Had the best shopping experience. I was able to pick up wonderfully individual gifts for my 3 grandchildren. Kind, thoughtful staff. Fun unique gifts and wonderfully designed space that you can keep walking thru finding new things to look at. They even took the time and tuned my grand daughters new Ukulele. Strongly encourage anyone to go and browse. Will not disappoint.

I absolutely love this store. Everyone is so friendly. And the store itself has a very nostalgic feel. They do such an amazing job picking out great unique functional toys, clothing, shoes, books... etc! The list goes on. All of the toys are deeply rooted in education and encourage fun learning!

Asian chick at the front definitely had a horrible attitude with us, (Mexicans) compared to the white people entering. She looked at us and right away yelled put hand sanitizer on and DONT TAKE YOUR MASK OFF. As the white people were welcomed with a happy greet. My daughter was so excited to finally come to this facility and spend her $100 birthday money. We instead decided to leave to find a more welcoming store for her to spend her money.

Not nice there! My whole family went in there, bunch of us after having a meal at the Rio. —most were visitors from out of state. We had the baby, the stroller the generations...we were cheerful and buying a lot. But...one of us had a mask not positioned right, it was under the nose. The lady was checking us all out and approached us about it! She was totally rude and extremely condescending saying even though it was a medical condition she wouldn’t serve us indoors without the mask positioned like that. One by one we all put our toys for the baby back and went to another store. 99.9% rude

Great place if you are looking for something unique! I have gone here a few times when shopping for others and love what I find every time. Some things are a bit pricey but I like to shop local and get a unique thing every time! Staff is great too!

Im getting on in years.But this place puts a huge smile on my face every time.We treat the grandkids here but I always find the neatest toys for me.Outstanding staff that always smiles and provides excellent recommendations.Do yourself a favor and stop by...even if you dont bring kids. We always find the coolest toys here. My son loves this store, I love that the employees are passionate about kids and toys and seem knowledgeable about most of the toys they offer. I wish they carried Grimms toys and blocks but I just get those on the internet. My son likes that he can really touch, feel, and play with many of the toys they have on display.

I love the toy store! They have food pillows and calico critters and all the other toys my cousins love all in one place. They have such a unique set of toys here that its a one of a kind store. They even have a live bunny that you can visit and see in the store. I absolutely love this place

Before any kids’ birthday parties I go to, I come here to buy my gifts because a) it feels great to shop local, b) as someone without kids yet, it’s so nice to have a person show me the latest and greatest toys/books/clothes for whatever age range I am shopping for, c) it feels even better when they offer free gift wrapping to save me additional money and time.Sure you might be able to find stuff a little cheaper online, but for the service I get here, every penny spent is worth it!!!! And it’s so perfect for last minute shopping. I’m writing this review as I wait for them to open so I can buy another gift before a 1 year old’s birthday party today 🙃

This store is great!! It is Eclectic as well as fun and entertaining. The staff is friendly, fun and extremely helpful. My new favorite spot, the most stress free environment to do shopping. The hardest part is leaving I absolutely adore this store and staff always makes you feel like a family member more than a customer. They will forever have our business, the glass bottles my son is obsessed with. The fact you can shop, and let your kid enjoy themselves without being mom shamed is the best thing ever!

Great toy store with a broad selection. Its not like a big box toy store where you can find big powerwheels and those sorts, its the smaller, classics such as Legos, toy trucks, dolls and animals, apparel and little things in between. They have a small newborn section, crafts, puzzles, musical toys etc. The store is fun to visit with kids as there are some toys to play with out, and plenty to fuel their Christmas lists. The staff is nice and helpful as well.

I was so impressed with this store. Not only was I able to find a unique book for a birthday party, the employees were so helpful. We went back later when my toddler needed to use the bathroom to ask where the nearest public bathroom was. They said theirs was open, which shocked me since many older downtown areas leave those to employees only. The bathroom also had diapers and training potties. Plus there was refreshments for people to drink.In addition there were demo toys out for kids to play and even with tons of people at the store, it was tidy and clean. And if your little kid likes bunnies, they had one that seems to live at the store. Super cool store. I was very impressed. The next time I am in town again, I will be sure to come back.

I have been taking my kiddos here since they were babies, both for the fun and playful atmosphere (kids are allowed and encouraged to ride on and play with lots of model toys throughout the store) and for the amazing product range. Whenever we are in Old Town we visit this toy store. We also make a point of shopping here at the holidays and birthdays as much as we can, because the store is packed full of beautiful and interesting toys. While the prices are slightly higher than the big box stores, the selection, and amazing customer service bring us back. The staff is always helpful in finding just the right thing. On top of that the pet bunny at the front of the store is always a hit with my children.

Had to find a last minute shower gift recently and found myself in Clothes Pony on a mission. This place is really great! They have some really cool stuff and the quality is pretty great in comparison to the big box stores. Customer service was top notch too. Ill be back for sure!

I really enjoy visiting this store. My kids absolutely love it! The toys are easily accessible and the staff is so friendly. I can ask them questions and they arent bothered at all. This is a locally owned store and I will support them 100%. They have things for my daughter who is an infant, my son who is a toddler, and my older kids in their tweens. Best place for any parent to visit. They are breastfeeding friendly, dog friendly, allow the children to play with the toys around the store, and accommodate you in every way possible. My husband and I drive down from Cheyenne at least once a month to go to this store.

I have never, ever had a bad experience in this store. Their prices are comparable to Amazon, which not a lot of local businesses can boast. They are also one of the only stores in Northern CO that sell cloth diapers. They carry a HUGE variety of wooden/non-plastic, boring toys. We came here for the dolls that are anatomically correct for girls and boys and ended up leaving with tons of diapers, special baby bottles, teething rings and toys. I can easily justify spending money here. Everything they sell is quality, and they have an awesome clearance section upstairs. I recommend this store to all parents who want toys that are personable and have meaning, rather than generic Wal-Mart poopy toys.

Had a great selection of creative, fun and learning toys encouraging play and growth for all ages of children and, yes as an adult I had fun too. Cashier we very knowledgeable and suggested alternative or complimentary books to what we bought.
