Omelette tastes like it came out of a pickle jar. scrambled eggs are watery. the servers dont really listen to your order, my buddy asked for 2 biscuits with gravy and just got 1.Go to the Air Force side or buy some Jimmy Dean frozen omelettes from the commissary instead.

ARRRMY FOOD, SIR! I could probably just leave it at that. Since, if youre reading this, youve probably been to one or two DFACs before. The food is edible, though rather bland, but the staff is friendly and its very clean. Plus they have free Wi-Fi! So normally Id give it just the three stars, however, the internet connection was fast and is worth at least one star. Well see how breakfast goes in the morning when we get our Marmites at the range. Maybe an extra half star it its still warm! Cant get my expectations too high...

Theyre doing their best to keep us reasonably fed during the COVID Calamity. The food was tasty and meets the nutrition needs. Dont take the 5-stars as meaning Date Night worthy but as far as DFACs go it was fresh, cooked to order, leaving no honest complaints or concerns. (just look at the beautiful chicken pot pie... The crust was seriously good)

This is a very clean and comfortable facility. Why are they always acting surprised every time Soldiers show up to eat? Why is Short Order lady starting burgers at 1130? Shouldnt she have a stack of them ready... at 1130? Why are there 2 supervisors up front watching over 2 sign in ladies, but only 1 person working Short Order counter? Why are employees acting as if they hated life and wanted you to know it? The building may be new & nice but its still the same contractor running the same old show. How come Air Force dfac is so much better experience? Separate but equal?

This is probably one of the worst run DFACs I have eaten at in my 18 year military career. The food selection is terrible. Normally they have one option that is green or healthy on main line. A lot of the times they run out of the main food items which leaves you with little to choose from. The hours of operation are terrible and not conducive to certain training events. They run out of the pre-made salads often, the salt and pepper shakers are terrible because you have to unscrew the lid just to get anything out. Napkins are often out and not replaced as well as silverware not being replaced. The portion sizes are extremely small and if you ask for more you normally get attitude and told no. Apparently you cant get a main item from short order and then get healthier sides from main line as I was told that is not allowed. It appears the DFAC workers rarely get days off therefore they are grumpy and can get an attitude with you. Also, the trays pile up from time to time which causes problems and causes the Soldier to figure out where to leave the tray. The only thing going for this DFAC is that it is newer, has enough seating and the TVs are on, but the settings are off and CC arent turned on. Needs improvement or a new contract.

Ga
Review №86

Clean and new but the portion sizes leave something to be desired. Can only choose 1 main dish and they run out quickly of popular items including primary dish, sides, salad dressing, desserts, and some fruit. Staff is less than excited to be there in most cases and dont mind passing that attitude along to the patrons. Its a long walk from nearby dorms. Seating is plentiful and theres a well lit dining room. The TVs are all set to wide screen so 20% of the screen is cut off and theres no close captioning so you cant read the news. The tray return area frequently backs up leaving it up to the user to carefully stack trays on the conveyer belt. Overall, its no where near the best DFAC but its definitely not the worst.
