We needed to have our old, non-functioning (not a bullfrog) hot tub removed from where it was set down into our deck so that we could replace it with the new bullfrog hot tub that we have on order. Your delivery/removal team, Steven and Spencer, came today to remove it, and they did a fantastic job! They were timely and professional in figuring out the most efficient way to do that, hauled all of the remains out to their flatbed, and cleaned up everything. The personnel at Patio Splash were very knowledgeable and our Bull Frog Spa R Series is a GAME CHANGER. Due to a serious auto accident I had to have multiple neck surgeries and this spa, and the neck area jet packs, were the first and only water therapy that has been effective to relieve the arthritis that resulted from so many surgeries. We have had our Bull Frog for approximately 7 months and all together have used it every night with maybe 7-8 days that we did not. We LOVE ours.

She didnt stop helping us until every aspect of our installation, delivery and learning curve on how to get the most out of our new spa was taken care of. Not an easy thing to do! I once overheard her say to a potential buyer, “We pride ourselves on our customer service.” Wow, what an incredibly true statement.Jerry, our service technician, worked tirelessly for hours to ensure that every aspect of the installation was perfect.We couldn’t be happier with our new TSX17. It works exactly as promised. The propulsion system is quite muscular. Each week I can feel myself getting stronger. The water is kept crystal clear from its internal purification system. We own a restaurant and are on our feet all day everyday. Coming home to our spa has changed our lives. The aches and pains go away once we step into it. Our sleep has significantly improved. I wanted to wait to leave a review until after I had a chance to use my Bullfrog hot tub for a month.First off, the salesman Stephen was very knowledgeable and did not use high pressure sales or try to get us to buy what he wanted us to buy, but asked and answered our questions, and helped us find what we wanted. He was great!Secondly,the two,delivery men were top notch ( I used to deliver for Lowe’s), and were very accommodating and hard working. They did a great job of getting the hot tub where we wanted it, and were very knowledgeable in explaining everything I asked about. The electrician who was recommended and we ended up using ( KB Electric) was also awesome, and even went over a few more things about the hot tub. It was a great delivery and install, to be honest.The hot tub itself is phenomenal. I am a daily user, every morning after working out. I love the different jet options, and the low cost of operation is great. I could not be happier with the product and the whole experience.

We were lucky enough to be able to work with Stephen and Rick (owner) at the Ft. Collins store. They were both passionate, informative and helpful! These hot tubs are so different than any others weve looked at. Completely customizable and fits any body. Im 52, my hubby close to 6 and this is the only hot tub weve both been comfortable in. We just got the tub delivered yesterday. The delivery team were respectful, professional and helpful. They took extra care with the tub, and made sure we were fully versed in setting up the tub. Only problem is we have to wait for the electrician AND the weather to get warm enough to actually fill the hot tub & use it. The dangers of buying a hot tub the end of December. My Bullfrog spa is the best I have ever had! This is my 3rd spa and the best by far!! My local store is also extremely helpful and friendly every time I go in, which is not often necessary except for chemicals.

We love our hot tub. The guys at patio splash have always taken care of us. I have arthritis in my back and going on and relaxing in our tub for 20 minutes and I sleep like a baby. The spa marvel is a great product and I love that its not chemical treatment. When our control panel had moisture in it they had us take pictures and show them what it was doing and it was still under warranty and they came out replace it and now it looks great and you can read it again.

The salesman made my wife and I feel like we were at a used car dealership. He was urging us to put cash down today, and when we said we couldnt he told us well in my home we like to save money. Were definitely not buying from this place. Unbelievable.

We purchased our hot tub from Rick, he gave us an incredible deal, and there was no pressure. A couple months afterward getting the tub we were puzzled by an area of wet concrete at one corner of the spa. Puzzling because it wasn’t constant and we weren’t having to add any water. Patio Splash sent a service tech out right away. He couldn’t figure out what could be the cause. They ordered us a new spa, while we waited, the moisture issue seemed to go away. We called and told them it wasn’t necessary. They insisted on replacing it. Would rather be safe than sorry! We got a great deal on the first spa, because it was year end. This new spa is 2018, with all kinds of new goodies! It’s really nice to purchase something and really know that they stand behind their product!

After using my bullfrog a series spa for a few weeks I have noticed that I sleep better! Also I am more relaxed throughout the day. My skin is always nice and smooth after getting out and I don’t even need to use lotion.

