Great chai tea. Great little coffee place to sit with a friend and catch up. Food has been very good too. The chocolate no flour torte was delicious.

Genoa Coffee and Wine was a great place to start off the day! The drinks were good, albeit a little cold, but the food was excellent and service was top notch! Nicely decorated, and they were being good about navigating business and public safety well.

Came here to write a paper and was pleasantly surprised with the chill atmosphere and very kind staff! For someone who was working for a while, it’s honestly the perfect set up. I never had an issue with wifi and I went from an iced espresso to their house red (very smooth 10/10) which is perfect way to stay motivated. Overall it’s a great cafe and I will definitely be back!

We went to get coffee after picking up our cats ashes from the vet next door. The batistas had excellent suggestions when we were indecisive about our order and they brought our coffee to us when we sat outside in the sun. Awesome little cafe for a date or a business meeting, highly recommend!

Wonderful and friendly cafe with a great atmosphere and awesome staff. They are also incredibly generous to the community as well, platforming artists and donating to schools. As a member of FCHS Tri-M, I cant thank this business enough for what it, and its owner, Katherine, have done for our organization. Really awesome people and I highly recommend them if you want a nice place to go at any time of day where you know your moneys not only going into (not literally lol) quality food and/or beverages, but also towards the local community. A new home - after moving to Fort Collins from Washington state, I was very much relieved and happy to find a place so welcoming and friendly. Ive already started filling out my punch card, even though Ive only scratched the surface of what Genoa Coffee & Wine has to offer. As a graduate student, this location is also an accommodating and roomy studying spot, away from all the chaos you may encounter at coffee shops closer to CSU. All in all, cant recommend enough.

My first time here and loved it! The owner has invited me many times to stop by and Im glad i did so today. Had a little of a wait, but it was noon and the lunch crowd was arriving. It was definitely worth the wait though, as I had a delicious BLT sandwich on wheat bread and a cappuccino. The meal came with a tasteful pasta salad that was homemade, and the owner even offered a free dessert for my wait (which I declined, as it was not necessary).Not a coffee drinker? Then stop by later in the day and order a nice glas of wine or a beer crafted locally. I look forward to returning and wlll try their brownie next time. Thanks for a wonderful experience!(I failed to mention, they have artwork throughout the shop from various local artists for sale.)

The food and coffee was fantastic, but the reason for the low rating is that management at Genoa has a time limit for their internet use. Its the only sit-down coffeeshop/cafe in Fort Collins that I know of that kicks you off their internet and you cant simply log back on until a 2 hour timer expires. As long as you are a paying customer, you should be able to use internet as long as needed. If not for that, I would give a much better review.

Customer service is great and employees ask all the right questions and offer assistance along with a smile.

This is the perfect coffee shop! The atmosphere is is fun and warm. There is plenty of great seating, indoor and outdoor. They make great food in house and their coffee is delicious.Then come back in the evening. Delicious small plates and wine and beer make Genoa a fabulous place to get together with a small group of friends, or make it a date night! The staff is always kind and helpful here. I love Genoa and hope they are always here :)

This establishment takes their sweet time preparing food orders. DO NOT come here with DoorDash because you will spend 30 minutes out of the hour waiting for the food to be done. Absolutely ridiculous.

The owner is the nicest woman youll ever meet, with an intimate knowledge of Coffee and Wine. Im always surprised at the skill of the staff, how informed everyone is about their selections, and how hip the environment is. Go say hello!

I was a regular here throughout 2017 due to proximity. Sadly, this cafe lacks a lot of the essentials of a great coffee shop. First and foremost is the wait. The line for this place is almost never more than two people deep, but you will still wait 10-20 minutes every single time just to get your order taken. There simply is not enough staff. I had more than one occasion where there was no line and I still had to wait nearly ten minutes to have my order taken.The part that always bugged me about this place is the atmosphere. Cafes tend to cater to a couple types of people--an individual working/studying or small groups looking to catch up. Genoa utter fails those who wish to work alone. It is almost as if the building is designed to be loud. They are also right in the middle of a neighborhood with lots of children--so you will often find yourself glaring at children after they decided to scream bloody murder and the parents did nothing about it.It would appear that this place was built for small groups who intend to have business meetings or catch up. But they fail there as well. There is so little comfortable seating that you will find it difficult to want to spend more than half an hour here. And if you are lucky enough to get one of the few comfortable seats, you will quickly realize how awkwardly placed they are.The coffee is decent and the food is reasonably priced (for Fort Collins). The best part of this place (as with most cafes) is the baristas. They genuinely try despite working for an extremely dysfunctional cafe in a building that does not allow the atmosphere necessary. Do yourself a favor and go to Harbinger or Bindle if you live in East Fort Collins.

The Genoa chai is awesome! Half sweet, half Bakti = delicious. They serve iced drinks in cute mason jars with handles. Great ambiance. The pretzels are good, too! Reasonable prices and good non-dairy milk options. I’ll definitely return!

One of my favorite coffee houses!! I have been coming here for many years. The atmosphere is bright, inviting and relaxing, and less loud than other coffee shops. Their excellent coffee is from Cafe Richesse roaster. I’ve even bought it for home. They have many fresh baked goods, quiche, and cake, and a wide menu of fresh sandwiches and salads. They even have a very good gluten free bread. I have never been disappointed with any lunch that I’ve ordered there. They also have wine. I highly recommend!

A really fun local place. Coffee is good, but I usually get food and alcohol when I get there, because they have a bar! Good selection of draft beer and cider, and wine if you’re into that. Food is delicious. A little expensive, but worth it for the quality and supporting a local business. Staff is always friendly and makes the experience pleasant.

I love everything about this place. The baked goods are top notch, and they have good lunch and dinner menu -- nothing extensive, but you should be able to find something youll like, and its all good. Im not a coffee drinker, but I do get their chai lattes, and those are made VERY well -- better than any of the big coffee chains in the area. The atmosphere is also really nice, but what will always keep me coming back is the owners. Robert and Diane really care about their customers, and they go out of their way to make sure you leave a happy customer. Plus, they are nice, genuine people, and it doesnt take long to figure that out. If you havent tried Genoa yet, I HIGHLY recommend you do.

Im lucky to work so close to Genoas amazing coffee - they have some of the best coffee in Fort Collins! Im not sure why anyone goes to the Starbucks in King Soopers when they have this local option! Their lunch sandwiches are very yummy, and I like the art and atmosphere too. Ive had issues with drinks being cold a couple times, but they have always fixed everything immediately and with a smile.

Good: nice little place with beverages and simple food fare.Bad: It takes forever to get a simple sandwich and chai latteI would like to be a regular patron to this establishment but I usually go in the area for a quick lunch and consistently, the order takes at least 15 minutes to be finalized. I won’t disparage the quality of the food or beverages, but they are not intricate enough for the wait.

I LOVE this coffee shop. Definitely my go-to place to study, do email, and hang out. The staff is so sweet and they have such tasty goods! Definitely recommend checking out this place.

I came here today to order a cappuccino, and it was probably 90% steamed milk/foam, with a small amount of coffee at the very bottom. Foam is supposed to be an accent to the coffee, with the coffee itself being the majority of the drink. To get to the little coffee they had, I got a second cup and some stirrers and scooped the foam from one cup to the next. I would not recommend this place.
