Walter was a pleasure to work with. I had a special order pool table coming down from Rhode Island. Walter and his crew checked it out before delivery and found that it was damaged and returned it, solving a potential problem. He kept me advised as to the delivery of the new one every step of the way and had his guys bring it all the way over to Fort Myers when it arrived. They set it up beautifully and in an hours time had it levelled and ready to go. The whole process was as smooth as could be. I couldnt be happier with the results and would work with Walter and Prime Time Amusements again in a heartbeat.

I had my doubts sinking the amount of money into a new arcade machine when it was my first time making such a large purchase and having the purchase being sent to a residential house. Most of these were quickly resolved by having the transparent communication by Walter.Walter did a phenomenal job at keeping me posted on updates and quick in communicating his updates as he had inquired of the factory of questions I had for the machine itself or logistics. From all the communications, everything that was stated to be sent was as packaged without an issue.I included a few photos from right after the delivery as well as the setup later into the night. Everything worked out of the box as it was shipped new as was stated in our communications. The updates to the machine were quite simple as the patch data was readily available on the main website and has been up to date ever since using the online network.Shipping time was actually a bit earlier than I anticipated as it was on the earlier part of the estimate rather than the latter so it was a happy surprise (possibly due to the Pump it Up XX LX cabinet being in stock).The new Pump it Up XX Anniversary Edition LX Cabinet was a solid purchase with PrimeTime Amusements and would consider purchasing other arcade cabinets if the interests ever align again.

Purchased this In The Groove 2 machine from PrimeTime Amusements back in May, when it arrived (in Canada!!!) the shipping company had not handled the product carefully and there were a couple of issues. Over the coming weeks I worked closely with Walter to have the necessary parts replaced and getting the machine back into perfect working order. I was completely blown away by the response time, level of professional and genuine care for any of the issues I was facing. If there comes a time where I ever need to purchase another arcade machine from someone, I already know where I will be going. 7/5 Stars.

Purchased a Sportstation arcade game. Walter was very gracious and helpful throughout the sales process, answering all questions promptly and was very friendly . Shipping process was as described. The game came wrapped and protected extremely well. Upon unwrapping, I was very pleased to see that the cabinet was pristine and the game worked perfectly. Easily one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. This place rocks. Xtreme Action Park is the biggest family entertainment place i have seen in the whole Americas and may be in the world. They have best of the latest arcade games, bowling, racing track, trampoline jumping area, roller skating area, wall climbing section, nice food and bar.The customer service is superb and the place is super clean.I will highly recommend to any age group to go out there and have great fun!!!I had a great time, thanks to the management team for making this place so much fun!!!

Ordered basketball machine with custom graphics and we are simply amazed at the results. Everything has been exactly as they described from day one with prompt responses and follow up.
