Omg!!!! Joe is AMAZING!!!! I was suppose to have been written a review for him since this past Saturday, so here it goes. I stay all the way in West Palm and he came to me on a Saturday when everyone else was either booked or just flat out didn’t want to come to me! He heard the help, plea, and crack(from me starting to cry) in my voice & that was our first interaction on the phone. He came fixed my windows; one window wasn’t in stock, so he came back down to me on Monday and replaced the last one. Not only that you guys, but cable came out somehow after he fixed my last window, so my door unlocked but I couldn’t open the door from the inside, so he drove down, yet again, and fixed the issue. This man drove back and forth to me 3 days in a row! Talk about GREAT customer service!!!!! He deserves more than 5 stars in my book, if you ask me! He was so caring and understanding of my issue, like it was his own. He even played with my dog lol! His number is saved in my phone permanently! If anyone is looking for a window replacement I suggest you call Joe! Joe, thank you again for helping me, your a blessing.
