Ran over a screw on my way to work. Swung by their shop and they got me in and out within 20 mins. Great customer service with quick and reliable work.

This has to be one of the cleanest auto shops Ive ever visited. Most shops feel cluttered and dirty but I was surprised by how clean it was inside; even the bathrooms were in really good shape. The guy at the desk was also nice and helpful. I think the only drawback I noticed was that the seating was a bit limited inside. Currently I count only 6 chairs so I can imagine that space in here can get a big cramped if multiple people (but especially families) are waiting around for a repair.

2nd UNFORGIVABLE MISTAKEWe let them changed the engine car oil on 7/28/2020 of our Mazda 6 as well as the oil plug.Today I was about to drive the car after a while of sitting on parking spot, I discovered the car had no oil. Thank God I checked using a dip stick. It seems like they just forgot put the oil in the engine!! They claimed that the plug and its washer got loose, but when I looked on the spot where the car was parked there was no oil marks so this cant be the case. Even if this were the case it is still UNFORGIVABLE.What makes me to write this review is the fact that around year ago when we serviced the same car they forgot to tie up 2 tiers after a tire rotation which could have caused a major accident. Inboth cases, this could have caused injuries or costly damages to my car or me and familly.IF NOT GOOD FOR OIL CHANGE, THEN THEY GOOD FOR NOTHING

I feel as though the business is charging a little more than they should for the work and products they sale. Do your homework and get a quote and check other auto centers. Get the whole list of charges and youll see.

Had some corrections done for alignment and wheel balance after another shop apparently gave little effort in a proper job. Also returned after a sliced tire and they were able to obtain the tire same day, as well as get it installed. Clear communication for quoted work and options, they definitely gained a new customer for any future issues.

Tom is a great guy. We have a local handicapped pastor and Tom has helped keep air in the tires.

Spent 1000. Needed pads replaced and some other tasks They did a lazy job and missed placing a kind of needed bolt and a squeaking noise came back. It’s difficult to argue with shop after paying. It’s so sad during a time of distress for many people we still have to worry about who is being honest and who isn’t. Beware of these crooks.

Stick with professionals.Updated: if I walk into your shop of business and ask for and oil change for a particular car.... it’s your job to quote me the correct price and know exactly what the right oil is needed for the car. I didn’t ask for anything but a price. The quoted incorrectly and for the wrong oil. Scary.

Went there to have my jeep checked out all of my lights on the dash were lighting up and Jeffrey came out and scanned my jeep for me and gave me advice on what the problem was. APPRECIATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! I was about to leave work when I hear my tire hissing air. My boss suggest Patriot Auto Care. I decided to give them a call and see if they were open..it was after 5 P.M. When Jeff answers he is on his way out, but he insists I come down and get my tire checked out. When I showed up they were all so kind and extremely honest about my tire! They couldve sold me a whole new tire...but were honest and looked out for my best intrest. My tire was in good hands. They plugged my tire and I was on my way. In this time of quarantine, it was nice to see friendly and honest faces! I will always go there...they have my trust. I recommend Patriot to everyone! Lol

To the point i has went to get my car fixed and than the next day something they had not fixed pervasively stopped working and Jeff the owner came to where i was looked at it and drove with me back to his shop. Stay away!!! Took my vehicle in for a simple service and tire rotation. drove home and the next day noticed a lug was missing... turns out one of my wheels was not secured and all the lugs were loose and one was missing.This is unbelievably stupid for a mechanic to do and could have caused a lot of damaged to my car, accident or my life. I called and complained I told its probably a simple mistake ( inexcusable ) and was not offered a refund etc. thankfully this was my vehicle and not my family car putting my children at risk over a tire rotation. youve lost my business for all my vehicles 👍!** UPDATE ** Ill state publicly because the business reply is inaccurate and dishonest. Firstly, I never declined to bring my car in. After calling I was told to come in the following day to inspect my car. I called three times the following day ( Saturday ) and the manager was not on site although he stated he would be that day. I had already returned my car once because I got home with a flat tire the day work was done so after the whole loose lugs and no manager present or returning my call I wrote these people off. I dont see how this is not cooperating and your response only reinforces your unprofessional and terrible service. Bottom line this should not have happened in the first place, it was a dangerous clumsy mistake and its very fair I wrote you a review. Ive attached a picture taken that day you can inspect...

