Had a really great experience at this dealership, we drove 4.5 hours from Marion county, and dealt with salesman Terry Jarvis. He was honest, professional, friendly and there were NO surprise, hidden, or unexpected fees. Made entire deal via text, including trade appraisal which was super convenient. In and out in less than an hour on a busy Saturday!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing service. I have purchased many cars over the years and worked with a variety of dealers. Most of the time I have to brace myself for an exhausting process and in some cases, I end up spending the entire day and walking out. Well, working with Rick Case Acura was a very pleasant surprise. I found the car I wanted online, spoke to someone and talked about my trade, we agreed on some numbers and I went in to finalize. When I got to Rick Case, someone was waiting in the parking lot for me, had all the details from the conversation and it went exactly as planned and I was driving away in my new TLX within 90 minutes. It was by far the best new car experience I have ever had. I highly recommend working with them.

I would recommend this dealer in a heart beat. My mom was having issues with her car to where you can hear a popcorn noise in the speakers. It was annoying and distracting. We took it to our dealer nearby and after months of diagnosis and back ordering they did not fix the problem. They said it was an inconvenience issue and not safety therefore not important. We drove all the way from Lake Worth to try our luck. Boy were we glad to have done that! Agustin & Francisco took care of my mom and fixed up her car that same day. The customer service was 10000% better than the other dealership. They fixed her car in 2 hours with something the other dealer couldnt do in almost 2 months. Honestly, my mom was so happy that from now on well take the drive to get our oil change there too. We trust them and loved the premier customer service they provided us while we waited. Again, thank you so much to Agustin, Francisco and everyone that helped out in the process, guys rock!

The internet department did a great job coordinating and booking me an appointment. The issue was with the salesman which in my view was very arrogant, didnt take the time to work a deal and with an attitude of its either you want to buy or not and if not dont waste my time. In my opinion, some training, customer service reinforcement, other sales tactics, friendlier tone, follow up with potential buyers (FYI salesperson didnt offer a business card) could have helped with a better experience and future referrals .Hopefully, another potential buyer doesnt have to endure this experience.

I am happy everyone else seem to be getting great service. Have not been able to get a return call for at least 5 days. Messages are left unresponded to. This is in regards their terrible service department! Unbelievably, they tell me to call them back or they will return a call and completely ignore the requests. Not sure what is going on with this dealership but this is NOT even acceptable service. Makes one wonder if some of these stellar ratings are fake or put up by the dealership staff to make it look legit.UPDATE my car has been in the repair department for warranty work for 11 days now .. none of my calls returned completely irresponsible and unprofessional dealership!! after this never again

Don’t come here to get your car serviced, been here for over 2.5 hours with an appointment and they just got to my car. Unless you want to spend your whole day at the dealership, go somewhere else!! Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a dealership! And to top it of, they didn’t even clean the car at the end.

This week, I leased an Acura ILX with Rick Case Acura. Although I live in Miami, I chose to work with Rick Case because of the courteous and expeditious nature of its staff. I needed to sell my previous car and purchase or lease a new one within a very short time window. Alexandros was a spectacular salesman, who ensured all of my needs were met during the process. It was a joy to work with him.My partner and I plan to purchase another car from Alexandros and Rick Case Acura next fall. We highly recommend this dealership.

Tom (Sales Manager), Rita, Raquel, Ryan at Rick Case— I am extremely disappointed in the sales actions and customer service of your dealership; in short, you have done terrible!! For 5 days since last Fri, July 16, I had been working on a deal with Hassan on new 2021 TLX Type S, one of the most expensive sedans in your inventory. From day 1, I had offered to put a deposit to hold the vehicle as I am from TX; he assured me if I was a serious buyer (which I am) there was no need for a deposit. We shared pictures and information back and forth and we firmed up an agreed upon price; I even ordered additional Acura accessories that brought the price to over $5K above its $54K retail. I talked to the finance manager on Mon, July 19 and we arranged for me to wire transfer a $27K down payment scheduled to be wired today, Tue July 20. I submitted all my confidential information and was working on getting financing through Acura; I could’ve easily paid cash or gotten the loan through my credit union but chose to go through Acura to provide you the greater business. This morning, while on the way to my bank to arrange the wire payment, I received a text that you all sold that car earlier this morning—basically saying “F-You” to me, a good faith customer, and all the work I had done to purchase this vehicle. I asked to speak to a sales manager or the GM and sent repeated texts and emails; the salesman said the manager would call me back immediately but no one even bothered to call me or respond to my emails to explain why the car was sold when I had worked for 5 days securing the deal. I had even already arranged for a shipper to pick up the car later this week.I have worked with many premium luxury car dealers in Texas and all over the country— Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Acura, Jaguar, etc, and I have never experienced a situation like this or a dealer like this. You essentially stole the car away from an honest good faith customer who already had a deal working on it and was in the final finance office stage and sold it to another customer. Rick Case Acura--What happened here? How is this acceptable? This appears to be a reflection on some very unprofessional business practices. And really? All so that you could sell a vehicle and get the sales proceeds from a different customer a few hours earlier than me? Are you hurting that bad financially? Where is the dedicated customer service that you all pride yourselves in all this? My wife, who was really excited about getting this car, is devastated. Probably what stings the most in all this is that the salesman assured me someone would call me back to offer an explanation and maybe even an apology...but again, no calls, no texts, no responses to my emails. Customers--beware of working on a deal with Rick Case Acura as you might THINK you will be getting your new car when in fact it could be sold to someone else while you are in the finance office! Not good!

