Ill apologize for the LONG post, but wanted to share my experience.Let me start off by saying I am not a big company, organization, or team. Just a family who wanted Gatorade Zero Powder and was shopping online. I stumbled across your website and you had what I was looking for and on sale.While going through and comparing prices I used your chat feature to ask a few quick questions and was connected to MeghanR. She took the time to answer my questions and was getting a shipping price on what I wanted to order. Unfortunately, when adding in the shipping costs, it would have been cheaper to go to my local store. I let Meghan know this and thanked her for her time. This is where most people would have stopped and closed the chat. Instead, Meghan let me know that she had two cases in stock and if I ordered both cases instead, the shipping would only go up around a $1. This was more than I initially wanted to buy, and needed to think, so again I thanked Meghan for her time. Meghan gave me a call back number in case I needed more help.Decided we would go ahead with the order and when trying to order, my internet froze so I decided to call the number Meghan gave me expecting it to be a generic customer service number. Instead, it was a direct line to her. This was super convenient because instead of covering everything again, she remembered the chat, my name, and the product I wanted to order. When I thought her customer service could not get any better, she again surprised me. She checked the expiration date of the product and let me know to ensure we could use it since we were buying 2 cases. She was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient.Customer service is a lost skill in todays world so it was really refreshing to speak to someone who took the extra steps to ensure I got what I wanted. She is a great representative for you company.I am a huge word of mouth person. While I cannot promise I will bring you more business. I can promise that I will tell everyone I know who is looking for Gatorade and/or other supplies to check you guys out first!

Recently ordered a cup replacement dispenser that attaches to the side of 5, 7 and 10 gallon coolers. When they arrived there was no mounting clip included to attach the dispenser to the cooler. During my first call to inquire I spoke to several different people, and then was told someone would need to get back to me. After waiting several weeks, I made a second call and once again talked to several different people. They finally said they did not have that clip, and could not obtain it. Their solution was to try and sell me new coolers with the clip already attached. After some discussion they said I could return them, but would not be reimbursed for the shipping costs and would need to pay for any return shipping. These combine shipping costs would have exceeded the cost of the dispensers. I was told she would reach out to someone in management to see if anything else could be done, and they would get back to me. Still waiting... Obviously by losing me as a customer they will not have to close their doors, but I feel better. Everyone have a nice day and stay safe.After posting this, I was contacted in a day by Melissa from customer service. Oh my gosh, what a wonderful person. I was reimbursed fully, and I am trying to work out a solution that I will share with her if successful. I still have the dispensers while working on the solution, but will return if I can not get them attached. Have a great day.

I work for a City and we provide Gatorade to our crews all year long. Hydration Depot always has stock, they deliver super fast and always has the best price! 5 stars all the way!

If I could give them 0 I would. Very rude customer service when I called about an order I did not want. They were priced $30 over the competitors. When I called to return the product I didnt want they wouldnt return it without a 25% restocking fee plus I had to pay for return shippong even though it was never opened!!!! I wouldnt recommend them and their prices are way too high. Find another company to do business with. I promise you it would be in your best interests.
