We have had multiple problems with our Control 4 system for over a decade.Thankfully we found Brian who quickly diagnosed the issues and subsequently solved them patiently and professionally. He went above and beyond customizing for our needs and educating us for maximum use of our system. We will be doing more business with Brian and his business in the future

We asked Brian to do a number of things to improve our network, including fixing sound on a Fort Collins Connection TV app, attaching SONOS equipment in three rooms to our network, improving the wireless signal strength to one of our TVs. He took it one step at a time and had everything done in a couple of hours. This was a small job for Encore Sight and Sound but we got the companys best effort.

We have used Brian for several projects over the past 8 years. Most recently he built our home entertainment system and connected our entire home so it is easy for everyone to use and enjoy. He is very responsive when things are not working and has stood by his work on several occasions, fixing/repairing and making things work again. Encore installed a control 4 system including a home movie setup in our new house 10 years ago. Brian Pantle worked on our entertainment system today here in Gillette Wy. He was very knowledgeable about our control 4 system and he set up up to use our audial system for our tv and music. he redid our system to make it much more user friendly than it was. Brian is very professional in how he worked and communicated with us. He showed us how to use the system once he was done and helped us install an app on our phones so we can control the music from our phones. We would give Brian the highest rating available for his service and will recommend him to any one who needs a system installed or a system updated or worked on.

Very professional and comprehensive, Encore has installed two audio/video whole home control systems for my family, including lighting, networking, and home theaters. They have done an absolutely fantastic job with after-install service and support and I would highly recommend them for any type of audio/video or home control job. I have used larger companies in the past, with mixed success. It really pays to have someone that will be there to support you at a moments notice when things dont work as planned-- which invariably happens with larger, complex systems. Our original sound system was installed by another company, taking over a month to wire our basement area, which was unfinished at the time. Once they were finally out of our house, the sound system with our collection of CDs did not sound the quality we wanted. Eventually, the system needed repair and rather than going to the original installers we selected Brian’s Encore Sight and Sound. At that time, Brian informed us that the CDs were being compressed too much and that with a minor adjustment and cost, we could have a system that met our quality standards. Brian worked with the system and our components guiding us to a few new purchases. He reworked what we had; incorporated a few new bells and whistles; and tweaked it all until we now have an enjoyable experience. He continues to coach us on how to get the best use from our Control4 system. He indulges us when we mess up and comes when we need him to undo what weve done. Hes both creative and innovative when it comes to meeting our personal entertainment system needs. We cannot say enough good things about him. I have had Encore Sight and Sound replace my old stereo receiver an install new wall speakers and a new surround sound receiver. They did a great job. Installed quickly and with no problems. It sounds great and I love it.

Brian has a lot of experience in home theater and home automation. He was able to teach us how to operate out new Control 4 system and control all the great features of it. We are very pleased.

We were in the process of finishing our basement and had Brian wire it for networking, cable, and a speaker system.