Very smooth transaction, and easy to understand everything they were saying, and they were very helpful and knowledgable. I would only go to this Acura dealership for now on. They lost my entire car. I am baffled about how this happened. I had my Acura towed to this repair location after it broke down and I called them to see if it could be brought there to fix. They said yes and it took me 4 days to get any information from them once it was towed, and the call I finally got was them telling me they had my car keys but could not find my car. After many many calls I finally get someone to give me information and they claimed they looked both at this Acura dealership for it and the dealership next door also owned by Rick Case and they could not find my car. I had to go to this location and walk around the entire lot with the employee while he told us over and over he looked everywhere for it. I finally found it myself in the back corner of the lot. After I found my car in a part of the lot that the employee already claimed to have looked for my car, they took it to the repair shop finally. They told me it would be fixed the next afternoon only to call and find out it still was not finished. The experience was a lot of confusion and uncertainty as I am very confused how an actual Acura dealership can lose a whole car when they were in possession of the keys the entire time to the point I had to go and look for it myself for them. Keep in mind this was my only car so I had to find another way to get to the dealership in the first place. I just thought after calling first to make sure it would be ok having my car towed here, it would have gone WAY more smoothly. I will definitely try and find a more efficient place in the future.

Great place to take your vehicle to get serviced, FYI the oil change is cheaper than anywhere else. They wash your car, and if you join their free rewards program you get a card that gives to all day access to there drive thru car was. The wait lounge have 32 inch TV and popcorn. Best kept secret.

Reuben is hands down the best salesman I’ve encountered (mind you I dealt with a lot of salesman when I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my mother). He was informative and detailed in his explanation. Genuinely a good guy who puts his customers first. If you’re in the market for an Acura go check out Reuben! Hassan went above and beyond for me. He made sure that I found a vehicle I truly liked and in my price range. This is my first time ever having to finance a vehicle, and he made the process seamless. I went to so many different dealerships to look at vehicles and this is the only place that made me feel safe. Even the finance team broke everything down for me when I didn’t understand something. If I could give a zero star I would! This is my second lease from this dealership. I got a 2022 MDX and drove home (and hour and a half away). In the morning I get in my beautiful new car, and the ac went out. My car had less than 100 miles on it, and I had no cold ac. I called the sales man.(mo) He called me back to offer me to come back down and he will switch me into a new car. He then called again to confirm. I drove allll the way back down there, in the rain (which means no ac and no air period) and they tell me I’m not getting a different car (even though they told me to come get a new one and called to confirm) The manager or acting manager, Mathew King, tells me he can switch a fuse out for me, but he will NOT give me another car. I could have taken the car to the Acura dealership 10 mins from my house for that. He then says the REAL boss is Tom. We ask if we can speak with him and he told us no he’s off today. Then calls him and speaks to him, he looks at me and says, “yeah, he’s not available to talk to you.” Matthew looks at me and says, “sorry.” Then proceeds to tell me that he is kicking me out of “his showroom” for cursing. I’m pretty sure anyone in there right mind would be cursing at this point. Ohhh but they did offer to deduct the added miles from my lease. Geeee thanks! This is the only google review I have ever made... 😡

Keith Heron was fantastic! He truly loves what he do. I watched as he reached out to a customer to see how he could assist her as he was walking back in the office. I’ve seen others go by without stopping to say “hey how can I help you”, but not Keith. Although my issue did not get resolved because they were unable to duplicate the problem, I felt reassured that they did all that they could. The team was very patient with me. They listened, empathized and was hoping they would be able to resolve the issue since this was my second time coming back. Although the problem wasn’t present at the time I took the vehicle in, they made me believe that they truly believed I wasn’t crazy and that there was an issue although unable to identify now. Keith was great the manager was also great! Their team work left me with a sense of trust for the company. I believe Keith and his manager helped me with my concern 100% and I would give them a 10 for outstanding customer service. Thank you for all you do!

