he was more than happy to do one for me and two pieces for my wife. This was the best piercing experience I have EVER had!! I went with a couple of friends to get piercings on my birthday and Alyson was our piercer and she was so professional and made me feel sooooo safe throughout the whole experience. We obviously went in separately to keep Covid regulations and when I was in there, all the things she was using were laid out, she would confirm the expiration day of everything with me, all the tools were sterilized, she was so funny, I was literally laughing so hard right after the piercing and the whole experience was amazing. I was not even nervous and she did the piercing so quickly and efficiently, I told her my concerns about the piercing and she told me all the ways to take care of it. After we all got piercings she took the time to come out and speak to all of us and tell us how to take care of the piercings we all got, gave us information sheets and had her information on the paper in case we ever needed to reach out directly to her. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I would 100% recommended you go get pierced by queen Alyson! She’s the best!!!!!!

Early March Alyson did my daith and it has healed very nicely. She is very experienced and worth every penny, super sweet and friendly the first time I went it was a bit hot inside and I almost passed out but she was quick on her feet to help me. Today I went in to get my septum done by her and she did a amazing job again I didnt feel the needle go through at all despite my scare tissue from surgery a few years ago. Plus she had a upgraded fan which helped me from over heating this time to keeping me from passing out! Most of my piercings have rejected before I found her and since I have met her I couldnt imagine going to anyone else for a piercing. And shout out to Amanda for her friendly service! I love you guys keep up the amazing work! I highly recommend making a appointment to keep from a waiting to anyone thats thinking of doing a walk in you never know if its going to be a busy day or not.

I did a review back in July when I got the tattoo but forgot I made one, and when I reread my review recently, I felt it could’ve been better. So basically, this place is great. The staff is terrific, super kind, and skilled. I got monarch butterflies for my first tattoo, and it came out so beautiful and detailed. I went to Constantina, who is Fabulous. I recommend this place for sure.

Stumbled up on this shop while vacationing in Florida last week. Walk in and the first thing she asked was where we were from. Well of course we were covered in Ohio State gear, I said Ohio. Long story short, I wanted a simple feather. The artist had to go over 1/2 inch of an existing tattoo. Well they drew it up and said it was gonna be 700$ because it is a cover up 😄 Continued to tell me the artist is really good and has to take his time to make the ink stay in for a lifetime. As Im standing there covered in tats I said thank you but no thanks. I feel they tried to take advantage of us because my fiance also showed them what she wanted and they said 450$ for hers which was only 250$ at Major Ink. My feather is gonna be 225$. If your out of state dont tell them, would be my suggestion.

Ive been pierced by Alyson twice. And shes been the nicest , knowledgeable, and professional piercer Ive ever met. She always made me feel at ease when I got my piercings done by her. I got my conch piercing and daith piercing done by her. She knows what shes doing and loves her job and it shows. She made me feel like weve been friends for a while. I plan on getting more done by her maybe start an ear project with her in the future. I highly recommend her to anybody that wants to get pierced.

The staff in general is great. Great environment to get a tattoo or piercing. Everyone is very friendly and they accept debit or credit cards as well. The shop is doing a great job regarding cleanliness and maintaining safety during the pandemic. My artist Bing Bing has been phenomenal. Hes on point with appointments and makes sure that your tattoo is not only something you like, but something durable that wont fade away quick. Not only have I gone to True Love to be tattooed, I have also gone to be pierced many times. Specifically by Alyson! She has redone two of my cartilage piercings, gave me amazing advice on piercings I wanted AND pierced my nose for my birthday this past August. I will never go anywhere or to anyone else but Alyson in all honesty, not only did she make me feel safe and completely comfortable I also felt safe with all the pandemic protocols and going into the shop during this time. She legit has a baby touch, I didn’t even know my nose piercing was finished until she said “WOW it looks beautiful” and it does! You can truly tell Alyson loves and values her job but you can tell she does it for the outcome and happiness on her customers faces. If I could give not only the shop but Alyson more than a 5/5 I would, she is the sweetest soul I’ve ever met.

I brought in a handwriting sample and she did an amazing job matching it perfectly! The shop was extremely clean and followed all COVID 19 procedures. I called for pricing on a piercing and the ‘secretary’ proceeded to tell me multiple times they don’t do over the phone prices (which makes no sense because who wants to waste their time going somewhere to receive an answer you could have easily given over the phone especially if it’s a no.) anyways then she proceeds to give me extra unsolicited advice about a piercing I’ve already had multiple times and was just looking to have redone it’s not her place to advise someone to not get a piercing especially if they’re the ones paying for said piercing it should just be a simple yes or no. All in all I didn’t get to get a piercing with these people an honestly the phone girl made me kinda happy I didn’t. My thing is you get what you pay for so if I’m paying I should be able to get whatever I asked for regardless of my personal risks I don’t believe I’m wrong for that.

