Had to change exhaust on car was very convenient booked bay on line then went in at scheduled time. Used lift and was in and out by 1 and a half hours. They had a dumpster for metal and also one for card board to put all the old parts in and get rid of the cartons the new parts came in. Cost for bay was only $8.50 will definitely use it again when I have a major issue that requires a lift.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this place. They helped me without hesitation, the lifts work flawlessly, all the equipment I needed was readily available. The workers at this shop will not hesitate to help you. A job that would have cost me over 750 in labor cost me around 52 dollars using this shop, as well as experience gained from their help and completing the job nearly on my own. Very spacious, clean bays, and even when they are full a spot open relatively quickly, so just wait around and ask them questions!

Great shop

The shop is a really nice resource for do-it-yourselfers.Just be aware of limitations. I assumed they could balance 35” knobby all-terrains tires and the weight sets are too small for such tires.It’s best to call a head if you have specific needs.

Outstanding customer service

Tried to use the many, many EV charging stations while my husband was at the medical center. Apparently they are deactivated at this time. This caused incredible inconvience and caused me to miss a full day of work due to having to search for another charger after having counted on this for my return trip. I nearly didnt make it, limped into one finally with 0 miles (I had had a full charge when I started the trip to the base.) How about some signage???

Apparently the place just got renovated but the tool boxes are not in order, tools are missing, I have to take tools from another tool box, some tools I needed were not available and i spent almost 25 minutes waiting just to get a lift because the gentlemen that was supposed to check me in was eating a sandwich right in front of me and after I got the bay, no one offered to help or even asked if I needed anythinf. I suggest they do something about their employees and the way they run the place. Ive been to other hobby shops with a great system that works and this is not one of them.

The staff here is professional and friendly and I can always get done what I need to do.

Great indoor facility for working your own vehicle. Reasonable rates, all tools provided & staff are patient with dum questions. They have several on floor bay areas and lifts available, tire repair machines and more. Located on Maguire (MDL) base. Must have military or base civil service ID to enter. Should assure repair job doesnt disable vehicle beyond closing time or alternate rates apply for overnight parking. Truly a do-yourselfers ideal concept. Beats working on the street in front of my home. H. Thompson (BOP).
