I don’t typically write reviews on customer service but I had an exceptional visit. I needed help in the grocery section and a young gentleman named Tyler helped me find everything that I needed quickly and efficiently and was more than happy to do so! Such a breath of fresh air in comparison to some other employees I’ve encountered! About a year ago at the same store I had a less than pleasant experience in that same department with a lady that was working there. Happy that I gave this target another chance and that there are much more competent and customer service acclimated employees working there. As someone who worked in retail most of my life, it is greatly appreciated. I will be back in the future!

Store seemed low on merchandise, but shelves were organized. Undergoing a renovation while open. Biggest problem was that there were only 2 checkout lanes open close to closing time. Employees were involved in many projects all around the front of the store. Was surprised by this lack of service, since they had been announcing to shoppers that the store was closing and to bring final purchases to check out. This was announced every 5 minutes starting a half hour before closing. I had a cart full of groceries and will only use self checkout for small orders. Was told that new manager doesnt see the need for additional lanes to be open. I strongly disagree. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally reached the front of the line. My check out person was excellent so I gave a 3 star rating. Otherwise this would have definitely been a 2 star visit.

I ordered something online for pickup and it was quick and easy. Was also looking for black pants by the company Goodfellow/target and they didnt have them in stock, its so annoying that so many targets dont carry them.

This Target is a great spot for locals. Due to its proximity to the beach and airport, it gets a lot of inventory and turns overs quite a bit. The food side could be better, but the tech and clothing selection is very good. The Starbucks is also really great and always has a ton of the latest retail cups and mugs. Definitely a good Target.

Never had a negative experience at this or any Target. Some items that go on sale are less expensive than the same items on sale at Publix or Walmart. Plus they have a great selection of mugs.

Visited Target at Coral Ridge on a Wednesday. The store was fairly busy with many shoppers lined up to pay. I joined a line up that seemed quite short as I had very few items. The customer right ahead of me was asked if she would like to sign up for a Target credit card and she agreed. This process then held up a growing line while the clerk got details and had difficulty entering the information. I, and others in line became somewhat impatient although I understand the clerk is doing his job as requested. He apologized and the clerk next to him had just cleared her line so he asked her to take me as I had waited there for 15-20 minutes and he still had not completed the credit application. The clerk next to him then walked away. Why are credit applications done in check out lines when customers just want to get out?? This should be done at customer service. I then went to self checkout (which was also busy) and checked out. I am not employed by Target so I dont think checking out my purchases should be my job. If prices in stores reflected the money stores are saving with reduction of staff it might make sense to me. Target, please value your customers a little bit more.

Always find what Im looking for, convenient location for me, and very helpful and nice staff there. Plus, items are always at a reasonable price. But, its time to reopen the fitting rooms!

Sometimes I walk into Target with no plan at all and just see where the aisles take me 🤣 c’mon ladies, I know you do this too. That’s the Target magic.

Very friendly and courteous associates working here. Some go out of their way to help you to the fullest by walking you to an item you can’t find, scanning an out of stock item and see if there’s more in the back. Things like this are what makes Target score a bunch higher than say Walmart. Very clean store. Shelves are neatly stocked. Bright lights and shiny floors. Grocery department very neat and clean with helpful associates. I can’t say all associates are vocal with you but when you enter and when you leave, you’ll get a warm greeting and send off.

Love this Target location and the mall as a whole! It’s not your fancy Galleria feel but offers some great convenient locations. The target is great because it caters to so many people and it’s well layer out and has some great clearance deals. Staff is super friendly too, which goes a long way. I always love Target anyway! Its become very disappointing. Usually low and poorly stocked. I need to go to a dreaded competitor anymore to get what I need. If they have it, why doesnt Target.? More times than not, I walk out empty handed

The Target staff had difficulty processing my order and basically couldn’t find $130 worth of products that I paid for but didn’t receive. I then had to wait an hour and a half for the first manager to figure it out. She resolved some of the issues, but not all of it. Then the second manager was called and was also on break and din’t come out for another hour. I was in line for over three hours and they still didn’t resolve everything. Later, I was making returns and retelling the earlier events to my friend on the phone. I was getting angry and raising my phone. I attracted the attention of the two security staff. They started to tell me to calm down and say that I was disturbing the peace and acting irrationally. I told them to back off and leave me alone and that I’m just talking to my friend and that they need to leave me alone or I’m going to get even more loud and upset.They continued to tell me to simmer down, and then the called the cops on me. The cops manhandled me to the ground by the self-checkout and handcuffed me, and I still have bruises on my leg from the incident that happened over a week ago. I am a 115lb affluent stay at home mom who has never had an altercation with law enforcement before. And, I blame Target and their staff for being so incompetent and holding me hostage there for almost 10 hours without so much as offering me a bottle of water or a banana so I wouldn’t faint. It was a horrific experience, and I will never step foot in another Target again. And I hope you reconsider as well. As far as I can tell, nobody there is being punished for their role in what happened to me.

