I have been a loyal customer since 2017 each time I was not treated like they really wanted my business. I leased three cars from the auto nation in Weston and every time was not a good experience. On 9/11/2021 I decided that I was going to give them my terms and if they were not able to meet them I was going to take my business elsewhere so as I expected that’s exactly what happen the sales manager Dave only wanted to except his offer with no negotiation at all. I will never refer anyone to auto nation ever . I went to a Honda dealership and all my offers were met with very little haggling. Very disappointed with AUTONATION never again will they get my business…

I had an experience yesterday at autonation Chevy west colonial that epitomizes why everyone hates car shopping and car dealers in general. It started yesterday when I found the exact vehicle that we were looking for online, a new black Z71 tahoe with a sunroof and rear TVs. I call and they say they still have it so I ask for the price as well as all fees and associated costs. She tells me it’s $65,930 plus there’s a $599 appearance package that cannot be removed plus tax, tag and title. I ask her if she’s sure that’s all the fees she says yes and I even repeat it back to confirm. So I say cool we are on the way to come buy it. We get there and of course the first invoice they bring me has some extra stuff on it on top of what she said so I pointed it out and she takes it back and gets some of it removed however there is still a $599 dent protection that may or may not be able to be removed “depending on who I get in finance” and a $799 dealer fee that cannot be removed. I speak with the sales manager who was no help either even though my sales person openly admitted to me and him that she misinformed me over the phone and did not mention the dealer fee. I would have still bought the vehicle if they had just disclosed the total price to begin with, I just can’t stand the lying and bait and switch. Why does this have to be so hard? I already know the vehicle I want, I just wanted to know the price and I’m willing to come write a check for it. Nobody wants all the games and deception. If there’s extra charges that’s fine, just don’t lie to me. So after arguing with them for a little while I say fine I’ll pay it but low and behold they sold it someone else out from under me. I’m a busy person and I had to rearrange some stuff to make the hour drive to do all this and now my time (money) is wasted and I don’t even get an apology. The kicker is they said the people they sold it to drove from Miami (4 hours) and had placed a hold on online earlier in the day yet they were perfectly willing to sell it to me until I made a big deal about them lying me. So the whole time I was dealing with them from the initial phone call they knew someone was en route from Miami to buy it, I’m kind of glad they got it. Very poor ethics all the way around. Hopefully someone from corporate actually monitors these reviews.

This location is horrible !! Do not buy your car here . I purchased a used car from this location and the engine blew a month later . I did everything i was told to get my car fixed with the warranty i purchased from Nissan and it was determined by 2 mechanics their service department was negligent at servicing the car. When I tryed to see how autonation will correct the problem my calls were ignored and I was treated badly . Zain engineer the service manager was not helpful at all . He knows nothing about cars but he is the service manager. They gave me the run around for days till I decided to go into the dealership myself and speak to someone in person . Nicholas scopa the used car manager tryed to tell me the 2 mechanics who are not affiliated with each other are wrong. Of coarse they’re trying to go around saying they were wrong . The warranty company has an official inspector who was sent and they even have pictures showing how the car broke and that who serviced the car (autonation) was negligent. They sold me a car that broke down because if them and they’re still putting me at fault . I’m disgusted with the way I was treated and they did nothing to help . Zain is a horrible manager I don’t even know why he’s a service manager cuz he literally told me he knows nothing about cars . They will be hearing from my lawyer and I’ll be going straight to corporate.

I treat my car with respect and get all factory authorized service as recommended. Like any other person, I take advantage of specials when they arise. I received a 10% off coupon for service and used it on a 2,000.00 bill for recommended service. The service manager at the dealership (through the service associate) said there is a cap of 150.00 off although the text coupon did not state that information.I feel this was deceptive advertising and questioned Auto Nation who sent me the text. They called me to tell me the same thing even though the text coupon clearly did not state this.I am very happy with Mercedes Benz of Sarasota and the quality of service, however; my former neighbor and founder of Auto Nation Wayne Huizenga would never participate in type of deceptive business practice. The person who called me from the Ft. Lauderdale office did not identify himself. This review will take the place of the $50.00 Auto Nation owes me. Proceed with caution.....

