Cheap tools at cheap prices (pretty much). Everyone knows that. So I dont expect much and I try to buy mostly consumable stuff there, or a tool I need for a one-time project. They have a lot of fun stuff, and for the most part, I have no complaints on what I have bought. I just wish the staff was remotely friendly or efficient. Quit trying to tell me I cant return something unless I join your dumb club, too. A thank you would be nice, we customers do pay your wages.

Darn- Wanted to shop for several items this morning while my car was being serviced across the street. But sign on the door said “masks recommended”, and some shoppers weren’t masked. So I didn’t stay. Hey Harbor Freight?? Do Larimer Cty. guidelines say‘recommended’ or required? Have the courage to do what’s right like other stores are doing ( Panera, Barnes & Noble, Pedersen Toyota) and require masks

This is the first review I have ever written in my life as I am not one to leave one for a place no matter how bad the service or experience was. With that being said, I am completely appalled at how rude the woman who rung me up for my items was. I believe her name is Rue or Raye or something along those lines and she is completely horrible. I talked to my boyfriend about this atrocious experience and as a frequent shopper at this location, he agreed that she is always horrible to him and fellow customers which very clearly translates to the rest of her coworkers. Ultimately, do not recommend this location at all!!!

Often out of stock and employees not very friendly and kinda rude. Was also hard to find an employee to help me find what I was looking for and once I did just felt like I was annoying them

We had an issue with a particular brand of weed whacker, multiple times. The employees were awesome about honoring the extended warranties. As the saying goes, the third time is the charm. They even credited the price of that brand when I chose to return it and upgrade to another model.Thanks!

This store is very busy and they obviously are short staffed. Once someone was able to help get something for us it was smooth but we had to be patient until they were free. Otherwise a great store.

I have shopped at Harbor Freight for years.They pretty much have what Im looking for or need.They have always been good about replacement or refund if theres a problem.I have only had one problem with them.I bought a small power saw which they stopped carrying and could not get a new battery and charger for it.To replace with their new small saw would cost me another $ 125.00 dollars to replace.Otherwise, I have always had good service from Harbor Freight.

It is what it is, some of their tools etc. are ok, but if you need dependable tools you might want to go elsewhere.

Clean and well stocked. Very respectful about COVID safety. Always busy here, but always helpful. Be patient and you will get what you need. They have stopped the coupon program but instead offer sale ads.

Harbor Fright Tools is my first stop for tools. Usually this is my only stop because of the large selection of tools and also because the prices are so low. But that doesnt mean that the cut corners on quality. The tools are top notch and last for years.

This store has become one of the most helpful Ive been to in a long time.

Many times I use tools for carpentry that can only be used for one or two or three uses The tools Ive been buying from harbor freight have greatly improved and I find they are as viable as any of the big box stores like home Depot Lowes and Ace hardware for that reason I highly recommend

Overall I like harbor freight. The tools are great if you know what to expect. The real downside is the service. Some staff members are great—others not so much. Especially when it comes to registering a phone number, some cashiers are really pushy, which can be uncomfortable.

I found what I needed at half the price of Lowes. And always a good selection of tools that serve small hands. I only shop for household and garden tools but they seem to have a wide variety for automotive, too.

Horrible staff at the store. I tried to buy a 10x10 portable shed and instead got a 10x10 canopy from them in a black bag so I couldnt tell what it was. When I tried to go back and get what I asked for their power was out and the associates were standing out front talking about how stupid I was and how stupid every customer that gets the wrong item is.

Store employees sold me the wrong solder for a plumbing job. Refused to exchange the unopened product without a receipt. Rude in the process. Since the standard for years at other box stores has been a store credit or that the employee will find the receipt using the credit card, its not acceptable. They want my phone number in order to treat me like the other guys. Manager cant get me a five dollar store credit so screw these guys.

Didnt have any small stranded electrical wire, but they did have small pegboard hooks that the box stores didnt have.

I love it here! Its like a mini Lowes, but with some more affordable options. Obviously youre not going to have every little item that a giant warehouse like Lowes can offer, but it usually has what I need for wherever job Im doing, and for a more affordable price.

Good tools for the honey do list. Everything is made in china...why buy over priced china tools from others when HF can save you money.

Went in to the store to grab a few things for landscaping. I needed help finding a few things but no one was on the floor to help me. The staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked. When I found a couple things I needed, I went to check out and there was only one girl on the register. The line was wrapped around and she was asking for help but received none. I understand the staff was overworked and understaffed but there needs to be more people on the floor. After seeing how employees and customers were being treated by the manager I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Had the shop vac I needed. The Bauer 9 gallon works fabulously in my workshop. Disappointed in the lack of additional accessories. Was hoping for a wedge and angled nozzle. Oh well!

If there was another Harbor Freight close i would never step foot in this one again. Desiree has the worst attitude every time i go in. If it was a one time occurance would be one thing but its all the time. She is a horrible representative for this store.

Service is usually good but it depends on how much knowledge the person has. When you call and they say it is in stock there is a good chance its not.

An ok tool sure, they were out of ear plugs and also out of smaller nippers.

I drove 18 miles one way to purchase the Daytona 3 ton super duty floor jack. The Personnel on the floor as well as a manager of the store said there was no coupon for this Jack. I drove back home to retrieve my flyer and it has the Jack I was looking at for $20 off. The manager as well as the staff are incompetent and their ability to help out customers.

The BEST place for when you want to shop for cool fun stuff but you dont have a ton of money. Rude staff. Two cashiers, both were on the phone and ignored customers standing in line. The guy in front of me just put his stuff down and walked out because he got fed up waiting. When the cashier got off the phone she was really rude to the people in line.

Its a good place for tools, for auto maintenance, wood working, construction tools, some yard maintenance tools, generators, etc. I do see women accompanying their husbands, so it would be convenient for there to be something of interest for the women. I know its not essential, because it is a tool store, but, bored women get impatient, and husbands spend less time than they would like. Im just saying.... , maybe more landscaping options, garden accessories, some yard decorations, birdbaths, fountains, chimes, etc. I think your business would benefit. Unless youre next to a Hobby Lobby, or Ross, you need something to keep ( most ) women from rushing through.

I love this store for tools that I do not use everyday and the hiring ones are too expensive to buy. I like the fact that they have tools that are affordable for homeowners or hobbyist which I am. All the tools Ive ever bought from there seem to hold up pretty well and also have the rewards program so I get them even more discounted.

I love the awesome prices here. I’ve purchased almost everything on my RV checklist as well as tools, tape and even a shop vac! Next I’ll be going there for ladders and/or step stools.