I love target. But this one scares me sometimes. READ YOUR EXPIRATION DATES! Went to pick up some chocolate milk that’s been expired since December 7th.... it’s almost Christmas if that gives you a time line of how over date it is. Also find that this particular location lacks stock. I love the one in Davie. It’s big. It has everything. And it’s newly renovated.

I bought an air bed from here. I tried to return the bed unopened and they will not give a refund or even so much as give store credit that Walmart does. The return policy is absolute garbage. Do yourselves a favor and go to Walmart instead of this joke. You can compare the two return policies with the pictures on including. At least Walmart allows a refund or exchange within 15 days. When you buy from Target, you are stuck with your purchase with NO options. Buy at your own risk.

Target was busy. Thankfully they have multiple self checkouts making it simple to get what you need and get out. Starbucks inside target had terrible customer service, but other then that this target compares to the rest.

Very good and well kept

Several times I have tried to use my Target debit card. Each time, I go online to verify all of my information, as I am NEVER able to use my card when I get there. It continuously says that I have to have used my card in the last 2 years to continue to use it. Then, when I try to use it, it will not allow me to do so even though all of my info is up to date. Nice little scheme Targehelpt has going...use it our lose it, then verify it all over again, then cannot use it at the store!!! What the heck???? I even clipped some coupons, online, to use at the store (clipless coupons) and nothing worked. We went to customer service, and they are clueless.HELP!!!

Almost all the merchandise in Target except for food and cleaning products is made outside of the United States. This not only takes job opportunities work away from the people who buy things at Target, it also causes fossil fuels to be burned in tremendous amounts to ship all that imported merchandise to Target, which causes gas prices to go up for customers and pollutes the world, along with destroying the planet we know with climate change.

Always loved this Target, recent experience today had lead me to leave a review. I had a target drive up order at another store but one of the items were out of stock. So the app gave me options to pick it up from another store so I chose this one. Unfortunately, the app didn’t make it a drive up pick up as it was originally ordered as. Called the store and Ms Debbie was able to ask the pick up department to bring the item out for me. Nick brought the item out to me and I couldn’t be more happier. I had young children in the car and I didn’t not want to bring them out nor leave them for the couple of minutes it would have taken to pick up the item in the store. I appreciate these two for allowing me to drive up to the curve to pick up the item when the app didn’t make it a drive up as originally ordered. Thank you Target for having such amazing employees.

Recent visit store a bit unorganized and in the water section there is a trail of dried blood on the floor . I love this location but this is unacceptable and unsanitary. Get it together target 😒

It was my granddaughters 4th birthday. My daughter changed her plans and took the 6 and 4 year olds to the Miami Zoo. I was relieved not to go, but wanted anyone seeing the 4 yar old to know it was her day! I raced to Target, with only a 2 hour window early Sunday morning in my pajamas. Maria from Childrens Wear helped me search that department. After thanking Maria for her help, I stopped Jackie W in the main aisle of the store. She escorted me to a every area that sold birthday wearables. When we returned to the girls wear area on the main aisle, she requested help from Maria and together, they put together an adorable outfit and HAPPY BIRTHDAY tierra that was proudly worn to the zoo. Later, my daughter called to say her 4 year old was so happy seeing the animals again, but ultra excited that so many people wished her HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Maria and Jackie W need to be credited for making a part of a little girls day so special because they teamed up to get me what I didnt know I needed in a short time. I want to THANK YOU Jackie W and Maria! God Blessed me today with your caring.

Target is my go-to for household goods, and just about everything. This location is always busy, especially on the weekends, but the employees move quick and are super friendly. The quality of their product is better than their competitors, while still keeping prices affordable. They have high quality home goods items for really good prices also. I have gotten most of the decor in my house from Target. I would recommend this store.

Drove up, the guy brought out my order, put it my back seat and said all set. I thought, nice...Got home only to realize I was missing 2 items...Drove back to the store, parked, went inside, waited in customer service line, explained my issue. They went and got my 2 items and apologized. Defeated the whole purpose of drive up..Shame on me for not checking all my items in all my bags

I called in yesterday asking if anyone had turned in my wallet that I lost, and the woman who helped me was amazing. I wish i could remember her name, but she was working on 6/23 at around 3PM. in guest services. I ended up finding my wallet elsewhere, but she went above and beyond to go look for it. She should teach a class in how to deal with customers. Thank you!