BAIT AND SWITCH. Dishonest. Misrepresentations. Credit Ruining.Despite indisputable evidence proving otherwise, AN Inc. found no fault on their part & has offered & attempted no resolution. The lender Fifth Third Bank HAS apologized for their errors & has taken steps to repair my credit score.I have never experienced such an untrustworthy company, or a company so unwilling to apologize & correct their dishonesty, misrepresentations, and mistakes. My car purchase experience with them has negatively affected my financial options during a pandemic, permanently damaged my credit score, caused me to be unable to use the vehicle as I need to, & also deeply affected my personal well being.I am a single female in my early 30s. I purchased a new vehicle from AN in June 2020. This is my first car purchase & my primary vehicle - which is required to pull a small horse trailer. AN was deceitful, misleading, condescending, & ultimately unapologetic & unwilling to acknowledge their failures & make any amends. If you value honesty, integrity & respect from the companies you spend your money with, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. If you must do business with AN, I urge you to take an attorney, or someone knowledgeable with you to EVERY interaction with them.1. AN misrepresented the availability of the manual addition of a tow hitch to close the deal. This was mandatory for my purchase, I would not have bought this car from AN without a trailer hitch, or the immediate availability to attach a trailer hitch. I mentioned this numerous times to them as being of utmost importance. ANs solution to the vehicle not coming with an attached trailer hitch was to include the addition of one in the purchase for immediate installation. After weeks trying to get an installation appointment for the hitch, & even bringing my car in for an appointment for the purpose of getting the hitch installed - AN finally admitted that they have been backordered on trailer hitches for months - & that it would be 2021 before they had a hitch available, so I am unable to pull my horse trailer!2. They miscalculated the initial purchase numbers of the vehicle. This directly impacted the level of exhaustion of the deal going back &forth due to their errors, when I had already had the vehicle in my possession for over a week. Since this was my first large purchase my father was with me as an observer on the first day of this transaction. Did they purposely make mistakes so that I would need to return to the dealership alone & they could take advantage of my purchasing inexperience? I was required to make multiple, repeat, store visits to sign new electronic paperwork fixing errors that they had made & was shuffled to multiple employees despite making appointments with the finance team member I had been dealing with directly from the beginning. I ultimately signed the final paperwork on a tablet 9 days after taking the car home.3. AN changed the agreed upon loan package on my final paperwork. AN agreed to use the loan I had obtained from Bank of America (BoA) and instructed them to use. AN was responsible for the paperwork & changed the Agreement by putting a relatively unknown bank (Fifth Third Bank FTB) with a higher interest rate as the lender on my paperwork. When confronted with this dishonesty, AN refused to respond to me. When I escalated the matter to Eric Absher, the General Manager of ANCJA , he stated that it’s a “he said, she said” situation. When I informed him that I had email documentation & could forward it to him, he requested I send it. I sent Absher the requested documentation immediately & at this point had some hope this matter would be resolved fairly & swiftly. Absher then refused to engage with me, when I reached him again he made numerous claims of what they “cannot do” and did not even apologize for their deceit. I do not believe that he was or is helpless and powerless to satisfy my requests or offer any solutions.*Shortened facts attached. Evidence & 12 page complaint available.

And I know the holidays came along so things didn’t get handled right away but the holidays have came and went and still no call back. But I mean when your locations are making customers pay more money for services that are covered with this Autonation warranty I probably would avoid calling them back as well. But I’ll keep calling, no problem.

Very unethical business trying to screw people during a pandemic.

If I could put a 0 STAR I would. After 4 months of them having my Mercedes RV to repair, today we went to pick it up and the check engine light is on. They didnt check that???? Really???? They are not willing to pay for an Uber or give my husband a ride back to our home. Additionally, they are saying it is a service issue. The RV had damage and they replaced quite a few parts. They half repaired the RV after we paid nearly $10,000. Do not take your vehicle to this company, nor purchase a vehicle from this company!!!! Customer service is NOT within their corporate mission. GREED however appears to be their driving force.

ROBERT HERNANDEZ is the Used Car Sales Manager at the AutoNation Chevrolet in Coral Gables. The most nastiest, unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. In complete shock with his reaction in the middle of a conversation to the point where he threw himself back, got up from the chair and walked away. WOW! How could they allow someone like this to manage and represent a company. Clearly shows they do not care for customer service, the impressions and values of this place. I guess some people just get confident and think theyre above people and can care less of how they act. I believe theres no way someone who truly values customer service and their job would react in this way unless they know that no consequences would be brought upon them. Hopefully I am wrong and he is reprimanded.

