I love the food and the staff. This is a family owned franchise and they always remember mine. This is a good bet when you need a hearty meal but dont want to cook. I work in Greeley and frequent that one for lunch when Im on that side of town. Always good service with this franchise.

I LOVE Honeybaked Ham!! I got my first taste (literally and figuratively) of their wonderful offerings back in 1997 when I worked temporarily for them during their busy holiday season. I came back in 1998 if that tells you anything. Now, over 20 years later, their wonderful dishes are a part of my family’s Christmas tradition every year. Not only do I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about their delicious food, I can also say it’s a company with traditional and wholesome values. They genuinely care about their customers AND their employees-even the temporary ones! If you’ve never experienced what they are about, I highly suggest you wait no longer and try them out as quickly as possible!

Very good sandwiches if youre a fan of thicc cut meats. Menu was pretty vague, but the explanations from the employee were top notch so wasnt too bothered. The Tavern Club had very good sauces, and the selection of sauces seemed to be very solid 👌🏻. Wait was long however, I recommend calling ahead of time my dudes.

This is the best place in Colorado. The people are great! The sandwiches are awesome! The Ham Classic is awesome

Every year we came here for our Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. This year we did as we normally do we made reservations came to pick up the food and were told that there was no turkey. Some customers in front of me were upset about the lack of preparation. The employees returned the frustration without compassion and an oh-well response. Ouch! The elder lady in front of me said to the cashier this will affect your business and the response was no it wont. This is super disappointing and lots of families are now left scrambling the night before to figure it out... I realize sometimes these things happen. However If this is the best customer service they can offer then I wont be recommending or frequenting this location after watching this...

Today I went to pick up a ham and some sides for Christmas. I also grabbed a pre-made sandwich for my son to eat before work. I walked through and chose my sides. A lady at the counter brought me a bonless 1/2 ham, as I requested but then she unwrapped it on the counter I thought it was odd and I definitely would have preferred her not unwrap it but it wasnt a huge deal. Everyone was super nice. I checked out and went home. When I got home, I gave my son his sandwich. About 1/4 into the sandwich, he pull a long brown hair out of his mouth. I immediately thought back to the lady that opened my ham, her hair was down, she had no gloves and her apron was dirty. I try not to be germaphobic but when I let my guard down, my son ends up with a mouth full of some strangers hair. I know it happens but there are precautions that help reduce contamination. Now I have this whole meal for Christmas. I know it will be perfectly fine but I also know Ill be thinking of that hair lol. I did call Honey Baked Ham to let them know.... and I declined the replacement sandwich.