NOT CHEAPSKATE TIRES!! They are next door. Cheapskate said I need a timing belt and radiator for $850. Come next door to find out its not the radiator and that my car DOESNT USE A TIMING BELT! Im not very car savy. I was on the phone with my father almost the whole time, and the guys were so nice making sure we knew what they were doing. Even took me out to see so I could understand! They made me feel good and respected even though I was obviously ignorant to almost everything about cars. So willing to work with my budget. A lot of work needed to be done, but didnt come near $850. DONT GO NEXT DOOR! THEY ARE A SCAM! Patriot Automotive is the way to go!

Horrible service. Horrible advice. Horrible owner. Cheap parts. And you will leave spending much more than you initially were quoted for or came for. Most of these reviews are for oil change discounts. Dont be fooled by their high rating. I came in for an oil change and they told me I needed new brake pads as they were low. Naive as I was, I agreed and trusted them to do the job, only to be back two weeks later with my car towed in due to the entire system locking up. After an entire month, the run-around and the car going to Ford to be fixed, I finally got it back, spending almost 3K at the shop. What a waste. Never again. The owner and the service reps are liars. Nothing more. All they care about is money, not repeat business. My brakes now scream like never before and the pads and rotors are rusted due to using cheap parts. The owner promised he would eat the Ford costs, but instead charged them to me anyway. Lol! Figures. Ive wised up since then and dont trust any car mechanic. Do your own research be and never let anyone work on your car unless they know what they are doing. And do yourself a favor, stay away from these liars and DONT trust Eric!

Im very upset because I came in with an issue, I let them know I wasnt sure what was going on. All I said was the truck shakes. They didnt even do a real diagnosis on my truck. They jumped to fixing things that couldve waited. Like brake rotators and swaybars, also trying to squeeze another 700 out of me for shocks, leading me to believe this would stop the shaking. For someone who doesnt know better this sounds reasonable. Now that Ive found a mechanic thats actually looking for the real issue... Im probably going to need a new engine. On top of them leaving out the part where my radiator was leaking water and caused rust. Listen I get it. They werent specifically asked to do that work. But they were asked to drive the truck and please just see if they could help with the shaking. I even got the exhaust fixed like he suggested. Im now out $1700 and change on repairs I didnt even need, but more importantly werent needed at the moment or even as an advisement. I feel taken advantage of and will never trust another mechanic that says hes busy yet has my truck ready in less then a day? When I specifically said dont rush! Cause I also wasnt ready that exact day either. Felt rushed, illadvised and would sue if I could. But I was stupid to trust these ppl. The work wasnt done bad, I was just mislead and lied to. On top of not told other things i needed that were more important first. Make sure you know your stuff before going to these guys! They did send me to a good exhaust guy at least! #ShadyMechanics

Great honest service. I was lucky to find Patriot by getting a coupon for a oil change in the mail. I was helped by Mike and I cant be happier with the service. He inspected my car and was informed of things that I need to keep up on that I wasnt aware of. I wasnt pressured or told anything needs to be done in the near future. Just told of maintenance that should be done within the next year. Nothing expensive just fluids. I recently moved to this area and bought the car. Mime made me comfortable with my choice to buy the car as well as a place that I feel I can go to have it serviced without being taken advantage of.

The new guys are nice, just try to upsell. I went in for tires and brakes and was told my bill would be $400 more than what I asked for and needed. They tried to sell me an alignment and to bleed the brakes, both of which Ive been told by my trusted mechanic that I do not need. In addition to that, the low prices they used to be known for alphabet gone up. With that said, Ill find somewhere else.