So we decided to go in and all the reps are standing around laughing. We had on our mask and was ready to purchase a car. I did get a picture of the reps standing around! An AutoNation Audi mechanic took my car on an 87-mile joyride overnight out-of-state to his home without my permission, and I have it all caught on my dash cam. I noticed my car had no gas and 87 more miles on it then when I dropped it off for a recall (which wasnt even completed). Not only did he take my car without permission, but he drove it recklessly, including driving 90+ mph on 25 mph country roads. And worst of all the dealer not even knowing this happened, covered it up when confronted, lied about knowing, and told me they were within their rights to test drive my car how they see fit. The service writer lied, the Service Manager lied. They didn’t even know it happened. I went to the general manager, Mitch Henson, to explain what had happened, explained I have it all on my dash cam, and to seek some sort of resolution, but they blew me off. If people knew their expensive cars were being taken home by employees and driven recklessly, I seriously doubt anybody would want to take their cars to this dealership. The best part when I told the general manager he was doing 90 in my car, he said sometimes they have to drive that fast to properly test the car. Seriously!

When buying your Mercedes benz DO NOT BUY AT AUTONATION. I had a depressing experience and reading some reviews below I could see that the problem is with the dealer. I bought a new Mercedes Benz and took the vehicle out of the dealership with problems, I called my salesman who directed me to the service 3 days after I took the vehicle out of the store already defective, the worst was that they called me 7 days later to pick up the car I discover that it had not been repaired. And again here goes my frustration. After these days, another 21 days have passed and every day I receive a call from a service professional totally uninformed saying that the vehicle will be ready tomorrow. and this tomorrow never comes. I went to store 3 saying trying to solve the situation. GENERAL MANAGER MIKE NEVER CALLED ME EVEN IF I REQUESTED HIS CONNECTION SEVERAL AND SEVERAL TIMES. I WENT TO THE STORE TRYING TO TALK TO HIM BUT I NEVER GOT IT.THEREFORE AND FOR VARIOUS OTHER REASONS IF YOU NEED TO BUY A CAR.DO NOT LOOK FOR THE AUTONATION GROUP. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT CHECK THE VEHICLES BEFORE THE SALE. AND A SIMPLE BACKUP CAMERA PROBLEM CAN LEAVE YOU WITHOUT VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. AND YOU STILL RECEIVE A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.SO TO EMPHASIZE I HAVE BEEN PATIENT DURING ALL THIS PERIOD BUT IN THE NEXT DAYS IT IS A MONTH THAT I BUY AND I AM WITHOUT A CAR THANK YOU FOR THE LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER THAT AUTONATION HAS TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE SALES.

I am a longtime customer with AutoNation . Bought my two prior vehicles through this company. Because of my very good experience in the past , we decided on AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines , Used Car sales department. Purchased a used vehicle after 2 days took vehicle back for checking, after 5 days was told vehicle had major engine problems had to be junked. Was very disappointed as I really liked the vehicle. Went to the dealership to discuss however the manager Justin Norwood did not apologize, instead he was very rude and abrasive toward us. Its not our fault , your company sold us a damaged vehicle. We opted to return the vehicle and did not exchange because of the hostility shown towards us by Justin. His employees/co-workers were all very professional. However that was not enough to redeem his behavior. Will never do business with that dealership or recommend to anyone. His behavior is appalling and leaves a bad impression of your company and how customers are treated !!

