Employees too rude Gets attitude when u ask for help. I rather shop somewhere and spend more then shop there and that store is 2min away from my home i rather drive on the other side of town to elegant beauty . The hospitality at this store sucks big time especially the workers with the lil slick comments and attitude for no reason worst store ever.

Walked in not greeted they saw us walking around looking for stuff and never once were we asked if we needed help! The conversation was obviously more important than the customer! I’ll find my supplies elsewhere!

The employees are very nice and helpful. I had trouble finding some little rubber bands for my daughter and she went and got them for me so I wouldnt lose my place in line.

Went to this store I asking for a specific item, the manager told me yes he have it is in isle 7, when I went to look the lady ask how may I help you and I told her what I’m looking for, so she told me that THEY DO NOT CARRY IT. WHATT!!!! I love that store but sometimes the manager act like he don’t want to help you or you’re bothering him. Will start to go to another Beauty Supply Store.

This happens to be the only beauty supply store that I shop at since I’ve moved to Florida back in the 80’s I like their hair products as well as their manageable wigs, I also love the idea that some locations has stylists who are available to style your have for a small fee, & when theirs a sale that’s I wanna be the first once they open upKudos to you beauty exchange you still doing your thang 👍

I just went in there to exchange an item because it was the wrong item and the cashier had to nerve to tell me I opened and use the item, I told him that’s they way I bought it he sent to store clerk for a match one and that too was open and he still insist that I used the item. They have a very good selection of lace wigs and the prices are very affordable from all the major brands. The sales girl (I think her name was brittney) at the wig counter was very helpful and nice, she does her job well.

Ive been a loyal customer for many years now. I use to love this place until one of the workers started to be very rude to me on mothers day. He tried to charge me extra for a product. I picked out 6 packs of hair three of them said $4.99 and the rest said $6.00, so I asked if I can have them for $4.99 he said no then ripped off the price. I saw other packs of hair in the back that was $4.99 so I went back there to get it instead, while Im back there he tells my mother that what ever I bring up he will disregard the price that THEY PUT ON THERE PRODUCTS and charge me extra. This man was basically accusing me of switching prices and disrespected me in front of my mother on mothers day. I will NEVER support this business again.

Plaza looks run-down but looks can be deceiving. The young girls at this location are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. They have good sales too - the more you spend, the more discounts youll get.

I purchased some items needed and went home. I later realized one of the packs of braiding hair that I purchased was in the wrong color. I reviewed my receipt so that I could understand the return policy. (Return within 7 days with receipt for store credit. No refunds) I brought the items I no longer needed back today after work, April 5th. I brought my receipt with me as proof of purchase. The clerk at the counter immediately told me that they do not sell the item I was returning and that I had purchased it at another beauty supply. I denied his disrespectful accusation and told him I could go to the back and bring another pack to the register to show him I had purchased my items there. I retrieved an identical pack of hair that was in Stock on the shelf and brought it back to him as proof and demanded an apology. He refused to apologize and then called a manager. The manager began to help me and I informed him of what just happened and asked if they run their business by offending their customers. I let him know I had just recently moved to Florida and this was my first experience with this beauty supply store. He began searching through his phone and told me he needs to verify I had purchased my item there. The issue they were having is that my pack of hair was priced wrong. So instead of checking if they had priced their inventory incorrectly, they immediately accused me of attempting to make a fraudulent transaction. He finally found the item in inventory then told the clerk they usually dont carry the item. As he was writing me a store credit. I asked him why he mentioned that they do not carry the item at that price when I had found an identical packaged marked at the same price. I also asked why I hadnt received an apology. I was HIGHLY offended. He told me that he was not talking to me and not to question him and asked if I wanted a store credit or not. He was just as disrespectful as the clerk. I told him this was a horrible experience and I rather drive further out of the way and never deal with them again. I would love to hear from upper management about how terrible I have been treated.

It’s my first time going in the store and I run into unprofessional Hairstylist and she was very rude and trying to rip off customer charging me $50 to put on a frontal glue wig; making me waste my gas and time to Beauty exchange in Miami and only pay $20. I highly won”t recommend you to go with the lady with the blonde or red low boy hair I can’t remember to much but don’t waste your time; honestly she shouldn’t be there working with customer and then using Profanity on them who ever is the store manager need to check her is a mistake to hire; her she can’t customers.

The lady who lazily walked over to help me once I asked for help acted as if she didnt want to help me. I asked for a particular item and she went back to see if she had it came back and said no so I asked about something else then she goes let me go back and see again. Because of her demeanor I took the opportunity to walk out because her service was so terrible....however I did leave my keys on the counter and the other helper ran out to give them to me. I did appreciate that very much.

This place is okay. Sometimes I find what Im looking for and most times I dont. The service could be a lot better and they charge you extra to cut the lace off of the wigs you purchased there when other stores of the same name do it complementarily. Which makes sense because you purchased the wig from them. But likely its just laziness on the part of them employees. Although this is closest to me I prefer to go to other stores as this one is not very good in service or selection.

Needs new more costumer oriented employees. I got into a dispute with one of the male workers and he insulted me. The only reason Im giving this place 1 star is because on a separate occasion, I accidentally left my phone on the counter twice while shopping and the employees brought it to me both times, with attitudes though. The second time was brought to me by the manager and he acted like I was trying to frame his store or something, ugh please.