My husband gets his oil changed here all the time. This time I was in a bind with an almost flat tire. I never carry cash and the sign says cash only for air. I told the guy i needed to go find change. Before i could return someone came outside put air in the tire and told me to have a good day. I felt bad I couldnt tip the guy but it warmed my heart they would help me out in my time of despair. Im grateful good ppl still exist.

I am a little late with my review, but better late than never.I stopped in because my tire pressure was low, the manager or owner drove my car tobthr back checked for a flat and put air in all 4 tires for me at no charge. He was so nice, kind and pleasant. This is near my office so it is great to know they are an option for me should I have any issues. It is rare these days to find a place like this.

I have stopped in a few times for silly little things and they never make me wait, never say no and sometimes dont even charge me. I get friendly reminders about upcoming service needs based on dates or mileage so I dont forget what my cars need. This place is awesome. Even give me a ride to my office or pick me up when needed.

Stopped by after the A/C went out in a vehicle. The guys were quick to respond and explained everything to me ahead of time. He told me it would take about 45 min and I would be out the door. They appear to be pretty honest and stated they will give you $5 off any service with a review. Im still waiting for my repair, but so far so good.They seem to pride themselves on honesty. If true, I may have found my new trusty shop.

OWNERS HAVE CHANGED - BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM PLACE NOW. Read the reviews... its the same thing.... they overcharge, they are crooks. I went here for years.... never again. I never post reviews online, but this takes the cake. I went for years, I trusted these people. They sold it, and now new people are in. Shady sales reps, overcharging on equipment and pricing. I have perfect records of oil changes, coolant flushes, and other things... they pulled the classic scam trying to tell me I need a coolant flush and/or AT transmission flush because most people dont know what that is and usually wants to trust the company and believe its in their best interest to help fix your car. Nope.4 years ago... if you try to bring your car for service and it was past 9:00am you would be turned away due to high volume of business.Now.... walk in at 12:00pm and there is no wait.... everyone is going away. The only people are remaining is the people who work on/around the area because it was so dang convenient but not worth it now.Please stay away

It’s an ok shop for oil change. Major fixes. No Never going back there again. Sorry. Felt like I got cheated for my money. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. But like I said not bad for an oil change. Maybe.

I came in for a low fuel economy issue. They told me within an hour of dropping my truck off I needed a timing chain, and it would be $1,400. I spoke with someone who told me the ownership has changed, and from what he knows about my vehicle, it is not the timing chain. I later went to two different mechanics who told me it was not the timing chain. They pretty clearly are trying to rip people off.

Today was my first time ever here, but Now it has become my permanent place for my car. I really felt like it was my family telling me about my car. The guy explained everything that was wrong and how to prevent certain things. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. They’re also very fast. 5 stars !

I was able to complete some preventive maintenance work including replacing my cracked drive belt all within an hour and a half. Advisor was attentive and asked permission for everything done to the car. This shop is a bit out of my way but I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Love this place! They have an oil change special and provide you with a print out of any issues your car may have. Saturdays are a bit busy and I was told the wait could be about an hour or more but I was out in less than 30! Wont go anywhere else. Friendly staff as well!

The absolute best! Mark went way above and beyond for me and my wife on our 2014 JK. These guys are true professionals. He fixed problems in a day the dealer couldnt figure out in almost 2 weeks. Went to Patriot Saturday for a severe steering issue and they showed me first hand that one of my ball joints was so loose it was falling out. Actually had me out by the car going over the steering issue. Fixed it in a couple hours at a great price well below what Cadillac would have charged. Great place and grateful I pulled in with my 4 kids in that car!!