I telephoned and spoke with Marco before coming over with the car and he said to bring it over. Marco had the car appraised and gave me a paper with a $3,000 offer. I called him two days later on Friday and he said the offer was good for a week. I said I would come one day the following week. I brought it in on Tuesday Aug. 21 at 6 pm and he checked it out and said the offer was now $2,500 because they missed picking up something in the rear window. I said they should stand by their original offer. I said please check with the manager because I felt they should keep their word. Rafael – the manager said no. And then I explained my point of you to Raphael and told him that I did not think it was the right way to do business or a smart way of doing business. He then said that I was telling him that he was not smart and they would not keep their original offer. We then left. We are very disappointed and don’t feel that this is a good way of doing business when a substantial company like AutoNation cannot keep their word. So here I am, just bought a 2018 Dodge RAM Pro master City Tradesman SLT From ROSEVILLE AUTO-NATION on May 27, 2019. With 12k miles on it. I paid 26k Cash for this auto which included extended full warranty (Bumper to Bumper), They delivered it to my home the same day. I parked it in my garage awaiting my appointment to have metal shelving installed a week later. When I back out of my garage, I noticed Transmission fluid that puddled on the garage floor. After installing the metal shelving, I made an appointment with ROSEVILLE AUTO NATION, appointment was two weeks out - they had it for a week they said it looked like someone bottomed-out the auto, scraping the transmission which cracked the transmission casing. They informed me the transmission could not be fixed it had to be replaced with a new one and they were not going to replace it. The cost would be over 5K to replace. I am seeking legal help regarding this matter. I will never buy an auto from ROSEVILLE AUTO-NATION again. This is truly an unfortunate event where a company would rather blame a new customer of damaging an auto in order to avoid their accountability of selling an auto before inspecting the undercarriage for damage.

The take your money and never return calls or just run you in circles. I think they do that probably because most people just give up! Their concern is about ratings, selling extended warranties and of course cars. Everybody in that place is trying to hustle, lie or ignore you. The most humorous part of this whole mess (not really funny but....) is that I called corporate headquarters to complain and was asked to leave a message and they never called back! These folks with there public company and national footprint, part of their selling routine are no better than the old stereotypical used car salesmen on the old time lots.

This is my third automobile with Byron, and as always he listens perfectly to my needs, worries, and concerns, always helps me arrange my financing and terms, always stays in constant contact to make sure that everything is running smoothly. He had my new Pilot filled with gas, sparkling clean, and spent the time needed to show me all the new functions, Thanks again Byron and AutoNation Honda for another wonderful experience!

Very disappointed. Our Volvo (our 4th and last Volvo) has been sitting for 6 weeks in the Volvo lot because Greg Johnson the GM at Bellevue wants us to pay $3800 for a repair that is a result of the dealership putting an after market part (without pur permission) (against the law BTW) and that part failing causing a domino effect on the driveline causing it to fail. Now they are wiping their hands of the situation after we have reasonable and have presented a reasonable argument. They want our family to pick up a nearly $4000 repair. They did not even offer to budge or compromise. This will end up being a long drawn out drama that will end up in a huge anti-Volvo anti-Autonation anti-Greg Johnson social and internet campaign. We have had Volvos our whole adult lives. SAD that this dealership will not take responsibility for this lemon. It was a certified used vehicle. The part that failed was part of the sales agreement. At this point we will have to take a thousands of dollars loss or spend the $$ on attorneys. The after market part failed while we were on a road trip with our children in the car in September during the hot months. We sat on the side of the raod in the middle of nowhere for hours with 0 cell phone reception until someone stopped to help. Hmmmm neither a good option for a hard working family. This dealership put my childrens safety at risk. I am a very angry mama bear! After this post Autonation said we are sory...blah..please send contact info...blah blah. Done. Right away. 5 days later NOTHINGMy cuurent status:Very disappointed. Looks like Volvo Corp Sweden needs a visit. Do they knowchow Autonation is handling their brand? Our family are lifetime Volvo owners. Sad.

I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from the Ford store in Sanford FL. when I was given the KEY, yes just one I questioned the salesman. He said he thought there was another and would look for it and let me know. When I didnt hear I sent an email to the finance director with no response a few day later I received a letter from the GM thanking me for my purchase. I sent him an email about the key problem and the lack of response to my email. Guess what no response. I sent him a second email and ask if he had the courtesy ( former name of dealership) to at least answer my email. That was 10 day since my last email and you guessed it no reply. I hope the CEO of AutoNation has an opportunity to see the and knows that I will not have a good word to say about his company.

