Water was supposed to be delivered 8/19. Was on phone listening to how committed they were to quality service (2 calls equaling over 2 hours of wait time.) Web site and mobile site useless. Just lets me know water is on its way- no real time feedback. When I finally got through was told that manager/supervisor would call me back when they found out where delivery was. NEVER CALLED BACK! When I called back again was told delivery would be on 8/20. Called today 8/20 around 4:30p. Still on hold 5:38p. Water still not delivered. 0 stars. Poor service.

We havent had a water delivery in 5 weeks. No one has tried to contact us, no apology for the inconvenience. After several attempt to get an additional delivery scheduled I called their customer service line. I called on August 11th, I was assured a delivery by August 13th, no one ever showed up. I have again called their customer service line, and I have been waiting 45 minutes for anyone to answer the call. As if theyre business wasnt already in trouble, they just lost another customer.

This is one of the most mismanaged companies I have EVER dealt with. I have had nothing but problems with them. Today they delivered my water - never bothered to ring the doorbell or knock on the door to tell me they were there and just left everything at the top of my driveway. Common courtesy as a delivery service would be to knock on the door so they can deliver the service. Common Sense!! There is none of that with this company. This is the ONLY bottled water service in my area so Im stuck with them and in the short 3 years that Ive had them I get a different driver every 3-4 months bc none of them can stand working for the company. Its a shame.

Dont do it. Dont be suckered in by their slightly cheaper rates. This company was the worst experience I have had with a business in as long as I can remember. Billed us for things we never received, refused to reimburse us for bad/tainted water because I didnt give them the water back, original salesman conveniently mis-quoted us at Costco (bait and switch) and whenever you call their customer service for anything...expect to wait 20-40 minutes before speaking to someone. Im going back to El Dorado water service and we never should have left them in the first place.

I would give a 0 if I could. No clue how they even have a business. Not one time in multiple months have they delivered on the specified day to our business (Monday).Each and every week some variation of this will occur: We will be there by 5pm... ~4:50 we call in: we are backed up, we will make it a priority the next day and have the delivery driver and/or the center contact you (They have never been called)... rinse and repeat until Thursday, or we are told to wait until the next delivery date (in a week) we have scheduled.Update/Edit:Even more of a defunct terrible company, we cancelled 1st week of September, we received notice of a bill over the weekend. When calling customer service: ‘it seems we have activated your account because there is still equipment’. The local office has not picked the equipment up in 3 months, and shocker, keeps rescheduling pick-up. Funny thing is, ‘they are not allowed to give the direct number of the local office’, so no coordinating a close to this saga. I swear I’m on Punk’d.
