Went here this morning for the 2nd time (in a row), mobile ordered both times and both times my order was ready and fresh just as I arrived.I regret not trying this place sooner! The iced coffee on tap with the coffee ice cubes??? AMAZING! I’ve been telling everyone I know about it. The bagels and the food are just so delicious!If you have been wanting to try Brooklyn Water Bagel out I would say RUN! Don’t walk! It’s a must!

I came in with a fairly complicated order. The guy who helped me was incredibly helpful and patient. I highly doubt I’d have been this kind to me. The bagels are amazing but the service would have made up for it even if they had tasted like the bagged version from the store.

This is a neat place. I got the tip from guy in my therapy class. He said get the russian and I did. I got the one with seeds. Scallion cream cheese the best. Ice coffee bar on tap!

We are in town on business and I had a great experience at Brooklyn water bagel. This place is fabulous I especially want to call out an employee who went above and beyond today. Usually order through door dash, but came in on a busy Father’s Day morning. The wait was expected, and my food was great as usual like when I order delivery.

The bagels here are the only bagels I eat! I love them so much! Especially with veggie cream cheese 🥯 Also the coffee is pretty amazing too. The workers here are very nice. I had a long wait one time and they gave me a free coffee. I wasn’t gonna complain about the wait bc stuff happens but that really made my day!

Cool breakfast place, has a few coffee taps and good NY/NJ style bagels

Every time we order from this place, we never get the order prepared correctly. In fact my wife always orders a separate bagel to correct the mistake that has been made a half dozen times. I tried to call the store this time to remind them she does not want onions or cream cheese on her bagel, but the phone just rang and rang and eventually hung up on me and just as expected, we received a bagel with onions and cream cheese AGAIN! I am only writing this review because I have never been able to get the store on the phone. What’s the point of being able to request things be omitted from an order if they can’t actually remove them!?

Good bagels, terrible customer service. Girl working the register had a terrible attitude, got my order wrong then when I complained said she “didn’t have time for that” and walked away. She then came back and started mumbling profanities at me like I couldn’t hear, completely unprofessional. I asked for no cheese on my bagel btw, I’m lactose intolerant.

I stop here everyday for my usual large CUBSTA coffee which is made with ice cubes made of coffee! The staff has always been friendly and energetic and actually smile when they greet you. They know what I want every time I go there. The coffee and food has always been great and very reasonably priced too. The Brooklyn breakfast on a salted bagel is so good!

Very good bagels. We go to a Brooklyn Water Bagel whenever we travel and one is local. Unfortunately we do not have one where we live in the St Augustine area. Hopefully one will open soon so we can enjoy the bagels at home and not just on the road.

You cant go wrong with their bagel sandwiches!! I love ordering here especially when I want something quick, tasty as well as filling. I typically order through Uber Eats although the few times I have ordered in-store, this location has always had great customer service as well. They can get pretty busy (and for good reasons!) so be patient with the staff as they do their best to make everyone happy. Overall, Im a huge fan and for those who enjoy some flavor and a little spice, I highly recommend getting jalapeños added!

My first time here. I had the bagel smoked salmon cream cheese tomato and onion. My mistake was I should have ordered it deconstructed. Other than that it was very good. Had I not been coffeed out I would have tried their ice coffee and the sweets looked to die for....

Love the bagel sandwiches there! Line moves pretty fast the Brooklyn is what I get on garlic bagel. My friend gets the Williamsburg on everything plus cucumber and capers excellent!

Great first experience there. The coffee ice cubes are a cool idea and made for a good iced coffee. The bagel was very moist and crispy at the same time. Decent price for a high quality, filling breakfast.

A very dissatisfying experience. I ordered a tuna melt to go. I ordered it on wheat with pickle and coleslaw. After a decent wait my sandwich was ready, but we seem to have wildly different ideas about a tuna melt. My version does not include cold, unmelted cheese. In fact, if the sandwich hit a griddle for more than 20 seconds, I would be surprised.Unfortunately, I ordered this to go, which apparently also means dont bother to include a fork to eat the coleslaw.I suppose if you only order cold and non-toasted items it would be okay.

