Alison, who replied to my emails seemed very organized and was friendly. I sent the specifications for a part, received a quote, and then... when I tried to actually have the part(s) made -- complete silence. Like a black hole. Pretty unprofessional. I stopped looking for other fabrication options after I received the quote from them... not impressed.
