Super quick, responsive, and efficient. I needed some drawers for a Master Craft vanity, I emailed Ray the measurements, and he got back to me immediately with options. He delivered my drawers a couple weeks later and they are perfect. He made everything so fast and easy!

I found Cloud 9 Kitchen Design by chance when I was looking to get some cabinets in the laundry room and a bathroom to match those in my kitchen. From the start they were very responsive, helpful, and when they came out to take the measurements were efficient and quick. The estimate came in under what I was expecting as well which was a nice surprise and less than competitors I had received quotes from. Due to COVID a lot of things are back ordered which is not under their control, however they kept me updated throughout the process. The installation was quick and they worked around my schedule. I could not be happier! I definitely recommend them for any cabinetry needs!

Ray and his team did an excellent work adding an extra cabinet in my kitchen. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Ray at Cloud 9 is wonderful to work with!! I really wasnt sure how the process would work. He walked me through picking size, color, placement. Kept me up to date with the delivery. Checked in after install and was great to work with. This is the second time Ive worked with Cloud 9, great experience both times!!

Dont order anything from Cloud 9 Kitchen Design. Ray will take 100% of your money and wont return calls or text messages. I ordered a drawer front two months ago (Feb) and have not received it yet. He told me it was shipping out and now he wont call me back. Ill never do business with him and Ive cancelled my other order with him. I might have to take him to small claims court if he tries to dispute my credit card charge back. I called Canyon Cabinets and they dont even show Ray ever placed an order. Spoke to Canyon Creek again today and they stated it should only take 20 business days and they also mentioned that Ray wont call them back either. Be wary of doing business with him or his company.

We are currently waiting to see if they ran away with our money. The owners arent returning our many calls/emails and they are not providing any information to us regarding the expected date of our install. We have no idea if our cabinets have even been ordered, based on the other reviewer I expect they werent. They were to have been installed by now. Whatever is going on is holding up other contractors and the completion of our basement. I went on line to see if they were still in business. We look forward to a positive outcome and changing this review.

Ray could not have been more professional with us on this job. We changed sizes half way into the project and were only delayed a couple of days. Ray always answered his phone/text/email and was quick to respond to inquiries. Thanks Again Ray!

(May 2018) I heard back from Ray who paid true to his word to compensate me for the lost rental income due to construction delays, as well as compensated me for the cabinet pieces I had to special order to complete my kitchen. While it took some time, Ray did communicate and let me know the status several times before completing the full agreed upon payment.(July 2017) Im sorry to say that working with Cloud 9 was the worst experience Ive ever had. I ordered Canyon Creek Cabinets in December, but they were not actually ordered until Feb, putting off completion of a remodel job by two months. I received no communication for months about my order, despite numerous calls and emails. I finally heard about my order and received my cabinets, but needed to make some custom changes. I then ordered replacement doors and drawer and havent heard from them since about that order. That was three months ago. While Cloud 9 agreed to compensate me for the lost rental income due to the construction delay, I also never heard back about that compensation. Unfortunately Canyon Creek does not allow me to order direct, I have to go through a distributor. Even after I called and complained about the distributor, Canyon Creek still just refers me back to Cloud 9.

Do not order from Cloud 9! I hired a project last November 2017 and the original dates were never met, the parts were not orders on time and finally ended up installing (very poorly and sloppy) around April/May 2018. The general work was poor, simple measuring mistakes were made and finally the last piece of the work was never finished.

Ordered cabinets on January 19th. In spite of promises that cabinets would be received (most recently 5 days ago) that took multiple emails and calls to receive a response, no action and no return contact at this point. I called the cabinet manufacturer - they show no record of an order being placed. The charge to the credit card has been disputed. Next step will be meeting with attorney and likely a subsequent meeting with a District Attorney investigator. In short, the owner cannot be trusted to execute in a timely, professional manner and should be avoided. I will be providing a follow up report.Update (4/7/18) - I received 2 emails from Ray Rowden since the initial review posting. The first email stated that the cabinets were 7 to 10 days out at most...a bald-faced lie given that an order was never placed with Canyon Creek Cabinets. The second email offered a refund in exchange for pulling this review. I said that the review would be pulled following receipt of the refund. It is now almost 3 months since the initial order and payment -- no order with the company, no cabinets installed and no refund. Rowden is a liar who appears to intentionally mislead and practices what may amount to fraudulent acts. I wouldnt let this guy sell me shoelaces! The credit card company is working the dispute and the same is true with the BBB. I will recover the funds - the question is whether Rowden will be charged to answer on both sides of the legal system.Update (4/28/18) - Credit card company refunded all monies. If youre gullible enough to do business with this concern...absolutely insist in writing and countersigned by Ray Rowden the following: (1) set a date certain by which the goods you have paid for must be ordered and require documentation from the cabinet company. He can redact the amounts but you need to have absolute certainty that your timeline for ordering is met and (2) set a date certain by which the installation must be complete and to your satisfaction. Canyon Creek told me that turnaround time is 4 weeks. If adding one week for ordering and 2 additional weeks to complete installation that would mean that your order is installed and completed in 2 months. DO NOT FAIL to follow these 2 recommendations!