The food was delicious and they give you big portions and its not that expensive. The only thing that I wish they would have done is, the cream cheese on the side. I ordered a Cheese Omelet with cheese. It comes with home hash brown patties and a bagel with cream cheese and also ordered a turkey sandwich, it comes with coleslaw and pickle. I have food for 2 days. Very tasty.!!!!

This place is so awesome. The staff there is always friendly and helpful, I know them all well. They are just great, always a pleasure to eat there and its just great to stop in get my favorite bagels. Let face it the food there is always delicious.

7/1/21 placed an order over the phone. Went in to pickup the order, pretty simple stuff, everything bagel, chive cream cheese. Order had a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Asked for her to fix it, she put chive cream cheese in the bag. Still wrong. There is no substitute for an everything bagel aka everyones favorite bagel. Asked her for fix the order, watched her roll her eyes, then go into the kitchen, laugh at me with the other employees in the kitchen while I waited.It is reasonable for customers to expect to take home the things that they order, and purchase. Not be mocked in the process of fixing a businesses mistakesBrutal customer experience. Rolling your eyes at your customers and laughing about with other staff, while they correct your mistakes?Got home and found some plain cream cheese in the bag.

Visited about midday on a Sunday and attempted to buy a dozen pumpernickel (they call them Black Russian) bagels. I was told they only had 7, so I said I would take those and I would mix the remaining 5. They said they would only allow me to purchase 4 because someone MIGHT want them later in the afternoon!. I just sort of stared at the lady in disbelief and finally asked if she was serious. She definitely was serious. Other than toilet paper during the pandemic, it was the 1st time I saw a business turn down a guaranteed sale in order to hope they could sell them later!

Never disappointed. Fresh bagels piled high with cream cheese and hot fresh coffee. Makes you feel like your back in Brooklyn

I will no longer be getting food from here, I have been a loyal customer and gone every single day to get breakfast. I love the people who work there they do a great job but I really suggest to not order on the mobile app, it is horrible. They have no cancel options on their app and when you asked for assistance they tell you to call the app to cancel which is a very long difficult process btw. I have lost about $30 by the app automatically selecting a location 9 miles away from me when I have only been to one location. I hope the owner or manager comes across this review and creates a simple cancel button on the app, until then I will NOT be going back! I have never written a review on any type of platform until now. Please fix this and give me my money back!!!

Outstanding service. Sarah was amazing and very respectful. All employees were wearing their masks and social distancing markers on the floor. Tables are separated as well. You do not have to wear your mask while sitting down, but you do while ordering your food.

Update...1 extra star.... so we came back for another chance at a great bagel and were not disappointed.... Andrew was super polite and efficient.. he took our order and without fail all came out great.. well be back!!!!So im.from Brooklyn... and I know people say the water in NY is different and it very may wellbe... BUT do I believe they import the water from.brooklyn ?? NO ... Do I think its makes difference in the bagel dough and makes the bagels taste better ?? NO... but that being said the bagels are good the service was seriously lacking.. people getting quickly shoveled around and the orders came.out wrong... all orders.. probably due to the rush... cleanliness... 3 of 5... service 3 of 5 food 3 of 5 hence the 3 stars .. ill be back ..always give a place several chances... everyone has a bad day...

The Brooklyn Breakfast Bagel

My daughter and I went to the Brooklyn Water Bagel in Ft Lauderdale for lunch today. As always, everything was delicious.

So I came here with my heart set on the waffle frys I ordered and payed for them but the I was told they did not have them I felt upset but never had time to act it I was met by Kendrick with this awesome sense of urgency and guest service not like any I have ever experienced he is awesome was caring apologized and offer to make it right no matter what it took this man went above and beyond to take care of a guest with exceptional service this place is great but he makes it way better you guys are lucky to have him he is what’s is considered a star player to a team 😎🙌🏽

I went here to get a sandwich to go and didn’t realize they gave me the wrong order until I got home. When I called they told me I had to bring it back to the store to get the right one and we’re rude as all hell on the phone when I told them I didn’t have time and said “I guess that’s your problem have a nice day” absolute trash service.

However, you always need to check your order before leaving. I always order the same thing, Plain bagel with butter not toasted. I have received them with cream cheese before and today my bagel was toasted (and the manager took my order and observed it being made). Of course the errors are not discovered until I am already at work and cant return it. I love the bagels but the experience is lacking some attention to detail.