Always a great experience. I was in and out in under 3 hours and negotiations were very fair and easy. They didnt try to sell me on ridiculous extras and the few extras were explained but not pushed. When I said No Thank You, they didnt push it. Im on my third lease with Rick Case Acura and have highly recommended them to family and friends. My sales rep Noa is brand new and I was her first sale. She was very knowledgeable and when she didnt know an answer, she didnt BS me; she found out the answer quickly and even thanked me for asking questions.

If you’re looking for the worst Acura dealer in the area. Look no further. After purchasing 9 cars in my household from the dealer took long enough to learn that. Long story short I have been fighting with this dealer with a brake noise issue over the past 4 months. I’ve gotten plenty of loner vehicles & after 6 trips to the dealer with a 2020 “luxury vehicle” with 7k miles. No one in that entire building can seem to help or find a solution. This dealer is great for wasting your time & hard earned money. If you can. Go to any other Acura dealer in Florida But this one and you won’t be disappointed. They say the provide the best cars & service but I have yet to experience that! They sell you 45k cars. Makes all promises to take great care of you during the life of your car. Only to get you in a brand new car that gives problems that the expects can’t seem to fix.

This should have been a 5 start review but the finance manager screwed it up. Matthew King, the sales manager was great to work with. Got me a price no one else could beat. Compton McKayle was exceptional, the patience and customer service was great. However when it came to wrapping the deal up I was attended by Vanessa after waiting about 1.5 hours which is about normal. I started going through paperwork and was met with sly remarks about me taking the time to read through a multi tens-of-thousands of dollars contract... I continued to ignore it until it became apparent she was just plain rushing us out. Good thing I was smart enough to read through it because I caught several mistakes that would have been overlooked otherwise. Advice to any, please read any and all things PRIOR to signing. That goes to anyone anywhere! Again, everyone else was great but Vanessa needs better training on handling customers that arent just complacent with signing their souls away...

This was my first experience at this location. I just came down from Georgia and needed some help programming the radio in the Acura I had just purchased. At first no one approached me to assist me in the service department, but they were also clearly helping other people. Then Agustin showed up and became my service advisor.Agustin totally understood my problem, and even tried to fix it on the spot for free. I explained that I had just bought the car off a private seller. They took the car in and fixed the radio and also gave the car a complete once over for free. They pointed out how good of a condition the car was in and recommended a fluids change to all the components and he showed me how they were worn out.They were never pushy about it, gave me quotes if I chose to do it, and even washed the car before returning it to me. Over all I was very happy with my experience.

Its a shame I have to be here writing a review regarding the dealership I lease a 2018 Acura ILX I cant begin to talk about the regrets and disappointment I feel first thing started to happen was the gas needle would not move I contact the dealer service dept. spoke with two very Nice guy Bruce and Dean the only two reasonable person thats helpful told me they are aware of the issue and they are working with Acura to resolve the problem so basically the dealership were aware of the issue with these car and was still selling them the car finally shut off on me on the highway I was on the side of the road in the hot sun for over 2 hour waiting on a tow truck finally the dealer send someone for me I left the car there the dealer had the car tow to them my car was in there shop for two weeks I pick up my car on the Monday the Tuesday night the car shut off in the middle of the road with me and my daughter in it all light came on transmission light the car was smoking I contact them again letting them know I didnt feel safe in the car and I wanted to exchange the car I dont feel safe what If the car shut off on me on the highway thats another story I email the owner and spoke the general manager LEROY LARSON he was very rude very uncivil, crude . Very Unprofessional he didnt want to listen to what I was saying didnt even wanted to see the picture I try to show him he looks me up and down like how dear I talk to him about my fears his lack empathy seems Unwilling to recognize my concerns he started to look red and annoyed he came off very angry he should not to allowed manger any type of business that hard working people spend them money HE FINALLY TOLD ME IF I DONT WANT THE CAR I CAN LEAVE IT AND WALK HOME HE SAY THAT TO MY FACE AND WALK OFF WHAT A RACIST POS if I was a white woman thats afraid for my safety and kids safety he would have never said that to them I could see the RACIST IN LEROY ALL OVER HIS FACE THE WAY HE LOOK ME UP AND DOWN AND WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK ABOUT MY CONCERN I WORK FOR A LARGE CORP OFFICE I TOLD ALL, MY COWORKERS, TO STAY AWAY DUE TO LEROY LARSON !!

