I brought in my old 90’s Kawasaki which has a brand new crate motor in it, less than 10hrs on the motor. Ran great last summer, this summer would crank and not stay running, it has air and spark, I chased all the common issues relating to fuel delivery before bringing it into Newman’s to get another opinion.Picked up jet ski after 3 weeks and being charged $600 only to find the throttle cable was disconnected and there was a missing bolt on carburetor, and the intake tube gone missing. I went back to talk to the owner and he just told me that they just threw the intake tube away because it’s restricting.My jet ski wouldnt stay running at all after picking it up from Newman’s, I paid for a new carburetor because I was told my old one was cracked, Waste of time and money. Took to a different place and they fixed it within 2 days, found that the old carburetor just needed to be ultrasonic cleaned, not replaced and now it runs perfectly for less than half the cost of Newman’s.Surely they will respond to this review in order to defend their reputation only to be able to continue taking advantage of other PWC owners.

Called on Friday to have my jet ski to read an EMC error code, Mark said drop it off Tuesday at 9am and I could pick it up around 5PM. Drive from Cheyenne, Mark says your not on the schedule and I won’t be able to get to it until after Labor Day, 🤬 He was so rude about it, actually down right mean!!!

Mark at Newman has been in the business for 30+ years but doesn’t talk down to new motorcycle riders/owners like myself. His knowledge and experience can diagnose problems pretty early but he will will not jump to a conclusion before investigating the bike. He fixed our 1982 xj 550 and it runs pretty dang well. Price is competitive and he a straight shooter. Can’t ask much more from a power sport shop.

Mark helped me out of a jam. Loaned me a recovery wheel so I could get my ATV put of the thicket. I felt like prices were fair and customer service was excellent. I will definitely be doing more business with them because of their willingness to help.

Took my jet ski to get fixed because it wasnt accelerating and after 2 weeks with it and paying $600 finally got it back and was excited to have it working. I took it out and it was great for 2 rides then it went back to doing the same thing and not accelerating. I contacted Marc (owner) and he pretty much just gave me the runaround.

Just dropped my two ancient skis there today and I enjoyed my time with Marc. The guy I want working on my stuff (in this case sea doos) should be someone who can rattle off an hour of conversation and suggestions about riding these fun machines regardless of my experience. You can never know enough.

During covid 19 period they organize very well to serve you in a safe environment

Just got my Honda XR250 back after a tuneup, and its running like a champ. The guys at Newman seem to really know their stuff and do good work. Pricing was reasonable. Shop owner was personable and willing to provide advice. Overall Im happy with my experience and would go back.

Mark knows his stuff. Have taken many ATVs here. Very good results!

I talked to Marc on the phone about a project I am using my jet boat for. After talking with him for 15 minutes on what I should do to achieve what I needed to, I left the conversation with eagerness to start putting together the project. I sent pictures and a couple videos of what I was trying to do, and not expecting a call back, he called to further inform me how I could change a few things to get the desired RPMs out of my motors. So far My experience has been spectacular with these guys. Being in Cheyenne, WY he is not only the closest, but so far the most helpful out of the 10 other motorsports places I have called in the area.
