I made an appointment online to have an estimate done on repairs for my car. When I got there I was told that they dont write estimates for Progressive, that when you drop it to have the repairs done they do the estimate at that time. When I made the appointment, it asks for the name of the insurance company which I had listed as Progressive. If they truly dont write estimates for them, maybe instead of 3 automated texts, a live person could have called me and given me this info up front rather than wasting my time driving there. So now theyve missed out on what is probably an $6-8,000 repair job - their loss.

Gilbert kept me updated the whole time my car was in the shop. My car looks brand new inside and out. He finished working on my car 3 days earlier than expected.

After our car was brought there after our accident everyone was working tirelessly to see what will be done with the car and helped us out so much. I thought going through the accident experience was bad, but the experience that I got going to this repair shop couldn’t have been worse, The adjuster/estimator was very unprofessional and rude, when I asked him for a quote, he told me he wouldn’t give it to me until he basically got the job and when I asked him for an estimation he threw out a number of $1000 to $1500 on a little chip of paint on the bumper. Good thing it wasn’t me or my insurance company paying for this Terrible experience!! I just wanna add that the girls in the office were very nice, and I would give them five stars!!

Very good service on my car (got reared). They returned my car very clean and the parts had been properly replaced. Clean job. They also called me to let me know the estimated time for the repairs and once the repairs were done. Good job!

They did a fair job of getting car repaired, but admin was very unprofessional. There was dust inside of my car from what looks like debris from leaving my window or door open when working. They didnt charge me the correct amount when I made payment and called over a month later to get payment and called my insurance company like I didnt intentionally pay them. I wouldnt use them again.

DO NOT USE this Repair Shop, Car entered Mercedes Benz Auto Nation Collision Center on 09/29/2016 and after all kind of excuses and close to six months later car repair was supposedly completed on 03/24/2017 which I never saw since needing to mobilize I had to use it as a trade in advance for another car at Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We had our Mercedes GLB for only two months when a shopping cart hit the passenger side door. We were so frustrated! As a result, we went to this shop where we were kindly greeted by the front office manager. She introduced us to Juan Torres who provided us a fare estimate. It was a breeze getting through the entire process, from scheduling the drop off to being kept up to date via text messages to picking up the car. In fact, the final cost was a bit cheaper due to them not needing to perform one of the tasks originally thought. Juan and his team were personable and professional from beginning to end! And, while we hope that nothing else happens to our car, if it does you better believe we will be seeing Juan Torres again!!

My car was hit at home in my own parking space during the COVID crisis where I was safely sheltering in place. I did not want to venture out however my car was taken care of quickly, professionally & the work was done beautifully & seamlessly. All of the service people at MB of Fort Lauderdale wore masks & were practicing social distancing as much as possible. Some I noticed from other departments however were not wearing masks. This was a little troubling. I needed a rental & was also able to get a discount on my rental next door at Enterprise. Overall, happy with the service!

Our ‘lil C250 was hit while parked on the street and the perpetrator simply drove away. We contacted our insurance and they wanted us to take the car to a Cadillac body shop where I am sure they would have used aftermarket parts. I looked up Mercedes certified body shops and AutoNation on SE 22nd came right up. The rear driver side quarter was smashed in, bumper cover was split and the trunk was badly bent. We dropped the car off on Thursday last week and it was done Yesterday(Tuesday) - that means they had Friday last week and Mon-Tues this week to get it done AND THEY DID IT! Amazing...and we were in no rush at all. Thank you Juan and the entire AutoNation team. Highly recommended.

This was my first service at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale. It was based on a factory recall. I telephoned for an appointment and received courteous and helpful information. A convenient appointment was set, and I was given a specific advisor, Peter. On the date of the appointment I was received promptly, Peter was courteous, knowledgeable and processed the paperwork efficiently. He arranged for my loaner car. The service was performed in a few hours. I was notified by phone by Peter, and I picked up my car with no delays. In all I am very satisfied with this service, and give it the highest rating.