Horrible place to buy a car. They put one price and discounts on the autonation website and another price on the autonation dealer website. Of course the auto nation dealer will sell you the car for there price and not the autonation price and act like they did not know the autonation website gives you another price. THE WORST PART IS THEN FINALLY AFTER ARGUING WITH THEM THEY MIGHT GIVE YOU THE AUTONATION WEBSITE PRICE BUT THEN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $ 1,860 DOLLARS EXTRA BECAUSE THEY SAY THE BANK IS CHARGING THEM THAT AS A BANK FEE AND THEY HAVE TO PASS IT ON TO YOU. THEN WHAT THEY DO IS THEY RAISE THE AUTONATION PRICE AND DONT REFLECT IT AS A BANK FEE AND GIVE YOU THE BANK FEE EXCUSE BUT WONT PUT THAT IN WRITING, PROBABLY BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL.

By reading the other reviews posted here I assume it makes to difference to autonation what kind of reputation the business has. I will go ahead and my 2 cents in as well. Purchased a 2012 ram with 67k as a autonation reconditioned vehicle. Less than a week after purchase I took the truck into a shop that I use to go ahead and have the oil changed over to full synthetic because I heard I light tapping that sound like a lifter is lose, come to find out the oil in the truck looked to have not been changed in a looonngg while. Tapping sound has gotten louder over the 2 weeks. I decided to take in in for a look. Received a rental car from autonation in North Richland hills. Received a call from my service advisor stating this was normal for a 4.7 to sound this way. Was also told my injectors are a little louder than normal but didnt warrant repair. .. since no repairs were made on the vehicle autonation will not cover the rental car, although it took 5 days to get my truck in for a technician (use that term loosely ) to listen to it.. I will be taking to a different mechanic and paying the 200 deductible to file it on the warranty. Had 2 sales lined for autonation for over 30k. I will be informing them to do business elsewhere.

Queue long ranting comment:If I could give a review of less than 1 star, I would. We had a horrible experience with AutoNation Mazda Roseville California. The salesman, Nathan Scott, was awful. He was not knowledgeable about the product he was trying to sell us and kept trying to sell us vehicles that were either outside of our budget or outside of what our needs were. He did everything so slowly, and we were at the dealership so long (6ish hours) that we almost gave up and left without a car. I wish we had. When we were given the keys, the key fob on the vehicle was falling apart. I asked Mr. Scott if we were able to replace it, as it was broken. He said Oh, if and when it breaks all the way, just bring it back in and well replace it.About a month ago, the key fob went out completely, after we spend months fighting with it. It is a switchblade key, where the key pops out of the fob. It regularly gets stuck closed, since the fob housing is separating. And, now, the buttons dont work. I called the service department and was told that the fob was not covered by the Mazda certified factory warranty that we got with the vehicle, and that it would cost over $300 to have a new one made.Yesterday, still less than a year after we bought the vehicle, we took the car in for servicing for intense vibration in the suspension (which weve been trying to get to the root of since we first brought it to their attention less than a week after buying the vehicle) and I approached Mr. Scott about the key fob. I repeated to him what he told me and asked if he would take care of the broken fob for us. He said he doesnt remember saying that but that he will go check with the service department and come back. When he returned, he said that (surprise) the key fob IS covered by the warranty, but that it would have a $100 deductible. I followed up with Ok, well, are you going to cover the $100 deductible for us, since it was broken when we bought the car and you said we could just come back in and get it fixed? He said that since it wasnt all the way broken at the time, they cant cover the deductible. But he offered to fill up my gas tank to cover most of the amount of the deductible. My vehicle is a 2013 Mazda 3, and with the price of gas here, takes about $20 to fill up from empty...and already had a half a tank of gas in it.When I asked to speak to his manager, he said he wasnt there but to bring the car back tomorrow for him to put gas into it, dismissing me and sending me on my way.Needless to say, I called his manager today and am waiting on a call back. I will be making an official complaint and will NEVER shop at any AutoNation location ever again.**update: Manager just called back and they cannot cover the deductible and that its the owners responsibility to cover. Waiting on a call from the manager above him.**