For the reviews I saw before I actually went here, Im now saying that some people really dont have some knowledge of cars.I took my BMW Z3 for replacing of my radiator hose which ended up being a replacing of many hoses! First the pricing of the parts. I was told they had to order directly from the dealer. Youd think BMW dealer but it wasnt. How do I know? I called the two BMW dealers here and the price they gave me was at least 30-40% less than what this guy Anthony charged me. So already Im paying more for hoses that are actually cheap!!!Second, I came in there with a working water pump. Now my water pump is badly leaking!! My water pump was good when I brought it in now it needs to be replaced!You dont get any warranties on repairs done. It states that plain and clear on my invoice. So why should I keep my car there to replace my water pump when I dont get any warranty!Avoid this place if youre looking to get any repairs done other than a basic tire or oil change. I would not recommend them to any of my BMW owners. They are a rip offMy name is Derek and I approve of this message.

We own in all about 5 vehicles, we were using the company that Patriots bought out for almost 10 years to service them. When Patriots bought them out we continue to be loyal. With all the money we spent, and our loyalty didnt matter after they put the wrong gear oil in my gear box and caused damage. As a business owner I think customer service and satisfaction is a primary goal for a company but not for Patriots who dont want to stand behind their work. With a sample of the oil they put in, which clearly is the wrong oil, and an invoice that shows that they put the wrong oil in the continue to deny they put that oil in. Why take a chance with a company that deny doing the wrong thing when clearly the proof is in the pudding.

Its a complete lie I spent $1100 went in for brakes and tires the only issues then did some additional work for preventative maintenance now my check engine light is constantly on, VSA wont shut off shuts off, rattling in my engine wow wonder what they dropped in there took the car in how convenient that the light goes off on while I am in the car what they turned it off there for almost an hour came out with some crap answer trying to get more money out of me. RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.

I went in a tow truck to patriot auto care because my car overheated n someone also had checked it for me and said my head gasket needed replacing I call patriot on 5/23/2017 n spoke to mike soto store manager very professional asked me a few questions n said that he didnt believe I had a head gasket problem he offer to check it for free so I called AAA n towed it to him 2hrs later he called n said come n pick up ur car its ready you owe me $50 dollars he showed me the hose he had to replace and added coolant. I was in shock how the other place I went to wanted to robbed me this guys at patriot r very professional n know what they r doing hope they keep up the honesty n good work customer for life thank you MIKE.

This garage on not one occasion but two, installed incorrect O-Rings on my car. One on the power steering and the other on the fuel filter. They were very rude when I stopped in to have the issue corrected on the power steering. When the gas smell started I did not go to them to fix it. I have lost all trust with this garage and will never let them touch any of my vehicles again. You may want to get a second opinion when you are told you need to have a costly repair on your vehicle as well.

I came here for oil change, battery check, air in my tires, and fluid fills. They told me my brakes were completely gone and would need changing (that was a lie), they told me my battery barely pass the test (that was a lie, I went to AdvAuto and got a great reading), I just checked my changed oil and it barely passes minimum, and for some reason now my idler pulley is making noise when it wasn’t before I got there. I literally went yesterday evening. Now I’m reading other comments and realizing these guys are truly scammers. Don’t waste your money there!!!

They are a bit price but that its ok, one star because I take my car to fix brakes and after 2 weeks breaks started to sound. 300 dollars to the trash

This visit was a HORRIBLE experience! I went in for an oil change. Specifically asked for them NOT to check my cabin filter as I have in the past, because I do it myself. Was called in back to find my filter out, my glove box completely open with oil stains all over it! Plus the outside of my car had oil stains and I literally just washed my car before going there. I have never been so angry like today11/28/2018....NOW I will think twice before going there again because of this!!!! First time having such a HORRIBLE experience with you guys and Ive been there several times prior and this has NEVER happened.

Brought in my 2008 Acura for a complex electrical issue no other shop could figure out. The car kept stalling out but their techs made a quick diagnosis as a shorted wire leading into the computer. They fixed it quickly and inexpensively. Special thanks to mike and the friendly staff.