Mort Schwartz is the best car salesman Ive ever met. The service he provided to my parents is above and beyond what any other car salesman has ever done. My mother is in her 80s and Mort went out of his way to help her get the car she wanted. We picked the car up on my moms birthday and he placed a big red bow on the car. My mom was so happy. Hes knowledgeable, service oriented, friendly, and took the time, once again, to point out all the features of the car before we drove it off the lot.

I was introduced over the phone to Kimberly who took great care of me and found the car that I wanted. The pricing was good and they helped arrange transport to me. Regrettably I have to give this dealership a zero in rating. I will mention this is NOT because of my salesman but in fact the finance manager here. I was interested in purchasing a car and the salesman Mitesh was VERY helpful. He was willing to work with us by doing everything via text, phone etc. I had spoken to Mo the day before I was going to purchase and he already was a bit pushy in his tone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was having a rough day. I like to ask questions since its my money we are dealing with here. Anyhow, after several negotiations we decided on a vehicle and the price. The following day I went over to go and sign and pick up the car. This was after negotiations had been made since the dealership wanted to add a reconditioning fee to the price but with 2 year free maintenance. On our way there I spoke with Mo again over the phone and he was so snappy I had to tell him to calm down. He was condescending and rushing me/us. When I arrived to the dealership, I went for a test drive while my husband went inside to review the numbers. He also spoke condensing to my husband, and made it seem like he was a complete idiot. My husband asked about a $300 fee that was appearing out of no where and Mo said well how am I going to pay for the Free maintenance. Just blew me away. Anyhow - that guy brings zero value to the company. The one that re-iterated that he was being promoted and has been so quickly (no idea why he needed to tell us that). Not professional at all. Its a shame. I liked Mitesh, the salesman alot. Its unforunate. I wont be recommending unfortunately.

Live over an hour away, they had a used vehicle that I was interested in for $27k. We worked out a deal including financing over the phone. Drove down to see the vehicle, close the deal, and take it home. They did not disclose that the car had been backed into a poll, needed a new rear bumper, tail light, and paint work on the back hatch. Plus the headliner had spatter stains all over, their detailing department dropped the ball. Was missing the remote for the entertainment system. Their excuse was Its a used car. My response is that you cannot sell a car in fair condition for excellent condition prices. I even told the salesman my expectations for the price

Horrible place!! Actually horrible People Only at this location so far. My car has been delayed over months to be service for “RECALLS”! Or recall. And then when something minor is fix such as an oil change something goes wrong with the car months. I believe the workers or mechanics isn’t professional taught or doesn’t have much experience! This is awful and bad for business. Which could inventively lead to lawsuits.

They always have fresh cappuccino or coffee and a snack for you.Always go to Rick Case if you need a car. I booked a service appointment, not too long after purchasing my TLX. Keith & Clark went over & beyond to make sure my light was working, my emblem had a new face, & the tires were in tip top working condition after the sensor came on. There is a cosmetic, deep gash in my back bumper that is aesthetically displeasing, but that had more to do w/ sales than service. Wish the sales associate alerted me while purchasing at 9:45pm when these things are often unseen. Otherwise, my experience in the service department was favorable. I expect my TLX to hold firm through the next year, but I will be seeing Keith w/ any issues that may come up in the future. Thanks for your help guys.

I bought my 00 acura about a year ago brought it to them to go over it,let me know what needs to be done mechanically. They treated me like I bought the car from them 20yrs ago lol and I was just in there today to get my airbag recall fixed treated me like gold didnt try to sell me anything even washed the car and made my black wheels and tires shine. They even offered to vacuum out the car but Ive got some car parts in there etc. The point being if I was to purchase a new Acura from Rick Case hes got my money top notch 100% professionalism and 5 star service and courtesy. I hope this solid review will bring them more business they were amazing at how fast and clean the job was done. Mind you it was a recall and they went above and beyond my expectations as a dealer I had no previous relationship with them. 5 starts guys you deserve it wish I could give 10 stars but not an option.

