Shopping for 2 area rugs. They had a good selection and a very helpful salesperson. Our fist day, however. And we werent ready to buy yet.

This new Pottery Barn opened in April 2018,is classic Pottery Barn perfection. The staff are warm and engaging. There so many beautiful household items here in this large store, it took me some time to post so many photos & so much to see! Of course they can make a couch from scratch or your curtains to perfection bedding has endless options. Outside furniture inside furniture. Beautiful bed frames even four poster. Their selection of lamps is extreme and wonderful. The pillows are so Beautiful I wanted to take them all home. Make sure when you’re there to pick up a Catalog ,so you can check out what you’ve missed ,while in the store because there’s so much to see!

If youve been to one Pottery Barn, youve been to them all: the merchandise is always on trend; the items are always over-priced compared to similar retailers, its always a nice place to wander and explore. Staff is pleasant but not overly solicitous.

They are the worst!! I cancelled my order and 6 weeks later the order arrives!!

The customer service is simply terrible, we were walking around for 10 mins and all the employees ignored us. We were going to buy things at this location but with such poor customer service we didn’t want to support rather buy online or my local pottery barn who knows how to treat people. Just a future note just because someone is younger doesn’t mean you should ignore them and not provide any customer service, shame on you!

Average customer service in this store at best. I found much better service in person at the Aventura location.

Good place for upscale kitchen utensils and appliances. I was pleased when I purchased my espresso coffee machine. They price matched it. They carry a good selection of silverware and tableware as well. I recommended if youre not concerned about price so much. While not terribly high they are more pricey but the quality is better.

Didnt have what I was looking for...double glass coffee cups.

Pottery Barn is the worst company that I have ever ordered from in my entire existence. Lets start off with the quality of merchandise for the expensive price. You do not get what you always pay for. I spent $1,487.00 with pottery barn for some stools and a table. The stools were defective. After returning two stools, I still have not received my refund. It has been a month. Each time I call I get a different answer. Save yourself the time and headache. Order from somewhere else. This company is unreliable. And they have terrible customer service.

Though a little congested as you walk through, because it a small store, the quality and style is just so nice. They are up to date without being ultra modern. The quality is good and the style is clean. The customer service was really good, lots of useful information, not just a sales pitch.

My wife walked in and asked of an item was on sale to use her gift card. When the saleslady said it was not, my wife said she did not want it at the listed price. The saleslady made it clear she was put out with facial expressions and noises. Thank god that Pottery Barn lost a very frequent customer. Saves me a lot of cash.

Ladies and Gentlemen it is very that i come my followers and ask anything of you. When i do ask, that means that something so bad has happened that people suffered at the hands of both employees and mgmt. This is the case with me. There were quest that let me know this had problems. Well i just not one to take their word as gospel. Nor should any of you to take the mine. However in this i know of 4 instances this ssme thing happened. The only diffeence is how it came to pass. Now i am going to accuse a women of misrepresentation. Then i going to accuse her of taking advantage of man with the beginning stages of Alzheimers. Then finally im going ask of you to please stop doing business at this location until this woman either makes right with or is moved or possibly terminated from their employ. I will let know what hsppened everytime i called their corp office. The notice 9 seperate text msg the dm that has yet to return a text msg or phone call. I have sent this complaint in 3 tines to corp. Now corp has yet to get anything done in regards to the situation. I will stand for people to do people just like ive been done. The person is Jessica. Is the store at River Market in ft lauderdale on n.federal hwy. Located across from whole foods market. Anyway since this has started. I have gotten the names of all people concerned all but 1. Jessica store manager. Jason is the ops mgr. Clair lockett is district manager

One of my favorite new stores with all the best stuff for the house. I have to limit myself or I would buy everything in the store. Very happy it is here in Fort Lauderdale.

Bought a loaf of bread from a table set up in the Pottery Barn. First it was 3 for $15.00 but when I picked one it was $10.00 for a loaf. Before I could say no thanks the employee cut it up into slices with a knife and handed it to me. It was hard. He claimed it was frozen. I felt uncomfortable but the way he sliced it and packed it assuming it was a sale I ended up leaving with it. Feeling pressured. When I went back the next day as tbe bread was stale I was told by the manager that the store has nothing to do with the bread display and it was a private vendor who comes every few weeks. They asserted the bread is excellent and they all support the vendor. Thete must have been some free bread involved. They told me to call the vendor. He told me to put the bread in my oven to crisp it up and he wont be there for a couple weeks. I just wanted my money back and return the stale bread. Pottery Barn failed to disclose that they were taking no responsibility for that merchandises quality and I left with a stale $10.00 loaf of white bread just the way I came. The employee or who I thought was an employee said the bread was hard because it was frozen. Except it never got soft. I could not believe that the Pottery Barn management did not stand behind goods sold on the floor of their store. Nor did they disclose they were leasing (?) floor space to another business. How that even works insurance wise is a mystery to me. I am not happy with the Pottery Barn and will not go there again. Lesson learned: Buy bread at a bakery. You know who made it. Unbelievable...