This review is specifically about the Autonation Honda dealer in Lithia Springs GABy far the worst service department I have ever been to. Sadly this is the nearest Honda dealership to me even though it is almost an hour from my house. Because of the distance I have been stuck using them for my factory servicing. I have brought my odyssey there three times and had horrible experiences each time, but will only speak to the worst two.Experience 1: The first time I came in I needed to have some recall work done and while I was there wanted to go ahead and have the brakes done. I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 7 am, was there ten minutes early, and gave them the car. I went to the waiting room to wait as I was told it would not be too long of a wait. I got restless and walked around, behind the building I found my car sitting there, not being worked on. This was 45 minutes after I had gotten there. When I confronted the service person about this they told me that the service techs dont even get there until 8 am. So I was there an hour longer than I needed to be. On top of all this the staff was not apologetic and was a bit rude when I spoke with them about this policy of setting appointments when the techs are not even there.Experience 2: The last time I had my car serviced there they replaced the power steering pump. It was not that long ago and it was making noises and not doing its job well so I called in to ask if it would still be covered under a warranty due to how long it had been. The woman I spoke with said that if it was hard to steer that it would be covered under a campaign and that I should bring it in. I made an appointment for the next morning at 7 am. While I was on the phone I mentioned that there were a couple recalls that I had gotten letters about that also needed to be taken care of. I arrived at 7 the next morning and waited almost 20 minutes before a service person helped me check in my car. As he was checking me in I noticed that the only work listed was the power steering, not the 2 recalls. When I mentioned that the service adviser wrote it all up and said your dropping it off right? I said no and he was surprised and told me that the two recalls take most of the day to fix. Because of this I said never mind to the recalls and just take care of the power steering. After 3 hours of waiting I realized that the service tech was performing the work I specially said not to. I was there for 4 hours waiting and no one seemed to care. When I was looking for someone to actually listen to my complaints a sales manager tried to help me but was not helpful. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY DONT LISTEN, TAKE FAR TOO LONG TO HELP YOU, AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

They have done nothing for me since this happened 3 weeks ago. The sales person I bought the car from Rene Butler kept giving me the run around everytime I called her. I proceeded to speak to Eddie the manager of some sort who is impossible to get in touch with. He gave me a price and waived the labor fees. I still havent gotten the car into service because I can never get in contact with him and I want to make sure he honors his price, even though I feel like I shouldnt pay anything. I am so upset. Mercedes Benz of Delray Beach -I was in the store a month ago and dealt with a salesperson Joe Taylor who is a really great guy. I would give Joe 5 stars! I did not buy from them at that time but promised that I would return when I was ready. Today I went into the dealership prepared to purchase a new Mercedes from them. I had done my homework and had everything ready to do a deal. I am a USAA member and had used their service to get all of the numbers. I have spent 30 years in the automobile business owning several dealerships and on the vendor side so I am very much aware of how things work and the values of vehicles and where they get them from. After being promised an invoice deal, they served me numbers that were dishonest and frankly trying to take advantage of my wife and I. After I asked for my keys three times, they played games and would not let me leave. The used car manager Greg Herbst came out and very aggressively showed an abbreviated report of similar cars that were bought from dealers at Manheim Auto Auction. The problem is also did my research too and the numbers I saw were different. He offered $ 14,000 for our car that even showed on his report of a car with similar miles going for $ 18,600. Cars with 88,000 miles where going for $ 14,000 and as I pointed this out he got very aggressive to the point where I said I would not buy even if he gave me $ 19,000. When he saw that I was not buying his explanation he then continued to get more aggressive which was truly unprofessional. I said that only an idiot would do this deal and I was not one. With that he stood up and told my wife and I to leave his dealership as he was showing off in front of his staff that he was throwing me out. This really offended me as in the thirty years I have spent in the business I have never treated anyone like this. He claimed that this was his dealership and I was to leave immediately. I said to him that I did not know it was his dealership and that I thought Auto Nation was the owner. I asked for the General Manger and he said he was the manager which I knew was not true and that I will leave right now getting right up in my face. It was raining hard outside and I asked him where my car was and he again said to leave. It got so intense that I actually felt threatened and I again asked for the General Manager. The salesperson Joe kept apologizing for Gregs behavior and personally I felt bad for Joe. My wife and I refused to go out in the pouring rain and lightning and another manger who Joe said was the GSM came by to try to diffuse what had just taken place. He apologized and brought our car into the service lane which we were grateful for. He took a look at our car and agreed it was worth a lot more too and did what he could to be nice to us. I am shocked that a company like Auto Nation would allow for one of their managers to threaten customers or even ask them to leave in such an aggressive way because we did not agree with their numbers. There is more and I would welcome an executive of Auto Nation to contact me to discuss. I am highly respected in the Auto business as a vendor and I will tell you that I am totally shocked and disappointed at the way we were treated.