Yesterday i picked up my 2011 dodge ram truck that i dropped off on monday. I needed the roof painted cause it was faded and peeling. The craftsmanship was amazing. Brought my car there before I had work done to get a time estimate so I could make arrangements for a rental. Gilbert told me that if I brought in my car on a Monday it would be done by Thursday at the very latest Friday. So I made arrangements to do so. I brought my car on a Monday and called Gilbert on Tuesday to make sure everything was on schedule and it was. He told me that he would call me Thursday morning and let me know by then the status. I never heard from him on Thursday so I called on Friday morning to see what was going on. I couldnt get a hold of Gilbert on his cell that he told me to call him on anytime so I called the office the second time later in the morning and Sara was very helpful on getting someone to call me back. When Gilbert did call me it was in the afternoon Friday and he said that he had called me Thursday and explained to me that it wouldnt be ready until MONDAY. He had never called me and I told him that. I dont appreciate being made out to be a liar. He started arguing with me telling me he did speak to me, which we did not. I tried to explain to him that if he had called me on Thursday I could have made other arrangements for a rental, since I was borrowing a car from a friend already. I understand things come up, but it would be nice to have let the customer know whats going on. I have children and one car, so having a car in the summer is a necessity. After explaining to him how inconvenient this has made me and my situation he did have Sara make accommodations with enterprise rental. Sara did make getting my rental a breeze. Thank you for that Sara. Picked up my car late Monday. I had to wait a bit, but I got my car back and was happy with the repair. Gilbert was not the best at communicating with me during this process and I didnt appreciate being made out a liar, especially over something so stupid as to whether we spoke on that Thursday.

In January 2017, I was involved in a major accident which resulted in significant damage to the rear of my vehicle. I brought the car to the Fort Lauderdale Autonation Collision Center.Due to the severity of the damage, the repair work took over 4 months. I have been driving the car for over 7 months by now (Dec. 2017).Even though the customer experience was outstanding while we were in the process, I wanted to wait for few months and drive the car for a while before writing a review.I have to say that they did a superb job!In terms of aesthetics, it is impossible to notice any difference. They used original parts as requested by me and it looks like new.In terms of the ride, it is nice and straight, and I feel very secured. I have had no mechanical issues.In terms of electronics and technology, all sensors, signals and lights are working in perfect conditions.In summary, the entire process was very well managed, specially by Bill Zimmer, manager of the Center. My dream car that I have worked so hard for a 2014 Chrysler 300 SRT8 was complete keyed all the way around. My insurance company sent me to the AutoNation Collision Center Fort Lauderdale south location and Michael Saraceno was my advisor. He assured me I would be more than happy with the outcome of my car. Took great care of me and kept me updated. When he called me to tell me my car was ready I was shocked at what I saw when I arrived. He send the car would look better than when I bought it and he didn’t lie. My car looks AMAZING. you can not tell it was painted. No runs in the paint. Paint is nice and even and the detail is insane. High recommended. Thanks Mike for you help and honesty.

Im not pleased with the level of service at all. The process of fixing our car took a little over one month. 3 weeks out of that month, we ended up spending about $1000 in rentals. The process was estimated to be competed in 3 days by Geico. It was not major damage, their plate perhaps was too full. Each time we called, There was an excuse for the delay. For example, they claim to be detailing the car, that took 2-3 days. I understand they also had to wait for an adjuster to proceed with certain repairs, but the adjuster wasnt the main issue, it was the productivity and efficiency of automation. When they finally called us to report the car was completed and ready to be picked up, we noticed a few areas that had not been repaired completely. We were told it could be done in one day, instead it took 3 days, until they contacted my husband and I to ask what needed to be done with the car. Really? They informed us it could just needed buffering, but 3 days later called us to ask what was needed to be done. Poor service. In the end, one of the areas was reportedly not in the claim, (will take this up with Geico) I give you two stars only because your front desk, and telephone representatives displayed good customer service skills.

I was involved in a very minor collision which resulted in the dreaded long scratch on the entire fender of my car. I wasnt sure if there was any damage beneath the black. Michael Saraceno came out and buffed out the scratch for me and sent me on my way in 10 minutes! What a fair and upstanding guy which I will assume works for a company of the same ethics. I appreciate the honesty!

I was involved in a collision. They had the car for 2 weeks. Normally two wks of waiting would have driven me crazy, however the collision team that attended to my car were phenomenal. I was regularly updated on the progress which kept me calm and informed. My service advisor kept me abreast of every detail without me ever needing to reach out for info. If I could give zero stars I would I brought my car to this place because I thought taking it back to the manufacturer after an accident was the best idea turns out worst decision of my life they just put a bandaid on it they didn’t fix any of the real internal problems my car is still making the same noises and now my car has a smell of burning plastic it just messed up in so many ways you better off going somewere else Mercedes are nice cars but there dealerships are garbage and to expensive i have a million other reason why you shouldn’t go here but I don’t have time you will see if you choose the to do work

Worst customer service ever and the work performed is below average. Better go to BMW and have a true german car dealership to fix your car . They claimed they are associated with Mercedes Benz but they are not. Perhaps they pay the Fort Lauderdale dealership to provide them business but they do not have the customer service or expertise to repair mercedes Benz cars. If you want to deal with a really bad attitude from the employees at this shop and deal with an the general manager’s incompetence to guide their staff, this is the place to go.
