I called twice During business hours in the last month and both times had to leave a message Detailing what I was needing. No one ever got back to me. Don’t know if this business is closed but google maps says it’s open and the phone message didn’t say anything. Not getting my business if they are open!

What an exceptional experience. Having lived in South Florida for nearly 20 years, poor customer service seems to be the norm in this part of the country...especially in the auto related businesses. That was certainly not the case with Downtown Auto Parts. The owner, Eddy, was very responsive and was able to have the part within just a few hours of my telephone call. Dont waste your time calling any of the other companies around town. Thanks for proving there are still small business owners that provide excellent service!!

Amazing service! I was scared at first, being a women. The Gentlemen made me feel safe purchasing the part. The part I bought for my Mercedes was perfect for my car. They are a life saver! Thank you Downtown Auto Parts.

The staff was fantastic! I placed my order at 4pm on a Monday and picked up my window a 1pm the next day. I would recommend them!