Absolutely delicious food. The iced coffees are awesome, since the cubes is already coffee. The bagels are amazing - the closest thing you can get to NY bagels in South Florida. The sandwiches are delicious (I recommend the Brooklyn sandwich).This place is not known for being fast though, so order ahead to beat the wait.

When I think of Brooklyn Water Bagels I think easy, efficient, above and beyond. This place was so helpful towards the Pompano Beach High School debate team tournament that was hosted there. They did this charity event out of the goodness of their hearts and proved what an integral part of our community this place is. when we went there on pickup day I thought what a massive amount of bagels. when we caught back to school they were flying off the plate. People couldnt get enough of them. They were just so good, then I tried one and I understood the craze. Not only was the staff so amazingly wonderful and pleasant and polite to work with but the food they were producing was absolutely phenomenal. It showed a dedication to quality, a dedication to community and so much more. If you are looking for a place to help host an event or just to catch a quality low maintenance bagel this is the place.

Friendly. Great service. Sandwich was almost too hot to eat. The bagel had the appropriate crunchy outside, chewy inside. There is some sort of touch-less pick up available.Cant wait to get back there.

Every table in the place was dirty. They will no longer serve a flagel with cream cheese because an employee cut themselves on a flagel doing their job cutting it. Its a crazy world we live in now.

Cubsta coffee with ice cubes made of coffee and unlimited bar style coffee coming straight out the walls. If that sounds good to you then youve found the right spot. Its a little pricey but its reflected in the quality of their food and establishment.

A bagel and coffee from Brooklyn water bagel every weekend is a family tradition. There are very few bagel places in Fort Lauderdale so this is our go-to spot. The bagels are fresh daily and the coffee is excellent.I normally get the Greenpoint which is a healthy option of egg whites, spinach, mushrooms and Swiss cheese on the bagel of your choice.The iced coffee is delicious - it’s served with coffee ice cubes and they have a variety of flavor choices (I like the cinnamon flavor which has double the caffeine). They also have a good selection of creamers and sweeteners to perfect your coffee to your liking. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick breakfast place in Fort Lauderdale.

My qualifications for this review, I’m from New York, and I have been to the original locations including boynton, delray, and Wellington. This location is just as excellent and delicious. It is clean and sparkling new inside. They have a new lox cream cheese which is great. I love their ice coffee-the cubsta. High quality bagels and fast service. The manager came out and handed our order to us to go. Will continue to frequent.

I love this place! The coffee and sandwiches are fresh and tastes great. Love that I can call in my order so I can pick it up when I arrive. Eating in is also nice. The ambiance is laid back and casual. Ive had company lunches here and would have them again. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great bagels! Most bagel chains sell round bread and call it a bagel. They have an open bakery area, so you can watch them par-boil bagel dough before it goes into the oven. This place was about as authentic of a bagel experience as you could find outside of the New York/New Jersey area.

This was my first visit there and thought it was great! The guy working the register was helpful and took the time to review their menu. I had a toasted everything bagel with the scallion cream cheese and it was great – finally a good bagel which can be hard to find in South Florida. The iced coffee on tap was my favorite and the choices are insane. I love that they have coffee ice cubes and tried the infused coffee which was delicious. They even offer creamer choices. My “to go” bagel was done before I finished my iced coffee creation. I note other reviews commented on bad staff – but I noted no issues or drama and received friendly service. I will come back again.

I am from NY and I am beyond happy that there is a great NY bagel shop in ft Lauderdale. Their bagels might even be better than the ones from back home. I love the everything bagel and they do not skimp on the everything part. They also have really good muffins also that they will grill and butter for you. Their self serve iced coffee station with coffee ice cubes is my favorite part. I love the dark roast. If you havent checked this place out you have to. They also have sandwiches and other menu options. Everyone that works here is so friendly and its very clean.

Best bagels in FL!

Went to dine-in after restaurants started opening up after COVID 19 lockdown. Multiple employees (including the manager) walking around with their masks down. One employee walking around cleaning up without a mask on him at all. Loud talking and yelling from the kitchen could be heard in the seating area. Need to improve sanitization methods between customers touching coffee equipment.Good food but not at all ready for post COVID 19 dine-in option.

