One my foot got run over by one of those carts that they pull to fill the shelves with it wasnt that bad but they need to watch where there going! They need to put PJ sizes in order also the under ware where in there places so you dont grab the wrong ones. Also how about heavier winter jackets with hoods like Parkas Ive been there 3 times I ended buying a wool coat. I really like it but Ill have go some where else to get what I need. I ordered one early October but it never came they it !!!!??? I do have one good thing to say a lady did help me in the self check out. But you guys dont really dont care about how you run your store because your customers dont have much choice do they???!!!

I pay for the Walmart plus and thought it was a genius idea. I was so happy to have this service in our area! That is until I used the service. I place orders often, I would say sometimes 3 a week. Sharing that information to validate that my rating is not from one experience it’s been multiple. Rarely has my order been correct. It’s always something. I don’t get the order, I get the wrong order, my order is missing items, they added extra items, the substitutes are so far off they don’t even come close to what I ordered (one time I got 3x boxers and I ordered small) literally always something. There has been countless times I never even called to resolve the issue because frankly it’s exhausting. I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes before. The service is despicable. I’ve even received partial items where part of the pack was missing! I have to make many phone calls each time to fix whatever issue it is. They don’t return calls I have to be very persistent or the issues would never get resolved if left to them. Beyond frustrating to say the least! I would not recommend the online grocery at all, unless they begin caring a bit more about executing a order correctly. This is months of frustration and poor service and I felt it was time to share. Currently on hold for over 20 minutes at this very moment trying to fix yet another issue!

9:00 pm, absolutely NO cashiers. The self checkout lanes were clear out to the aisle. I asked customer service where all the cashiers were they said they went home and arent scheduled at this time of night. Theyre open until 11pm. Heard several other customers ask for cashiers, one worker said theyre always hiring. For what job, cashiers that arent scheduled after 9pm? I left my cart after waiting for a self checkout lane to open for 15 minutes. Not cool Walmart, not cool.

They always have what I need.They must be restocking?? Its kinda mess in some areas. Seasonal items hit and miss. Most employees are nice. Some must be having a bad day. Overall this Walmart is a okay. 😊

Pretty sure Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave if he could see that you cant pay with cash at most registers in the building. When did cash become an invalid form of payment in America?

Well now in my mind I dont need to write anything on Walmart because they are absolutely excellent. The only problem I have with them is using their app on my telephone. I can find three different prices for the same bottle of A1 steak sauce from three different vendors on Amazon.com. I dont know which one I am ordering from when I order and there was a $5 difference in a gallon. I wish they would get this straightened out and so that one price for one person was the same as for the next person and not who found the more expensive one first and paid that price.

They are constantly moving everything around, making it harder to find what you need. They are in the process of reducing live checkout lines and replacing with self checkouts where cash is no longer accepted. Its not worth the bother of going there. Its much easier to just save the aggravation, and shop Walmart .com. they offer a whole lot more than the store will ever carry.

What can I say? It’s a Walmart, known to have a huge variety of things that you may need. Stopped to pickup the kids birthday gifts a little early and they had exactly what I was looking for. Not a fan of self checkouts so I had to wait for the only register that was open, oh well.

Short on help like everywhere in fort Dodge, but still a good place to go. But in all honesty, when fort Dodge let the super Wal-Mart here, the town went down hill. We lost a list of local stores an hometown spots, but the city council dont care as long as they get their money. But like the roads here in town. They ALL need fixed but the city will wait till the road sinks in before they try to patch it instead of repairing them.

They always have what I need for my dogs. The employees are nice.

Normally I have no issues with my pick up. Today I did not accept my substitution for the FlexSteel spray. I was told not to accept it at pick up, which I did and it would be credited back within a couple hours. It has not been credited back and when I tried calling, I was hung up on then no answer at all when I tried recalling. Very, very upset. There is no number I can find to speak to the pick up office to rectify the issue. Would really like have a call or email directing me as to whom I can speak to.

Asked multiple employees if they sold the Crichton vinyls in store.. no one knew what I was talking about and one even told me no that they didnt. I found a complete aisle full of vinyl but had to wait like 25 minutes for help to get in a locked case. asked multiple employees for help, but they either couldnt help me or didnt know who could help me.

I really like the store but they need more cashiers at the checkout and less of the self checkouts. My personal experience with their produce has been sketchy. For example... I bought a large package of strawberries that on the surface looked fine, but once home I open them to use them and found almost all of the strawberries had mold on them and were mushy. This has happened a couple times. Also, when I have bought lettuce a lot of the heads of lettuce in their bin really bad brown/green slimy stuff on it in spots. Best advice....watch the expiration dates on anything that you buy, and check the produce thoroughly as possible before purchase. Otherwise I have had no major complaints about them theyve been pretty good, and I enjoy shopping there very regularly. I just have to watch my expiration dates and check produce carefully.

Couldnt get help to take 2 futons and a mattress to the front of store. Same issue buying several TVs the next day. More accurately I could ask but was refused assistance. Definitely wish I would have taken my money elsewhere. Next time Ill take my business to Target right next door.

Super clean and friendly staff. Couldnt find anything due to the remodeling, and so I had to ask several different times where things were and was shocked that none of the staff DIDNT know where the things I was asking for were. Its almost as if the staff lives there because as soon as I ask somebody where something was I didnt hesitate and directed it to me accurately. Super impressed with how friendly they were.

Dont go here for a covid vaccine...youll wait most of the day with an appointment. Go to Walgreens, youll be in and out in 10 minutes.

It was a nightmare. Walmart website stated the item I wanted was in stock. I go to the shelf, and its not there, but they say they still have stock. I want to order online, but they have no stock in fulfilment. A total fail! The manager couldve at least offer to check stock, but didnt. Poor customer service.

I was dismayed to find the entrance area without an employee to check that we were wearing our masks, also there were no disinfecting wipes available to wipe down the carts. There were no hand baskets available inside the entrance area and when I asked the closest cashier about it she said, were out of them at this end but theres a bunch down at the other end. Why didnt they have someone bring up a portion of them from the other end??They were out of the dog food (Cesar soft food) that we came in for, along with other flavors, and the empty trays that they stand up in were strewn about the shelves. Obviously, nobody had checked the inventory recently.We were disgusted with our entire visit!

Ive never really been a fan of Walmart. This one is always overly busy and the management is rude and in caring. I only gave it to stars because of the variety of choices they offer in products otherwise its a one.

Shopped at around 430 on a Thursday afternoon. Had 7 items on my list and they were out of 4 of them. Out if the following, 12 pk Miller lite bottled beer. Brownberry 100% wheat bread. Walmart brand 2% milk, and 32oz size jar hellmans mayo. Substituted all of them, but the point is I didnt get what I wanted. No excuse Walmart.

Couldnt get anyone that was working to help with anything. Employees were very rude and unhelpful. We are not even from the fort dodge iowa area and were treated with disrespect. I wont go to that Walmart again.