Really good employees and very clean

I love using my target Wallet to scan. In this time of COVID, the fewer things I have to touch in the store, including my pockets, the safer I feel. The self checkout scanner today in the Fort Lauderdale store would not accept my Target Wallet Barcode. I used it last week in Minneapolis while visiting and it worked there. Very nonplussed today.

I usually enjoy Target and shopping in the store makes me happy especially during uncertain times like now. My experience in store today however was heartbreaking. My sister and I were shopping as we usually do with reusable bags and were followed VERY CLOSELY by a security specialist throughout the store. At first we paid no mind to how we saw him everywhere but after we checked out at the front of the store my sister who had purchased cosmetics was stopped at the front of the store by the same specialist and asked questions like did you scan everything? She gave him her receipt but he did not even look at it or in her bag which she showed him when asked. I understand making sure people do not steal but how it was handled was disgusting especially with how close he would come when following us through out the store in the middle of a pandemic. My sister spoke to a manager and after being given a speech about how its whats done when people have reusable bags and around cosmetics cause homeless people in the area steal sometimes, which was really demeaning to PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, and how it was probably another guest who had said something. We realized it was this same manager who had said hello to us in the cosmetics aisle when we first entered to area who more than likely asked security to follow us. Being profiled hurts, its degrading and whatever items you are selling are never worth devaluing the people you are meant to help out because of stereotypes you have in your head. I expected better.

TARGET ALLOWS FRAUD!Someone used my Cash App debit card information to make purchases at their Ft Lauderdale store (gift cards, I believe). They literally stole $424 from me. When I called Target to try to find out what was going on, they said they couldnt locate the charges, put me on hold for 42 minutes and then hung up on me. THANKS FOR NOTHING

The place is fine, but I did not like one of its workers, there was a bad treatment towards me, she was placing products and I only asked her for an article and very rude she told me to look for it on the target page, I do not think the most appropriate way to treat such a client, because that is what they are there to serve the public. I will not go again or recommend the store, not all workers are that bad, but because of it it hurts everything....

I purchased a new cellphone. Brian was the tech that helped me with my purchase. He made sure everything was ready on my new phone so I could use it right away. Brian is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

It was timely and very convenient. Petey was extremely helpful and personable with my pick up and with an item that was incorrect. Because of her service alone, I will recommend and utilize this service again. Thank you.

I am writing this review solely on hoping this is actually seen by someone high up in corporate.I moved down to fort lauderdale almost 2 years ago from nyc and the coral ridge mall Target has the best 2 employees that deserve more than this review,A pay raise or even a Praise and Thank You For Your Hard Work..These 2 men have families and worked during Covid the whole time..Either one MARK or STANLEY from day one has helped me with my husbands love for there brand market pantry peach mango seltzers i get at least 3-6 cases,yes cases so it can be up to72 seltzer bottles.We have become so friendly they always ask me about my husband or I about there children and cyber learning.Not all employees run towards a guest but these 2 men MARK AND STANLEY from day one asked me if there is anything I can help you find..I come to this store weekly so kindess is never overrated just so much appreciated....

Nice Target location. Fairly easy to park and get in and out of. The layout of the store is nice and it has access to the mall as well.

Target has demonstrated a commitment to environmental and social progress. For example, I noticed a display with a $100,000 donation to an LGBTQ charity in this store, celebrating diversity. I received 5 cents off my bill for each reusable bag I brought, so Target is headed in the right direction. The cashier, Dianne, advised and assisted me in reinforcing my bags with cardboard (which she then provided to me at not charge). Plant-based food was clearly marked and given the display case it deserves.The store itself was tastefully designed and quiet. Prices were affordable and competitive.But its the moral compass Target possesses that will get my repeat business.

I was trying to find the right water filter for my needs. Dianne was so helpful. She had a lot of information and helped me find the size I was looking for. She told me about the Target app, and I downloaded it on my phone.When I was checking out, I wasn’t sure how to use the app yet. She showed me how to use the app and started my “list” for me. I am now looking through the Target app, and seeing that it is an easy way to see all of the deals they have going on! Thank you, Dianne. Your help was much appreciated. I will be using this app from now on.

Employees here have been confirmed for coronavirus. I know this for a fact because my friend works here. Stay away and they need to take better protocols for protecting our community.

Im here trying to by a 4 Terabyte hard drive which office Depot in Davie has for $63.99 and Target has given me six different reasons why they arent going to ma to match the price. So, off to office Depot I go.If as a business youre going to price match, be consistent with policies and not obscure and vague generalizations.Target could assist their employees & consumers in this arena so one doesnt get treated like the customer is stealing from Target VS Target is Helping its customers get the best price for them. Theres a Very Big Difference and the attitude that seems to be previlant at location is the accusatory stance which leaves a very bitter feeling with this consumer.
