This solely based on the person managing their Instagram. @action.firearms sends me a request and initiates the conversation and when they asked for the address. I prefer to see the inventory and see it for myself. This person went from showing pictures of some shotguns to say go else where when I asked about store hours. I was willing to drive the 40 minutes to give them local support but with this rude interaction, like I said I’ll pass.

Been using these guys as my FFL to ship to, and they have been amazing every time. I am going to start going to them for guns instead of buying online, would love to support these awesome guys.

Terrible customer serviceIve never owned a gun before I came in to get more information about a particular gun I was interested in purchasing, and was talked to and treated poorly by some old guy working there simply because I did not know anything about guns.

I recently purchased an M1911A1 as well as various accessories from this shop, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with every level of the experience. As a lifelong firearms enthusiast and USMC veteran, I’ve been to a lot of gun shops in my lifetime, and this place is the real deal. The prices are very good and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and really goes the extra mile. They have a wide selection, including the vintage WW2 era rifles of which I am an avid collector, and are also incredibly veteran friendly. This was my first time doing business with these guys, and they have certainly got a loyal customer out of me now. Can not recommend this place highly enough. I live in the neighborhood and Action Firearms is my favorite gun shop to go to. There are plenty in Broward County but these guys have always been upfront, very friendly and informative whenever I had any questions regarding my firearms. I just recently purchased a magazine from them and they helped out with the transfer of a firearm purchased online. Very professional I will keep coming back.

This place helped me put together my first AR build, they were so friendly and patient with me considering all the questions I had. They gave me tons of suggestions on parts that I wanted and tips and how to’s. They pin and welded my muzzle to the barrel nice and clean. I have been back many times since then for holsters and accessories and am planning on having them stipple my Glock 17 soon. I have had bad experiences with other gun stores ignoring you as soon as they see you’re not immediately going to buy gun it’s pretty sad.

Not all gun stores care about your business, these guys DO. Bought my first gun here after visiting two other local gun stores. Gentlemen here were nice enough to answer my questions and guide me to a happy purchase. Will return here for all firearm needs and recommend them to others.

Bought my Sig P365 here when it was virtually impossible to find when they first came out. I got lucky and was able to pick one up when they just received it. (Happened to be in the area) Very friendly customer service and helpful. If they werent so far away from where I live in Boynton I would come and visit more frequently.

1 star is honestly being generous. I tried for over a week to speak to someone regarding buying a gun for my husband and no one would speak to me like a human being. I was spoken to like I was incompetent and a nuisance for asking questions prior to going into the store about using my military ID to buy a gun ON VETERANS DAY. Not to mention, I got prices from all stores in the area and their tag prices were significantly higher than everywhere else including online. You better believe I took my services elsewhere and I suggest you all do the same.

I put my M16 on consignment. They sold it and did not call me to pay me my cut. As I was driving by, I said to myself, let me stop in and see what the status of my M16 is? Initially I wanted it back. So I walked in and said can I have it back? They said that I would have to apply for it as if I were applying for a new sale. I didnt doubt it, I just questioned it. Well, one of the guys started yelling at me saying that is what it is. I said OK, no problem, just asking. Well, after the search, then they said that they sold it. No, sorry, no we forgot to call. So, they gave me my cut which I am sure should have been a lot higher because that is when the virus just came out. I dont like them or their service.

I love this place. The father came right over and helped me right away with an issue that I had with my gun and then the Son was very helpful with a warranty issue. These guys could have sold me but chose to do the right thing by pointing me in the right direction. The father even cleaned my gun while I was waiting. These guys are great.

I bought a shotgun couple months ago good customer service

Met the owner last year at a local outdoor superstore. I had just purchased a SKS and wasnt finding affordable ammo anywhere. He overheard me asking for 7.26x39 ammo, and after i was told the big store didnt carry such ammo, he said hello, introduced himself and let me know he carried such ammo.fast forward a few months and I finally got around to buying ammo. i called around finding nothing, then ran across his Action Firearms business card. I called and he actually remembered meeting me, which is really surprising given our brief exchange, and said he had the ammo in stock.I went over right away and bought a batch of ammo, in a steel ammo can, for what i would have paid without the can but with shipping online. The are always price competitive and extremely good with customer service. They always seem to have what I want when no one else does.i recommend them for ammo, quality firearms, accessories, and a huge amount of customer service.
