Allstate uses this business as a preferred shop so I went with them. The repairs took more than two weeks longer than promised. First, the wrong bumper was either ordered/received, and then the wrong grill was either ordered or received. Each promise of a completion date was missed and I was the one who had to call to find out the status. Toward the end, I called to inquire about pick up and was told that my key for the car was dropped into a sewer drain. I had to take my only other original key to them to have the repair finished. A promise of a new key in a week was missed. Now, after two weeks I still do not have my key (but at least I have my car). And the service rep stopped returning calls. What a disaster.

Ed Morris Collusion department did an excellent job repairing my car. It looked brand new when it was returned. My collision advisor, Juan, jumped through hoops to make sure I was happy with the end product. Always professional, courteous, and true to his word. He keep me informed as to what stage of repair for the car, up to the point that he even sent me pics of the process. Great experience.

Had my insurance company recommend them for a small fender repair from a shopping cart. Quoted just under $500. 5 weeks later I call to see if they’re finished and they say I owe $1,200!!!! What I thought would’ve been a simple dent pull and paint apparently warranted a new inner and outer fender, marker light, and paint THAT DIDN’T EVEN MATCH CORRECTLY!!! Now I have to find another shop to correct their mistake. NEVER GO HERE!!

Allstate had our 2001 chevy tahoe sent to this facility it was horrible service they never call you but will charge you and not do the work. Our sunroof shattered during hurricane and it rained in our vehicle from Saturday til Monday damaged everything to the point the vehicle wouldnt even power on once allstate sent the vehicle to them they told us we couldnt get the vehicle to power up due to wiring and water damage hmmm.. so they replaced our sunroof glass with a used leaking sunroof for starters the vehicle still gets rain water inside.. and not only that we were told that the carpet was removed and they stated and insured us that the carpet had been taken out and cleaned NO THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING I have pictures of major amounts of glass still in the vehicle and even on the outside of the windshield they just place a used worn part on our vehicle and vacuum the vehicle poorly glass is still on DASHBOARD, CENTER CONSOLE, IN OUR AIR VENTS , CUP HOLDERS AND ALL IN THE CARPET and they told us oh you have a transmission problem WE DIDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THE DAMAGE and no estimate was provided to us THEY TOWED OUR VEHICLE HOME NO POWER IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS DROPPED OFF I EVEN HAVE INJURIES FROM ALL THE GLASS THEY LEFT BEHIND and when we contacted them they had nothing else to do with us PLEASE AVOID GOING HERE THEY CHARGED ME 740 PLUS DOLLARS AND I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK IN SAME CONDITION NO POWER WATER DAMAGE GLASS EVERYWHERE WITH MORE HAZARDS THAN WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED THEY JUST MADE MONEY OFF US AND RAN AWAY... also on our REPAIR ORDER THAT IS CONSIDERED TO BE A LEGAL DOCUMENT STATES NOTHING OF THE REPAIRS BESIDES JUST SUNROOF GLASS WAS PURCHASED AND REPLACED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CLEANING AND GLASS FRAGMENTS AND WIRING THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING EVEN LIED TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY ALSO A (RO) REPAIR ORDER IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND OURS IS SO VAGUE NOT STATING NOTHING WAS DONE IN WHICH THEY TOLD US AND INSURED US IT WAS POOR JOB RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN FROM THIS FACILITY THEY i will be posting all pictures on social media sites

Never going back here again,they put a retreaded tire on my Super Duty ford.....it seriously looked like a toddler cut the lines in the tire. The side profile is about an inch shorter then the rest of the tires.

I went to Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac body shop because I got in an accident with my 2016 Honda Accord As soon I parked my car and walked inside Marlon Williams greeted me and he already knew who I was which was a plus. He showed me to the waiting room and that Fifie Seiteo will be right with me. Fifie came within minutes and took me outside to my car that came in for work and explain everything professionally to he and she also told me that after they got done with my car they will give it a wash and a full detail inside and out which I really like. Then Fifie transferred me over to Brittney Wight which was in charge of getting me into a rental car. She already had the rental car up and ready for which was cool. I really like that they were all professionals and they knew what they were doing and they also called me everyday to keep me posted on my car and if I was enjoying the the rental thank you guys very much at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac keep up the great work I really appreciate everything.From David.

They practically have no customer service at this body shop. From the day I dropped off my car, no one reached out to me or gave me any status. Thankfully I had progressive that gave me updates. My car was finished on the 6th and no one told me anything, progressive called and told me it was completed on the 10th. I got there and one of the agent got the wrong folder and started off with an attitude that I had come back later without verifying it was the correct folder. Then he apologized for pulling the wrong folder. EdMorse the name has it value but it’s better to use the sawgrass location. I will change my review once someone reached out to me and assure me the process will be better in the future. Thank you. I’m giving a two star because the actual work proffered was excellent. But the service was horrible.

What an embarrassment of a company,caught the porters doing 0-60 pulls in my 2018 Corvette,the infotainment center had oily fingerprints all over it and my carpet is stained with something red and only spreads when I scrub it (its turning orange) weird

Went in for a paint correction and they used spray paint on the under side of my side skirts and fender.