I researched the bejesus out of hot tubs before settling on one. I also waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase from Patio Splash. The advanced engineering of bullfrog spas has impressed me the most with their fewer parts and hoses, and especially there efficiency. I truly do not notice a difference at all in my electric bill. So when they say bullfrog spas use less energy than the competition, believe it! Other spas in Fort Collins tried to talk me out of doing business with Patio Splash, saying that the fewer hoses means the jets will have less water pressure. Not only was that not true, but I love these jets because each of the 27+ jets I have can be manually turned off in seconds with a quick turn of the dial without interfering with the other jets. Rick, MJ and company have been awesome to work with. I had an uncommon hose leak within 6 months of the purchase and it was a seamless process to get it all fixed. Having local customer service, and a newer engineered spa were two of the main reasons I didnt buy used or online, since I wanted to pay the bulk of my investment up front and not have to worry about constant repairs years later. Ive had to reach out to patio splash about a half dozen times now for questions since Im new to the hot tub game. Theyve always been helpful, and Rick was awesome from the beginning, letting me switch my purchase a day after realizing a signed up for one that would not fit my long term needs.

I love my Bullfrog spa! After a long day of seeing patients its so great to relax away the day and watch the stars! It has worked flawless since owning it and I love being able to change the jet packs around! Cant go wrong with a BullFrog!

We have had our tub for several years now and absolutely love it. Just as important though is the service that stands behind it. If ever a question or issue, this company has been the easiest to deal with. MJ in Greeley is wonderful and although we plan to have this hot tub a long time, if we were to purchase another , Patio Splash is our go to place.

We had to reschedule deliveries because of storms and electrical work that needed to be done. MJ was so accommodating! When our hot tub arrived the delivery crew was so friendly and helpful! Our experience with Patio Splash has been great! Last summer we started looking for a hot tub and stopped into Patio Splash to check it out, the guys there were very knowledgeable and worked with us to custom build our hot tub. They helped us decide on what we feel, is one of the best investments weve made thus far and our hot tub is fantastic!

We purchased a Bullfrog from Rick, and couldn’t be happier. The tub is great, and the buying experience was simple and transparent. Delivery was on time, and the technicians professional. There are a lot of choices out there for hot tubs - I’m happy we went with Rick and a Bullfrog.

Visited this store along with 3 othersl competitors today and was less than impressed with the attitude of the sales person. I found all the other stores to be fine if not great but I wouldnt recommend this place based solely on how pushy and rude they are.I also find it interesting that a good chunk of their five star reviews are from accounts that have only left reviews for the various Patio Splashes in CO and WY.....

We love our Bullfrog! Service at the Cheyenne  store is awesome. So is Nik! We love the spa marvel cleaner. The water stays clear for a long time. All the staff are kind and friendly no problems.

Our Bullfrog hot tub is amazing. We sit in it at least 3 times a week. I’m so glad I invested in this. Nik is so helpful, whenever we have questions. The process of purchasing our bullfrog hot tub was so easy, I would recommend them to everyone.

I bought my hot tub a yr in a half ago. We absolutely love it with husband having 4 back surgeries and shoulder work he relaxes and can sleep at night! We love the maintenance that is written out and I can write it on the calendar takes five min to do. I would recommend talking with Nik to anyone that would like to relax and get rid of any soreness. Being its only a 110 amp I can plug it into any outlet without calling a electrician to give me another amp.

Quality and great price. Theres nothing better than sitting in a hot tub during the winter. We own a second home here in Fort Collins and I wanted to get my wife a new hot tube. I went with the Marquis, its absolutely beautiful and they were very professional and installed everything fast. Would recommend to all my friends.

I have not had a chance to use the hot tub yet, but I have to say that the team at Patio Splash already has a 5 star rating from me on the hot tub set up! Steve and Evan delivered the hot tub today and did a great job getting it in place. I was impressed because, I mean, it’s a 600 lb hot tub! Later, when I had some issues to trouble shoot on the electrical hook up (which had nothing to do with Patio Splash’s service), both MJ and Jerry were fantastic in providing insights and suggestions. The Bullfrog 8XL spa has been excellent for us. We enjoy it after a hard day of work. It is easy to maintain.

We had been in the market for a hot tub for many years. We never really found any that we were totally satisfied with, but then we stopped in and looked at the bullfrog brand. We were impressed with the reduction of amount of Airlines in the bottom of the tub, as well as the movable jetpacks. We purchased or hot tub at a time where we got an additional pump at no cost, and also were able to get the movable jetpacks whereas normally they would not be movable. We have now had the tub for going on 3 months, and we love it! We were initially going in for a smaller two to three person tub, but instead went for the seven foot size. I am so glad we upgraded! Its not so big that it takes up a lot of space, but we can still fit four people pretty comfortably at one time. Rick at the Fort Collins dealer was fantastic to work with! We had a problem with one of our jet packs after a couple months, we took it in and he replaced it on the spot! All of this along with the ease of maintenance on this tub, makes us very happy customers! If we purchase in the future, we will definitely look into another bullfrog!