I have just returned from your Sunrise, Ft. Lauderdale Dealership; the place from which i had purchased my last 3 Acuras, starting back in 2000. Prior to that time, Id say about 1997 I had bought one from your dealer on Federal Highway, Up until just recently I have had the greatest respect for this dealership and its service organization. That respect has waned since your employment of Dean Dumetz as Service Manager and today I met A person named LeRoy Larson who, I believe tried to hoodwink me into purchasing a new car by, literally, in my presence, advising your service people to build up the proposed repair costs to the point that would make it necessary to do so with faked issues. I do not expect to revisit this dealeship..

Took us over 6 hours to make a deal for 2 used cars with empty gas tanks (we gave them trade ins and down payments).... and then my husband’s “certified pre-owned” car BROKE DOWN one week later. When we called Rick Case Acura, they told us they wouldn’t help us and that we had to call the 800 number on the window sticker! Thank you Pembroke Pines Acura for taking care of of us!! Also, thank goodness for the Acura warranty. To top it off... we are still waiting for his spare key.

Unfortunately, the warranty work done by that shop left significant scratches on the plastic fascia inside the car with the replacement of the airbags. I decided to bring my car into Rick Case Acura for a significant job covered under warranty. Superb service, no damage to the trim. We reached out through the Acura website to some different dealerships in South Florida. Sean from the Internet was the only one (of about 6 inquiries) to actually send me a non-automated response. He provided us with a payment estimate (he made sure we understood that factors such as changing the car type, color, credit etc could change that number) and some vehicle options that actually matched our inquiry. He scheduled an appointment with us at our first opportunity (he didn’t push for an earlier date just because) which ended up being about 4 days after first contact. When we arrived, He introduced us to Mo Husein who would be our salesman. He brought us back and showed us different color options, while always showing us vehicles that had the exact options we wanted while never pressuring us into anything. We then worked with Mo Saleh in financing and he worked with Matt (the manager assigned to our deal) to ensure we received the best price and every incentive available. And the price quote was spot on almost to the penny (even though we ended up getting a premium color) so there weren’t any “surprises”. We walked in at 1pm and left about 330pm with an amazing MDX that my wife absolutely loves. From start to finish this was as seamless, straightforward and hassle free of an experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Kudos to everyone at Rick Case Acura. They have earned our future business for sure.

Went in for maintenance minder, gave them the car model and asked for a price. They told me the price, applied all coupons before I left the car for service. Then they called amd told me that the same service will cost me 3 times more because my car is a 9 speed transmission. Well, did they not know that from the make, model, vin that they took before giving me the original price? Its just a dirty trick to get customers in and then rob them by hiking up the price. Never going back again!

Purchased a car there and hardly drive it due to COVID shut down. It had major AC problems that the manufacturer was aware of and thus the dealer should have been aware of fixed prior to selling. They refuse to do anything about it. Will never buy from them again!

No one greeted me upon arrival with “Welcome to Rick Case, how can I help you.” Or “Welcome someone will be with you in a minute.” The staff was not friendly. The service advisor did not explain to me the proper needs of the vehicle. I keep coming back because I love Rick Case and his wife’s philanthropic work in the South Florida. It does not feel like your in a luxury dealership.

I noticed my brakes were making noise and brought my RDX in for service along with an oil change. The brakes were a repeat of a serious repair that happened 9 months earlier. The service manager Bryan texted me photos of my rusty brake pads before replacing them.. In addition to Acura helping out with a one time “gift repair”, the service department provided me a ride home with Carl. The 16 point check revealed a low battery - a new one was covered by warranty. Everyone wore masks and my complimentary car was (and vacuumed inside) was completely appreciated! Great experience from A-Z..thank you!!

After having my ILX for less than a month, I had to take it in for service (condensation in headlight). After replacing the headlight, they washed my car. I noticed a scratch on my wheel. I brought it to their attention. The guy I showed seemed genuinely concerned and was racking his brain to see how to resolve the issue. He then called over a man I believe to be his boss, Dean, to take a look. Dean proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any mishap/damage that occurs while they are servicing my car. He also told me that his people are not going to inspect every inch of the car including the underbody to see what damages are or are not present before or after service. I find this completely UNACCEPTABLE. I inspect my car every single time prior to getting in. I did not take my car to them with any damages and therefore should not be leaving with any. I found Dean’s attitude very dismissive, rude, and just plain unprofessional. This was my very first time going to the location. This is definitely NOT the way to start our business. I NEED MY CAR FIXED.