I always have been satisfied with the product and service I received at this place.The food is consistent,the service great and Im never disappointed.I look forward to every visit to Brooklyn Water Bagel because it makes me feel good.Like Im back in New York eating one of my favorite foods.Great bagels, cream cheese and thin sliced Nova.What could be better? Only being back in New York at my favorite bagel place eating Jewish soul food.If only they had whitefish, herring with cream sauce &onions,baked salmon and pickled lox.One can only dream.Go there and have a great meal, you wont be disappointed.

Looking for a new breakfast place. This is such a great gem. Large ice coffees with ice coffee cubes in many f li savors to choose. I had the egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. Delicious. Warm cozy atmosphere and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have sliced deli wraps. My daughter enjoyed the chicken wrap and waffle fries. Great place. Great prices. Highly recommend!

Called Ft lauderdale store all morning to speak to someone. First I was put on hold and then nothing, call was disconnected then Called at least 6 times afterwards and now it is 12: 56 and no answer from anyone at the store in FT Lauderdale. Called the Hollywood store to see if I could get help nothing, Unbelievable and sad!!

I’m giving this place one star because I liked how the inside was decorated and they had a cute little iced coffee self serve bar. If you are from New Jersey or New York, please do not come here. You will leave sad and unsatisfied. Brooklyn Water Bagels is a sham, and does not live up to the name. The bagel itself was hard, the eggs were not fully cooked, the Taylor ham was over cooked and the cheese was cold. Also they were pretty stingy with the amount of Taylor ham and eggs on the bagel. Definitely not like getting a bagel in Jersey or New York. Don’t waste your time or money.

You really need to start putting napkins inside the pickup orders and take outs. Its incredibly rude that you NEVER EVER do!! And I have to ALWAYS wipe w your wrappers. Youre not that cheap and this is a small standard to live up to. Youre serving food. Put some damm napkins in there !!@!??

Drove past this place with the family and decided to try breakfast there.Had a 1yo and 2yo and discovered after the fact there was only one high chair and that was it. No not child friendly.Alright was expecting a freshly made bagel and was provided something three times the cost and half the quality of what you could get from a nearby Publix. Maybe I got there late or these were leftover. Food is a bit pricey.This place caters to the New York transplant/tourist in addition the layout of this establishment creates a high traffic unpleasant dining experience in the middle of the business. Pick a seat outside if the weather is nice or move as far away as possible from the ordering area unless your okay with plenty of noise and traffics around you as you eat. The divider does not help.It is nice how the coffee dispenser was setup , with a wide variety of sweeteners and creams.

Food is good. Service uh not so much. The manager there runs around like a chicken with his head cut off and is somewhat aloof and rude. They do not get the order right 1/2 the time. Would not recommend.

Wow, not only can they not spell or pronounce your name-(even on a name tag;) ; they cannot disseminate simple directions- I asked for vegetable cream cheese, and received plain! Pathetic!

Great bagels and the service was good, but I had a huge problem with how the manager treated his employee. There was a worker with blue hair who was doing a great job moving quickly through the line despite being in a cast and working one handed, but then the manager stepped in to reprimand her in front of guests very disrespectfully just because she didn’t put the receipts in the correct spot. The manager then took my friends order and messed it up while my order came out perfect. The way he talked to her I could see she became visibly upset and rightfully so since it’s embarrassing to be disrespected in front of customers like she was. I hope the owner has a talk with the manager about how to correctly deal with employees and take orders since he was the one who caused a bad review. I also tried leaving a tip to the woman who took my order and she said she can’t take tips directly either since it was against the managers policy. I hope she gets some praise for her good work since she definitely deserves it. I came here around 10 on 1/13.

The service was great, the cashier and the crew were really nice but the bagel werent so good.The Greenpoint with spinach and egg whites was pretty plain but the Brooklyn could be better if it werent so salty. The price range is fair as long as you dont change the bagel.A good place to come and have a quick bite, nothing more.

Ordered a Jersey Boy sandwich with hashbrowns through Door Dash. Delivery time was great and my sandwich was nice and hot but my hashbrowns were so cold I had to spit it out. And I didnt even get 1 packet of ketchup for either item. Veeeery disappointing especially since I was somewhere I couldnt reheat my food
