This location is great an very close to home... everything is clearly labeled from aisles to prices employyees are friendly and helpful great prices quick checkout.. 5 Stars !!!!

Decent selection, a little of every thing. But, if you care about how your beer tastes, especially IPA - check every can. There are beers from *years* ago still on shelves that have a life span of maybe 3 months - if they are refrigerated...and theyre not.

Slipped and fell on some loose packaging on floor. I notified a manager named Michael. He apologized and was most concerned with making sure I was alright. I appreciated his professionalism.

Total Wine has the best beer selection in this area. Also the lowest prices. Customer service is first class. A very knowledgeable staff will help you with your wine or spirits purchases. I drive across town to use this store.

Usually stick to the one in Coral Springs, but they sold out of the Belaire bleu. Seen they had it online at this location. My husband called in to ask if they had any available at this location? Was told yes, the person asked for his name and said they would put a bottle away for him. It was explained the reason for calling was to avoid taking a long unnecessary trip if they didnt have the product. Get to the store, not even an hr later for them to have sold the last 2 bottles one of which was put away. The manager says, oh so the bottle just sold to the lady was for him and walks off. No sorry or anything. Its really ridiculous the level of customer some retailers lack. Well stick to the Coral Springs location from now on. The staff has always been nice and welcoming.

I love this store when it comes to shopping for rare and difficult to find alcoholic beverages. They have very good customer service and always willing to help. The store is organized and easy to navigate. I went on a cruise years ago and brought a liquor for a present at St Marteen Island. Years later my friend asked if I could get it again, and to my surprise Total Wine had it in stock, so I highly recommend this chain for international products, as well as domestic, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible customer serves and cashiers!!!! My husband and I wasted almost an hour to finding good wines and beer >200$ . Husband had an ID , but I forgot mine at home. We are 30!! Cashier and manager refused to sell .

This is the toy store of beer and spirits! It’s 100% impossible to buy one thing in here. Today I was tasked with picking up 2 six packs for the weekend and failed miserably! They have absolutely everything and the sales associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a lover of Hefeweizens, sours and anything German or Belgian and they have it all and then some! An awesome spot to try something new or grab your old favorites. They even have the build your own six pack which is a fun and great way to try new brews.

I find the best prices on the high end in lowen liquor in this place. For the toy run I purchased a lot of liquor in raffled it off for free to help my business obtain emails for my news letter

I know wine and shop here often. Dont know beer, but their selection of gifting beer is very large. The staff are very knowledgeable, describing the difference between ale, pilsner, stout. They made me wish I liked beer!

Im not really a wine drinker. Im really new to it actually but I went into Total Wine and their staff was VERY pleasant and helpful. Jordan (who is awesome) took the time to show me the wine checker on the back that shows if youre getting dry wine or sweet wine. I really appreciated that extra step. I will definitely return to try something different.

I was in the store looking for a particular item. I ask three people in the floor none if whom seemed really I retested in helping me. Two pointed me in the general direction. The last one said she was to busy, that I should check with customer service. When I went to customer service there were 3 people standing there, none acknowledged that I was standing at the desk. They kept talking to each other until I ask if someone was working customer service.

This store is located in an extremely popular strip mall which is located directly off of 17th STR and Cordova RD. almost at the end of the. L shaped arm. If youre looking for a 🎁 gift of fine 🍷,.champagne, rare hard liquor, then is definitely the place for you! The prices are extremely fair, staff is very knowledgeable and will be able to.assist you with all your needs.The staff is more than willing to assist you with not only your purchases, but with the origins , growths and value of that purchase! That said, the only down side that I can see is that the majority of their accomplishments.such as glasses, foods, geegaws, are overpriced and can be found at a better price.The employees are excellent. There can be no doubt about that! It is a safe place to shop.in a very safe location!.

Be careful when using you gift card!! My most recent experience was on a $900 purchase with a $100 gift card. The cashier posted $11 from the gift card although i asked for the entire $100 to be used. I checked out and proceeded to load up my car with my husband; then glancing at the receipt and noticed the “error”. We then went back to the store to speak with the store manager to tell him what transpired. I showed him the store receipt along with the actual gift card receipt . He went to the cashier and found my gift card on the side of her register; not in the garbage or in the cashier drawer. She wouldn’t even look at us and would not acknowledge the situation which I find quite suspicious. We were refunded the balance of the gift card ($89) and left. Needless to say, I am apprehensive to shop there again. I have been a patron of Total Wine for many years as we purchase multiple bottles of wines and am quite disappointed by what happened. The manager was very casual about the situation but did say he would talk with the cashier (thief?). Keep your guard up 🙁

They were out of the organic kosher gruner veltliner, but the st laurent was great. Hope the gruner comes in soon.Very helpful staff

Was just there with my father in law. He’s 70 and I’m 40 we were there buying whisky, wine and cigars. We decided to split the bill he bought the whisky and wine and I was going to buy the cigars. After the cashier rang him out she asked for my ID for the cigars. I didn’t have it with me as I’m leaving on a cruise in a day. I admit I should have had it but being that we just bought bourbon I thought it was odd she wouldn’t sell me cigars. Had we known my father in law would have just checked out for everything and we would have squared up later. If your going to have rules I think it would be important to follow them on both accounts not just one.
