Ordered the mattress I wanted pretty easily. One salesperson was very knowledgeable and could identify what current products would be comparable to one I had purchased there 15 yrs ago and liked. The other salesperson seemed newer but still friendly and helpful. Checkout was the slowest part. Their system seemed a little cumbersome just from my observation.

He worked with another store in St George Utah to have delivery to Mesquite Nevada for mid November. With supply issues around the country I was assured my order has my name on it ready for delivery next month. Brilliant.. kudos to Denver Mattress working together between states within the company! We picked up our mattress at this location because it wasnt at the location we ordered from. The man at the dock where you pick up your mattress was not going to wrap our mattress in plastic, so we asked him to do it. We were going to load the mattress ourselves, but he came to help, so he shoved the mattress on part of the way and walked away. The plastic wrap was torn and ripped.Thanks for the help but Id rather just do it myself if you dont want to. We didnt expect any help since we werent paying for delivery. The store wasnt sure busy nor was the docking area. Everyone has an off day, maybe he was and we just got lucky it didnt rain on our way back to Estes.

We purchased our mattress 4 years ago and are still so happy with it and the free pillows we received too. We already had a low profile box spring so didnt purchase a new one. Today our box spring snapped so I went online to purchase a new one but had questions about it and delivery so I called the Fort Collins store and spoke with Chris. Great experience! Logan offered me a sanitary cover for my pillow. I simply tried the beds. He gave me basic info about each bed. I kept trying beds until I found one I didnt want to leave. When I selected the bed, he didnt upsell me, but offered me options. For the mattress cover, he may have upsold me slightly, but Im a 100% satisfied with it. I tried to find the bed for a better price elsewhere, but could not. Delivery was a little less seamless. Crew did not have their own power drill. Nor did we. Used manual screwdriver to remove bed slats. The bed? Dreamy...

After looking for hours on Amazon for a well made, solid wood bunk bed, we decided to try Furniture Row/Denver Mattress and found several at surprisingly lower cost. The staff is friendly but not at all pushy, and there’s something nice about being able to see actual beds and mattresses on display for yourself rather than relying on photographs.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received! Logan assisted us with our purchase. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were aware of all our options. Logan was very professional, efficient, and courteous!

We liked the wide range of brands of mattresses offered. We liked even more the store staff. They were very knowledgeable about each brand of mattress and provided detailed information and descriptions of each and explained differences between each brand but there was no pressure to purchase any particular brand or even to make a purchase. They made sure you understood each brands warranty and any other benefits offered. Frankly, I thought the experience would be a “used car pressure sales” approach but it was just the opposite. Highly recommend.

I went into Denver Mattress with a budget and a brand in mind (Drs Choice), we were promptly greeted by the staff and Jaciel, the Assistant Manager, came over to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable about each mattress, took his time and listened to me regarding my lower back pain and sleeping position. Explaining each mattress I tried out and which mattress would be beneficial to a side sleeper vs a back sleeper. He also answered our questions about an adjustable bed even though we said we couldnt purchase it at this time. I got a great mattress at a great price!
