Such a great experience.Recommend by my mechanic.Went to see them they had a used trailer asked for some modifications and service items be taken care of to upgrade trailer.Trailer was ready when agreed picked up trailer went to test it boat would not sit on trailer properly. (they had never seen my boat)Took trailer back no issues we agreed on some modifications ie raise the bunk height and add a roller at the front of trailer, ready next day -no additional charge !Decided to add spare wheel while i was there this was not in the original deal there was a charge - did it while i waited .Truly great service keen to please and go the extra mile to make things right. Awesome experience!! Felipe and his team built a beautiful tandem axel jetski trailer made. We had a diamond plated box put up front. We were hit the other day by a truck with minor damage done to the trailer he said to bring it right in so they could fix it. Solid workmanship. Reliable and easy to work with.

Willy and Felipe made a custom heavy duty trailer that fits our boat perfectly. They use stainless and aluminum parts. These parts will last so much longer in saltwater than the lower quality parts that other trailer manufacturers use. The customer service they provided to us building the trailer was above what I hoped for. I have owned this trailer for 6 months and zero problems.

Top Notch customer service I ordered my trailer and it was ready before the due date that gave me. Called to make minor adjustments ( new boat) and they got me right in and got it perfect the 1st time !! Cindy and Willie are too notch always called me back and answered all my questions. I ordered a trailer built to fit my chaparral cabin cruiser. Everything was great from the first contact to picking up the trailer. I drove from Kentucky to Florida to pick up and experienced some trouble with my truck on the way there. They allowed me to make my neccessary repairs at there facility so I could make the trip back. The quality of the trailer is exceptional and I recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer for your boat.

Amazing product!! My wife and I just got our second boat and ordered a boat trailer from Bad 2D Bone Trailers for second time. They gave us two weeks for production. We got our trailer 5 days later and they even swapped my boat and adjusted the trailer for it. The customer service is incomparable! I highly recommend these guys!

I bought a trailer from willy 2 years ago, I couldnt be happier with it, also whenever I needed service they took awesome care of me.this is a five star company and product.

I just purchased my boat and needed a trailer so I got a trailer from them and had a great experience. Their prices were not the cheapest around but it was worth spending the extra money for the kind of service and product they provided me.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! They WERE operating under the name of All American Trailer Manufacturers who is in the process of filing bankruptcy because they owe so many people money!!! And instead of actually PAYING those people they owe money to.....they FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY and cry to the court that they have no money. Then they set up this new company and told the bankruptcy court that they received an offer from Bad 2D Bone to purchase their assets...blah blah blah blah. THESE PEOPLE ARE USING OUR COURT SYSTEM, TO DO SHADY BUSINESS!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I had some trailer issues , went there talk to Felipe they took my trailer in the next day and fixed all my issues for the right price.These guys know their stuff, I would definitely recommend these guys.

Dont use them for boat transport! Willie rescheduled once then called an hour before scheduled arrival on the rescheduled day and said the driver was not coming. Had to find another company last minute completely unreliable and really unprofessional.

This could be one of the worst businesses in South Florida; they lie, and run up your bill. Do not expect to get anything completed on time or as quoted. I would not use this shop and advise anyone to go elsewhere.
