A great place to get you laptop issues fixed. Service has been extremely fast and responsive. The labor cost is a tad bit on the higher side but they make up for it in terms of quality of service. Would definitely recommend.

Really happy with my experiences with Run PC. My wife is a full time wedding photographer and they built us a custom computer to fit some niche needs, and were there with affordable support a couple years later when we wanted to add to it. Highly recommend their services, peace of mind knowing someone did it right vs. trying to buy parts online, hoping I got the right ones, and winging it.

Worst place ever do not recommend. Tried to scalp me and at the end they did not even fix my lap top.

I will never take my computer anywhere else. By far the best place around for service or repairs. Joseph is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable as well as an all-around good guy. Excellent and fair pricing as well. I highly recommend you trust him with any computer issues you might face.

Cory and Jon are now my go to computer guys. I had a 4 year old Dell motherboard go bad. Instead of dumping money into the Dell, I purchased the parts to build a new server. Super happy with my purchase and the new server is much faster. Would recommend them to anyone.

******I came to Run PC Computers with no prior experience in building desktop computers. When I stopped in I was greeted by on of their reps named Kevin. He took his time and meticulously answered all of my questions with confidence. After gaining newfound knowledge on the subject I was able to purchase all the parts I needed with ease and at a fair price. After mostly building my gaming PC on my own I took it in to Kevin to help me finish the wiring. To my astonishment he finished it the same day I brought it in. Overall this was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced.

RunPC is a great computer shop. They are experienced with many repairs, upgrades, and computers builds. They are courteous, hard working, and honest. If you need anything no matter if its a cable or adapter, parts or a new computer; I always suggest you go here first.

Inflated labor costs and misleading pricing.I called in to ask about pricing to get my PC trouble shot and then potentially fix. They were misleading and confusing about to their prices; I was quite taken aback when I picked up my PC and after only 1.5hr of evaluating what was wrong, I was changed $118.Pros:-Easy pick drop off-Quick workCons-Overpriced labor (@ $79/hr)-Unclear communication-Minimal/bland customer service

Excellent customer service, fast turn around. My business lap top crashed yesterday, I brought it in and received a call by the end of the day that they had restored the computer to its original settings, backed-up my files, and installed a new and improved hard-drive. I conveyed the importance of how quickly I needed the computer repaired and they delivered! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Took over an hour to complete but they only charged me for an hour. Fixed super quick! Super nice staff. No privacy concerns and they did their job quick and fast!!

We had 2 phones, a laptop, a desktop, printer, and a tablet that never worked together. Argh! One call to the friendly folks at Run PC , and an appointment was scheduled for a tech to come to our house. Kevin showed up right on time, removed his shoes, and got to work. A few hours later we had a new OneDrive account set up, e-mail accounts updated and synced, our scanner connected to the computer, my new wife had a new e-mail connected to her old account, recent trip pictures automatically copied and saved to our cloud account, and a couple other things I dont even remember or understand. And best of all, Kevin provided polite, easy to understand person-to-person instructions for this old guy to use these tools on his own! Thank you Run PC and Kevin

My small business has been a client of Run PC for approximately 8 years or longer. Jon truly understands the computer world and my husband and I trust him completely. We have a business that needs at least 13 operable computers throughout the day and it is all software and server based. The technicians at Run PC has always been fair and honest with me. When I have small or large issues I can always depend on them having the knowledge and determination in assisting me. You have to be doing something right to be in the computer repair business for 25 years in the same location! They fixed my laptop (that others had declared probably fried, throw it away) in two days and a super reasonable cost.I had a good feeling about this place because a) the staff was professional and NICE, b) the shop is in excellent order (clean with lots of non-dusty merchandise on display), and c) they seemed to have MY best interests in mind.Thanks RUN PC, youve earned my business!

Ive been to a lot of computer stores around the country. Hands down Run PC Is the best. I came to I went with a p.c that crashed and explained I needed for a sales presentation the next day. There store normally closes at 6. When the owner heard about my situation he personally took over my situation and stayed until almost 10pm. Because of his dedication I will never go anywhere else.

They built a custom machine for me and helped me upgrade it with an SSD a few years later. Excellent customer service, quick turnaround and reasonable prices.

I got exactly what I wanted from Run PC. They worked patiently with me to understand exactly what I was looking for, and they had my computer built fast. I was surprised at how quickly I had the computer up and running at home too.If youve ever purchased a computer at a major retail store, youll know what a nightmare it can be to work out connecters, ports, installations ect. only to have some component fried a day later (or worse, already broken). With Run PC my computer was plugged in and working in minutes and it is a quality machine. Definitely recommend them!
