You sold me expired milk, the whole store is completely neglected by management. The Pharmacy is functional but the rest of the store is a joke. A few very nice workers just the people above them are incompetent

For the past few times ive come here the pharmacy line is more than 15 people long and they always only have one person at the registers who takes almost 15 minutes a person to do their job. the pharmacy here is incompetent, im switching. Theyve also consistently messed up my meds.

I usually dont have the best experience at this store, I almost always go in the daytime because I work most evenings. I work in a customer service based industry and Angie went above and beyond as far as making me feel like she cared and being compassionate. She is a rockstar and I also always have good experiences with the long haired guy who works the counter, he is very polite!I wish I had checked his name as well.

Walgreens state that they provide immunizations, and they do if you are willing to wait an hour. I visited 3 different times and each time I was the only one in line and told that it would take 1 hr. All the Pharmacists consider it a bother as they were to “busy.” They know stating that some will have to wait an hour is a great tactic to get folks to leave. As an RN, I know that it takes 5 minutes tops to give an immunization. PLEASE do not state that you provide immunizations if the Pharmacists don’t want to do it. The Pharmacy techs have always been great!!

Ive had excellent service at this store and the pharmacy staff is very efficient and thorough.

Filling my scripts here never had an issue and the staff is always very polite and willing to answer any of my questions

I am SO thankful for the photo department! With so many big stores doing away with in store photo departments I can’t tell you what a relief it is that Walgreen’s has continued to service in house! They are prompt and have quality products and they saved my butt this Christmas season! Thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Recently switched to this pharmacy. So far my meds have been filled with no problem. They could hire a couple more associates to help, business has picked up.

Always wait 30min. To pick up prescription. This is the worst pharmacy in Fort Collins. Take you business elsewhere.

I think that the Pharmacy here is very good. I have always had great service, and helpful employees answer my questions.For those that didn’t have a good experience, you should try again!

The employees/shift leaders are great, always smile, are polite, and always get things done. They work hard together to satisfy the customers to their best ability. Its also clear that they enjoy working together as a team because they get to work together but they also get to laugh together. Savannah their manager, isnt as professional as she seems to be. Apparently, she treats her employees poorly and what I mean by poorly, is that she tells them that theyre easily replaceable because thats how that cooperation works. Horrible management.

The pharmacy is the worst! The pharmacists are so rude the only one there that actually has social skills is an older woman with glasses, she is very sweet and pleasant but I’ve never had a pleasant interaction with anyone else there. The blonde girl with a lot of makeup and the redheaded boy in particular are some of the rudest ones!!! Will not be filling my scripts here anymore which is extremely inconvenient because it’s the closest one to my home however I’ll take an extra 10 min in drive time to go elsewhere and not ever deal with those class acts again.

Went to pharmacy 20 minutes before closing and was informed they wouldn’t do immunizations, even though I had a quick and urgent deadline. They referred me to go to the hospital pharmacy, who does not do immunizations. If the pharmacy is not fully operating before closing time, this info should be made readily available. Also, don’t refer people to places that cannot do immunizations.

My daughter suffers from a cough due to asthma, a worker confronted me about how they have customers there that have compromised immune systems and how they would appreciate it if I could make her cover her face so they dont get what she has. Nice... in here for prescriptions and this is how Im treated. Not to mention that Ive already been here for more than 30 minutes.

Ive been getting my dogs perscription filled here for well over a year now and have only had to wait a couple of times (because I work M-F 730-430, the times I come in are popular times)... simple because I call in my prescriptions well ahead of time and dont just show up and expect them to be ready without any notice like Ive seen a lot of people do.Word to the wise, if you want a quick experience, call your perscritions in early and dont show up until the alloted time they give you over the phone.

Everytime I use the pharmacy Im in there for at least 30 minutes! So frustrating when I have been using the drake and college Walgreens for years without this problem! Definitely will be driving a little further for much better service from here on out!

Been going here for about 2 years to fill my prescriptions. Its never been as bad as it is now. The staff is extremely rude , cuts you off when youre talking, never smiles. Just horrible attitudes. You have to wait at least an hour for prescptions. I called to see if my script was ready that my doctor called in hours ago and the lady said they are so behind and have no idea when theyll get to mine. I asked for an approximate time period and she refused to answer. I will most definitely be switching pharmacies.

I had prescriptions sent here and didn’t realize days later that I only received half of them. It’s no wonder I haven’t been feeling better.

The customer service at the pharmacy is very poor and unprofessional! They are lacking customer service and are not friendly at all! If you dont like your job get another job.

All women should be aware that the store manager and the pharmacist of this Walgreens are anti-woman and anti-contraception. The store manager supports the female pharmacists personal belief system of turning women away seeking contraception. Quote: We are keeping women safe. If another pharmacy is selling this then shame on them.

Went to the pharmacy and the lady was very rude. She just told me they didn’t accept my insurance and didn’t help me figure out what the prescriptions were or how to get them quickly. My 1 year old son just had surgery and I am emotional already, so I was in tears after this.

The pharmacy people are so rude here. And its just not maybe once in awhile, its all the time. My entire family has moved their prescriptions to Albertsons next door because they are 10x nicer.

Dont go here they dont do their jobs. I wasted gas coming here because they took an hour and a half to fill my meds, I got told I had to let the person behind me in line go ahead of me because I was on the phone and when I said I was just getting off the phone they still didnt care, and then when I finally was allowed to come up there, they hadnt scanned everything in correctly so I had to go all the way back home again and come back. Just save yourself the trouble and dont go here.

Absolutely horrible service. Cant find anyone to help you and when you finally do they are standing around bored with no intention of helping anyone. Shelves arent stocked and the Manager is worse than the employees. Im not talking about a one time experience, I mean every time. This was my last time shopping there!

I agree with the other reviewers. The wait is always HORRIBLE, you are in line to be served by one person if you are lucky for at least 20-30 minutes each time. Even when they text you (late) to say if Rx is ready. The only other pharmacy that is as slow or slower is the local Walmart pharmacy on Magnolia. Avoid both.

I went into this store in a full leg cast to pick up my prescriptions and the nice lady at the front offered me one of their wheelchairs to use while I was in the store. She said many peple use them while they are shopping that cant fully walk. She kindly got it for me and kept my crutches at the front desk for me. I needed to grab a few things while I was there and not being able to push a cart my lap came in handy as a spot to put my things. As I was sitting there waiting for my meds the manager came up to me so rudly and said you need to put that wheelchair back they are not for you to just ride around in as if I were just taking a joy ride and not in need of it while in her store. I explained the kind lady up front offered it to me. The response on I dont care sent me through the roof. I asked her to my crutches and when she returned she pretty much to threw them in the car next to me. She didnt even offer to grab my items i needed to purchase to set at the counter since I now was unable to.The worst customer service I have ever received. I will be changing my pharmacy as well as my friends and family.

If you are in need of quick service when filling perscriptions....dont come here. Everytime I come in there is a line in pharmacy and wait is 45min

Very aggressive (clearly typed by an old person in microsoft word) shoplifting signs everywhere, shelves are not stocked, pharmacy is consistently a relatively long wait (nice staff though in my experience), and overall dirty and unprofessional atmosphere.