Hi, I have a very disappointed and disgusting experience with my service at Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.when I bought my certified Chevrolet Cruze at the Chevrolet GM infort Lauderdale fl, I was told that I could take my car there because it was Auto Nation as well. Well, I took it for the first time and I did not had an issued... I went Saturday at the Auto nation Chrysler for the second time to do the regular maintenance, so ohh surprise that this guy with the Title of Parts and Service Director / Mr. Albert Pratts, which came to me as the most disrespectful and unprofessional Director.I am not going to let this pass by because he could be doing the same thing that he did to me... For example calling me names Like hey little boy, dude, papo... and he only did that when her employee wasnt there and the fact that I was way younger that him, it did not gave him the right to treat me like some punk, and not to mention he did not want me to have his name and title at the Dealer.....He took advantaged of my age and the power he had at the Dealer. That is why I am going to go to the bottom of this because he treat me like garbage, and dont want someone else to have this issued.Thank you!

They had me come in to leave a deposit on a van I saw on line. I rushed over just in time before they closed. Gave the salesman the deposit. They then gave me a receipt and purchase order. That clearly showed the deposit made and the balance owed to pick up the vehicle. I returned the next day. Went to the cashier and paid the balance. She seemed to be able to read what the purchase order said and accepted my payment. I then received my temporary tag and drove off the lot in my new (used) van, paid in full. About an hour later, I started receiving calls from the salesman and the sales manager. They were telling me I never made any deposit. I explained to them that the only reason I had even come all the way out there the night before was to make the deposit, so the van would not be sold to anyone else and that I had the receipt in my hand. They asked who I gave the deposit to and I told them the salesman. They said I would have had to have given it to the cashier and that I never made any deposit. They then demanded that I bring them $2000.00 or return the van, I explained to the sales manager that I had the receipt of payment in my hand. He then told me I was a liar and if I didnt hand the money to the cashier than I couldnt possibly have any receipt. I informed him that as a customer, I had no idea of how their procedures were. That I had rushed over there and given the money to the salesman and I had assumed he had given it to whoever he was supposed to. Then the threats began. I was also told that they were calling the police on me and that I better bring their van back immediately. I replied that I had a paid in full purchase order and the van was mine and I didnt have to prove anything to anyone. I simply told them that they were the ones responsible for finding the money they misplaced. I then scanned and emailed them a copy of the receipt I had and the final paid in full purchase order. I continued to receive threatening phone calls from different members of their sales team. Finally after after scanning and emailing a copy of the deposit left and balance paid to the corporate office, the calls stopped. I am still in shock that a huge company like Autonation would harass and abuse a cash paying customer over their series of mistakes. I am still contemplating on contacting an attorney about this matter. I am also very worried if they are going to even send me the tag I paid for. What a bunch of thugs they have working at that location (Toyota used car dept, Weston). I am . angry right now.... earlier today I visited the Autonation of Lewisville this is a Honda Dealership. I have previously purchased a 2008 CRV in 2009 and a 2010 Insight. I asked for my favorite salesman Sean Song, whom I had purchased both my previous cars from. He showed me the car that I was looking for, and never felt it was necessary to ask me if I wanted to test drive the car. After I asked to take the car for a drive, he finally said ok. When we returned to the dealership, I had to make the call to take the deal further. Sean Song was just happy to end it with giving me his business card and ending it there. I asked to have my car looked at to get a trade-in value and lets talk numbers. When the numbers were brought before me, I was appalled by the numbers presented to me. When I made the comment to Mr. Song, I was told that he could not understand where there was a problem. It was amazing to me that on the Autonation website it showed me a trade-in value of between $15000 to $12000, The offer given to me Autonation of Lewisville Honda was $9000. I ended up leaving and vowed to never set foot in this dealership again. Amazing how a company sends me regularly about their customer appreciation and discounts to be given for Customer Loyalty can be completely thrown out the door. I will never set foot in an Autonation facility again if this is how they have treat there loyal customers.

The problem damaged the tires, said by the same mechanics, which did not cover me, but the supposed fix did.