Absolutely love the place! I got a piercing from Khelsi and a tattoo from Luke here. They were both very cool and friendly staff. They made it feel comfortable and welcoming. Very kind. This is also a good place in terms of Covid because they are very cautious and clean and very well “ruled”, so I felt safe here in regard to that. Great place to get your stuff done!

I had Jade as my artist and it was an amazing experience. Not only did I feel completely comfortable with her, but her personality and work ethic made it ten times better. She was completely accompanying to my needs and wants and made my piece exactly what I pictured it to be. I couldn’t be happier and would come back for more!! Let me start by saying that Alyson is the sweetest ever. She explained each and everything she used she made sure I felt safe and secure she always wore her mask and was very clean and organized. I drove almost 2 hours just to get my septum pierced with Alyson and I will continue to drive those two hours just to get helped by her because it was totally worth it and my piercing came out just as I wanted to. Absolutely no pain and I usually have a very low pain tolerance for piercings and let me tell you no pain whatsoever! Alyson is the bomb.

My daughter got her first tattoo from Jade today. It came out awesome and she is very happy with the results. They followed COVID guidelines and I felt comfortable being there. The facility was clean. Jade was great and made her feel comfortable. Jade was great to work with. Will definitely go back.

I came in a couple weeks ago to get my jewelry changed on one of my piercings. Alyson was SO helpful in picking out jewelry with me and switching to my new hoop. Highly recommend Alyson!

I went first back in November to have my septum pierced. I’ve wanted this done for a long time and was very nervous about it, but Alyson is a doll and made the entire experience so comfortable. She shows you everything that she is going to use, including expiration dates so you can see all the equipment is sterile and new. She was also genuinely excited about doing it and may have been happier with the outcome than even I was, which is saying a lot. I went back a couple weeks ago for her to do my conch and stacks in my ears. She even honored her New Years week deals for me because I was sick that week and couldn’t make it in. Alyson is wonderful and cares about her clients more than money. To the person who left a 1 star review, there’s something wrong with you. If a talented and experienced piercer says that what you want is dangerous, maybe you should listen to them instead of being so immature.

I was referred to Adam by my coworker Joseph Cruz @ Morris 4x4 JEEP CENTER in Pompano, who had work done w Adams brother who I hear is an excellent tattoo professional. When I visited the shop Adam quoted me took pics, he was beyond awesome and very knowledgeable...I felt comfortable and it was a clean environment. Everyone at my job loved the tatoo I got...Yes highly recommend! 5 star!!! Happy repeated customer.

Alyson was completely amazing. She took her time to explain everything and even to show how completely sterile everything was. I went in for 3 piercings; my nostril and second holes on my lobes. I dont do well with needles and she handled my anxiety so well! Completely professional! Im just sad shes so far away if I ever want more piercings!

I am in Ft Lauderdale on vacation and wanted to get a tattoo. I was able to make an appointment online and got it done last night. Alyson (answered the phone) is one of the kindest people there! I cant wait to book piercings with her!!! Danny (Daniel on the site) did my tattoo last night. Hes an extremelytalented artist who kind of ours you at ease in the tattoo process. I got something small this time but I hope to go back and let Danny create the rest of my tattoo wish list!10/10 would definitely recommend! I got to watch the end of Life of Pi then Schitts Creek while getting my tat done. Two other artists were working as well. Didnt catch their names but the pieces they were creating were out of this world!It was already a great vacation but finding this bunch was the best part!

Alyson is an amazing piercer with skill and knowledge, who will have your best interest at heart when you come to get pierced.When Becky comes through the door asking to mutilate her tongue with a dangerous piercing such as snake eyes, rest assured no experienced professional piercer would accept any amount of money to do so. Her integrity cannot be bought & that is amazing. I got my Ear Piercings with Alyson 3 months ago, She did amazing!Long story short needed new Posts(12/16) and Khelsi was such a great help. She cleaned everything thoroughly was so sweet and nice. I had a great experience at this place, the people are awesome! I had a double helix piercing with Allyson. The environment is welcoming and boutique style. I was the only customer there, love that with this Covid-19 still out there. I felt they had good pricing and very professional. I will be going back in the future.

I got my tragus and nipple piercings done by Alyson. I love her so much, she’s funny and energetic. She pierced quickly , thankfully and everything in the shop is 100% sterile. She showed me that everything she used was new and never opened. Definitely would recommend going to her and also I plan to go to her for any future piercings. She’s on time and very understanding.
