Lance has gone above and beyond to assist me in getting my door hardware for the restaurant I manage. He took the time to show me how to install the hardware so I could make sure the doors were secure for the night. I can’t say enough about the customer service that I received. They have everything one could need. You just need to be very careful about what you think they are going to do for you vs what is actually getting done. Felt like since I was not a regular client I was taken very seriously.Looking back at the experience I could have bought the louver I needed/got for half the cost , cut the hole myself, saved time and money. Lesson learned. Very disappointed.Tim Gravert

Very helpful. I was looking for a replacement part on our office door. These guys don’t actually carry the part, but they took the time to do some research and get me me pointed in the right direction and to explain what I was looking for. Very professional!
