Absolutely perfect mid-sized yard! Great people!... from the office staff, to the lift operators and crew. I am the Captain of a 70 Custom Yacht named Sapphire. I would highly recommend Yacht Management for your next yard period!Special thanks to Josh for getting us in on short notice and for providing a great staff and atmosphere. Even more special thanks to Ryan who stepped in to the project manager role the day we arrived. He ran the project as if he had been there for years!Keep in mind, they are sticklers about the hours, and you may need to make arrangements to get to your boat on weekends or after hours.I will definitely go back to Yacht Management for any future projects. Probably next October:).

I brought them an 82 aluminum project. While nothing in any boatyard ever goes according to plan (and I do have a tendancy to be a pain), Kyle and everyone else did everything they could do to get it done and back in the water, and at a very reasonable price compared to other yards. They pretty much nailed the quote they gave me before we added a few extras.Ive been to a lot of boatyard from Seattle to st maarten, and I would definitely recommend this yard.

I had the oldest boat in the yard and I was treated like I had the most important boat there. I cant praise Yacht Management enough.

Scheduled work that was supposed to take 3 - 4 hours. They promised boat back by end of day. They called at 3 PM to say they couldnt get to it.

I just brought my newly acquired large boat for haul out and some service. What a great experience with a very friendly and capable team. The prices were very fair and the service quality was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Kudos to Briana, Kyle, Magen, and Moe.

Yacht management handled every aspect of my 46 while in S. Florida including detail work and I could not be more happy. They have really dialed in their processes. After being at my marina for a while I quickly met many other people who use yacht management and love their service. Highly Recommended!

This is the second time in three years I had major work completed on my 65 Hatteras by Yacht Management, they are a first rate yard! Josh K. has a team led by Kyle M. and the trickle down effect from management to employees show. Each staff member is knowledgable and actually cares about the work performed and the quality of the job task when completed. From sanding to bottom paint, engine work, running gear maintenance, etc. the final outcome is a job that is completed in the estimated time frame and the work is performed is top notch. Their pricing is very reasonable especially based on the quality of work. I have used other big name yards in the past, its time to move over, Yacht Management South Florida is an operation to be reckoned with. I have a 39 See Vee with triple mercs. I took the boat to Yacht Management for a detailing, bottom painting, and annual engine service. The boat was in and out quick. The yard manager Kyle was great and on top of everything. The offered free pick up and drop off of my boat from my house to the marina and back. I though that was great customer service. I will be back at the end of summer for my 100 hr service with them.

Tried getting a quote to have our boat hauled out and bottom painted. After three days of waiting for a quote we called back and inquired as to why we hadnt received it yet we were told why are you bothering us. Vinny told us he didnt need our money. Josh Kerrigan was the first person we dealt with several years ago and he was great. Megan who answers the phone was very courteous. Otherwise, poor sales and social skills at its finest! We have since found a respectable company that wants our business and our money.

I had a great experience using Yacht Management and would definitely use their services again for our next project. I thought the companys employees were very professional and the quality of work was exceptional. In addition the price they quoted was competitive when comparing bids from similar companys in the area. Ive owned boats for 25 years and would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

Philip was quick to reply to my email regarding having an oil change system installed on our 60-foot yacht. Unfortunately they only do work on boats that they haul out... he was nice, but Id be worried about warranty work etc...

Never seen eanything like it. Stay Away from this company! They were referred to me by a good friend for bottom paint of our boat & installation of underwater lights. They emailed 14 forms to sign that states they are not responsible for anything, that should have given me a clue to stay away and of course you have to give them your credit card. They charged my credit card three times the amount quoted. Less than 10 days later two of the three lights they installed stopped working. I was in contact with the manufacturer of the lights couldnt believe it but sent new lights under warranty and asked that we send the malfunctioning lights back to them for testing. We now bring the boat back to them to install the lights, they quoted $600.00 which I thought was absurd because there was a good chance that there was nothing wrong with the lights, but the installation. I was shocked that my credit card was charged nearly $1500.00. Upon arrival to pick up the boat I found that it had been walked on with dirty sandy shoes leaving foot prints all over, the hatch was left open, and the carpets were just thrown on the seats and not placed back to the way they were found. I also found that they hadnt shut valves off that were supposed to be shut off before hauling the vessel which caused damage to an impeller. I also questioned why there were two different size breakers for two of the three lights and received no answer other than well call you on Monday morning. Of course no phone call or response to emails. Macy only wants to speak or email you to get your credit card. Not only are the breakers two different sizes both sizes are under the specifications from the manufacturer recommends and the parts that came from the manufacturer were not installed. One of the three packages are the parts were left on the boat, the others are missing but not installed. They also cut the wires on the broken lights that have to go back to the manufacturer to make it difficult to tell if it was a defect in lights or an installation issue. This company is dishonest. I have never had such a horrible experience with a service company much less twice.

I hired the company to manage my yacht. They overcharged for everything, they didn’t do a good job maintaining my yacht and let it deteriorate over a one year period.Most of the work done brilenin short period of time. The owner Joshua makes excuse after excuse and hides behind voice mail or Brianna his assistant.If you have a boat you need well kept steer clear!!Most recent they hired me a captain and he crashed my yacht into two other yachts docking. Need I say more!!!

I just want to congratulate your company on winning. Your level of dishonesty is amazing. I bought a Ford Excursion from this company (they have yatchs and trucks I guess). I’m not sure why they had it for sale, but they did. Read further so you know how they treat people they do business with.I flew from Maryland to purchase the vehicle and was planning to drive it back. Upon inspection everything seemed to be as expressed in the ad. I paid for the truck and once we got all the paperwork done my wife and I left for our home in Maryland.I got on 95 , heading to Maryland, and we barely made it 60 miles down the road when the car completely shut down. Luckily we were able to get off the highway and make it safe to the shoulder. I had to get it towed back to a mechanic near the marina. The next day he was able to diagnose the vehicle and the engine had seized and told us that we needed it a new engine $6500. He said this is a problem they would have been aware of.I knew going into this that this place is not a car dealership, but we only made it 60 miles. We called this place and they said that they sold the car as is and they have lots of lawyers so we need to talk to them. And yeah they’re right, they have lawyers and money and are probably laughing at me because I was dumb enough to buy their car. So don’t worry you won’t hear anything else from us. I just wantes to let your future clients know that if they did it to me I’m sure they’re going to do it to someone else.If you are thinking of doing business with this marina, think twice.I’m the fool in this review.By the way the best part about dealing with this company was that the guy that was taking care of doing the paperwork for us had a dog. She was so friendly and nice.Thank you for selling me a car that made it 60 miles. Don’t worry I don’t have lawyers and money to come after you so there’s nothing you guys need to worry about.The name of the company on the tittle is Lauderdale Towing and salvage. And the guy that was our point of contact is Ryan.

I have a 60 hatteras in Boca, services are provided monthly and they do a good job. Very fast response time and very fast service when I make a request.

Had GPS/sounder stolen...Josh and his team gave me an estimate, replaced, and repaired a new unit within 1 week...awesome quality and prompt service! Highly recommend!

Ive been Running an 80 Ferretti for several years. Our annual Maintenance is performed here. Both the owners and myself are very happy with Yacht Managements reliability and fair pricing.Yachts are an expensive toy, its good to have a trustworthy team like this who helps.
