I cannot say enough incredible things about this company. The product is super easy to install and you can have a lot of fun with the various sizes to suit your space. But their service is where they really take it to the next level. Direct contact with a dedicated person to ask questions, bounce ideas off of and most importantly, they will point out things to watch out for that you wouldnt have considered. For example, the refrigerator that I bought required a slight modification to the beverage cabinet. I never would have known and they saved me the headache and prepared me for it in advance. 5 stars all the way. This is the best product for an outdoor kitchen. I did extensive research and couldnt be happier. Ask for Jason B.!

Design team was adequate, when I ordered it was delivered about 4 weeks later. Took a week off of work to assemble. I built an L shaped kitchen, products seemed solid, but corner cabinet was wrong size. They shipped out a replacement, said they were going to over night it but it took 2 days. When it arrived the base magnesium board was broken in half. Since I didnt have time to wait another 2 days, I used extra pieces to construct a floor board. When I complained they eventually offered an extended warranty. Unable to finish assembly in a week due to delay of corner unit. Threw off my level without the corner unit being available. I had to use quite a bit of cement board to shim top up to level for countertop. Also would recommend am 8 level instead of a 4 level. Then cross bars on the tops of cabinet are not quite all level.Also bought grill and other accessories from them, grill showed up 2 weeks after the base cabinets.Overall impression: good product, communication and customer service sub par. If I were to build another outdoor kitchen I would probably look elsewhere.

I originally started out with a competitive company, but when things went horribly bad with that company, I turned to Grillnetics for help. They not only helped with providing me with cabinets but also all the cook center equipment in one turn key purchase. The cook center was a pretty elaborate design and I used some new equipment in my design, and Grillnetics went out of their way to modify and work with me through the assembly process. We began using Grillnetics products in 2016 after seeing their booth at a trade show. Historically we only built fire pits, outdoor kitchens, fire places and water features out of CMU block, concrete footers and rebar but were curious if these systems worked as easily as they appeared. We became believers after the first project! It assembled quickly, was well built and accurately sized based on the dimensions we supplied. Mick, our Salesperson hand delivered and helped us install the first couple just to make sure they were done right and everything was fit to plan. Since then we have ONLY used Grillnetics products. We’ve had no warranty issues, many happy customers and days worth of labor saved on every project. In a challenging labor market, innovative projects such as this significantly save time and man power.
