I stopped in at The Presser Foot to look around while my husband was having a medical test done nearby. I dont own a Bernina machine, but I thought I would look around to see what they had. Its a small shop but fairly well stocked with thread and other notions as well as good quality quilt fabric. The clerk helped me decide which brand of thread I should get and then left me to look around at fabric as long as I wanted. When it came time for the measure and cut, she again was helpful and quick. I had a pleasant experience in The Presser Foot and plan to return.

Sadly my experience was the same as my Moms was a couple years back. She lost some equipment for her machine in a move. Called to find out about a replacement part. Was told information that wasnt accurate to this particular machine. I followed up with an email with pictures to help identify the correct part. When I hadnt received any call or correspondence back the next day I was contacted by a competitor of theirs in the Denver area. The competitor explained why there was issues identifying the correct part, and gave me updates on the part I did need, and the fact that these are backordered from Chicago - Basic common courtesy and follow-up. When in contact with the Presser Foot I was treated as though I was a bother for calling them - Mind you the competitor of theirs had the same amount of time as I called both stores the same day. I dont recommend this store and likely will do business 60 miles away happily - and promote this other business now. Simple courtesy and humility would have been greatly appreciated.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to pay with a big bill and I was told there not a bank. They wouldnt let me use there restroom and after I asked simply why, she said we do our job, If you think you can do better, come apply for a job. I would not recommend this business establishment nor the people working there to anybody. Very immature, disrespectful and rude childish behavior.

ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service!! The employees care more about a virus with a survival rate of 99.8% than they do about a customer who has a medical condition & cant wear a mask. They acted like I had the plague, because I couldn’t wear a mask. HIGHLY suggest NEVER shopping with this place!!

Thes women that run this store are very unhappy and rude. They do not bring anything to the table for Bernina in representing them! I will never give them my business again

Really disappointing experience. Found a used machine, went through the credit check process to purchase and was approved. Called back to finalize details, shipping, etc. and was told the machine had been sold to someone else. So took a credit hit and got my hopes up and no machine. A simple sold sign would have alleviated the whole mess.

The first rule of the row by row participating shops is 1. Exist as an independent brick and mortar quilt shop and be open for regular summer hours. Quilt shop is defined as a retail store that carries the materials necessary to create a quilt: fabric, thread, batting and inspiration! On Saturday, July 16, 2016 I checked online for the hours of the shops I was planning to visit before I decided to go. When I arrived at The Presser Foot in Longmont it was closed. The sign read closed for Bernina training. Disappointed but still planning to shop I kept heading north and was met with more disappointment when I arrived at The Presser Foot in Fort Collins and the same closed sign. I guess the stores are are connected together. I took a picture of the sign to prove I was there. I left a post on the row by row Colorado website and contacted the row by row area coordinator. I still think since I visited both stores during normal hours that in good faith the store would send me the free rows. This hasnt happened yet...
