After setting up an appointment for a technician to service my boat and explaining I would be coming from Chicago, Lynette assured me I was confirmed.After boarding my flight at Ohare, the flight was repeatedly delayed and I realized I would not make my connection. Because I did not want to miss my appointment, I left the plane, got an Uber and drove an hour across town in rush hour to Midway where I bought another ticket to arrive after midnight.After waiting at my boat (in dry dock) for a half hour, I called the office and left a message since no one picked up. After an hour and a half I called again. Again no one picked up. I also emailed as well. After waiting two hours with no call and no show I gave up on this place.I get supply and demand, but this place didn’t have the decency to even call and say they weren’t coming. If they can’t be trusted to give a courtesy call, I don’t know how I would trust them with doing an honest job.

Been boating for over 20 years and Grand Slam Marine was hands down the best place Ive been to get my boat serviced. The entire staff was friendly especially Randy who took the time to go over the electronics they installed. Thankyou Grand Slam Marine.Kevin Bailey.
